Great location with hotel shuttle so easy to go to all attractions, so quite and classic hotel, front desk staff are so helpful and knowledgeable, especially Yinsan helps me a lot about culture and activities. Hotel restaurant is excellent, enjoyed 4nice dinners there. Overall, I am very satisfied with staying in here, thank you.

From the moment we walked into the hotel we were greeted with Istanbul/Sherrton style hospitality. They gave us each a strawberry hibiscus freshment drink. All the staff from front desk, leadership team, bellhop, cleaning staff were so warm and engaging with us. They were always polite, professional and kind. The breakfast is nothing I have ever seen before. There is something for everyone regardless of your dietary lifestyle or medical needs. This hotel is well equipped with full staff working 24 hours a day. The location I would say is perfect because it’s in the middle of all the shops, restaurants and tourist sites. Always take a taxi because it is cheap and cheerful. The spa onsite is incredible meaning the pool, steam room and sauna. If you need to get glammed up they do have an onsite salon. Go there you will not regret it at all.

This hotel is quite far from Taksim square, they have shuttle buses for this transport, therefore had you decided to pay for an expensive hotel, you’d better try walkable similars close to the busy area of Taksim square.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were great - welcoming, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to help with any request or question. The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a long day. One of the highlights was the breakfast: a generous and varied spread with something for everyone, from fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes cooked to perfection. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Cleanness questionable! The bathroom floor was not clean, the toilet had leakage problem and the sink hot and cold handle was very hard to open and close. The view opened to a dump place, very noisy hallway due walls not being insulated enough.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and while the first night was fine, the second night was unacceptable. When I was about to sleep, I noticed that the bed sheet had blood stains on it. This was extremely disturbing and unhygienic. Such a lapse in cleanliness is unacceptable for any hotel. I expect better standards and immediate attention to this matter to ensure it doesn’t happen to other guests.

The property is clean and tidy. There are not many dinning option near the hotel, although a 15 minute walk takes you to the centre where there are more option, be prepared to walk up steep hills. We did this mostly during the day, so not sure how safe it would be during the night as you need to walk through residential flats and locals shopping areas.

Great hotel, immaculate inside. The location around the hotel was not great and felt unsafe when walking around. The hotel do offer a free, hourley, shuttle to Taskim square which removes the requirement to walk around the area so I would not let this put you off staying there. The coffee shop is fantastic and all the staff there and the hotel were lovely and very accommodating and helpful.

We visited this hotel at the end of August for a long weekend. The group was made up of 9 guests , when booking we opted for the half board option but was very disappointed after sitting down for our evening meal on the first night .
The half board offers you a set meal which doesnot change , needless to say we only ate at the hotel that first evening . There were options on the menu but this came with a surcharge .
I just felt this was not clear at time of booking.

The hotel and staff were great, however, it's on a busy road and can be noisy at night. The location isn't great and although about 20 walking minutes from Taksim most of the walk is uphill going there. We had to use taxis most of the time but taxis are cheap.

The hotel is located very close to the main shopping and dining areas. There is a hotel shuttle that goes there and back to Taksim Square every hour. The staff are just amazing here so helpful and nothing is too much for them. Happy to always help with a smile. A special shout out to Yucel and Nihat for making my stay there so pleasant.

I recently stayed at this well-known 5-star hotel chain during my trip to and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. While the hotel boasted all the amenities one would expect from a major brand, including luxurious accommodations and top-notch facilities, several aspects of my stay left much to be desired.

Furthermore, despite the hotel's reputation, the overall ambiance felt somewhat lacking, lacking the warmth and charm that one would hope for in a luxury hotel. Additionally, the price I paid for my stay did not align with the quality of service and accommodations provided.

Overall, while the hotel had the trappings of a 5-star experience, the execution fell short, leaving me feeling disappointed and unlikely to return in the future.

Thia was my second visit in 2023 to this hotel. Great location and facilities. The only improvement could be heating the swimming pool as very cold and the shuttle bus could be more frequent with drops and pick ups every 30 minutes with earlier start times and later pick ups from Takism area.

Arrived for a one night stay during a stop over in Istanbul, arrived before the check-in time but they immediately offered the room, which was excellent.
Room very comfortable and silent. Not very close to the main attractions for tourist in Istanbul, but close enough for me. Would book this hotel again.

First visit to Istanbul with my wife. Had a wonderful time from day one . Check in was quick and our requests were met . Excellent breakfast and as we stayed half board, the chef made few surprising little dishes for us most nights and we enjoyed the evening meals .
Although we could have walked to Taksim, the shuttle coach to Taksim made life a lot easier. There was everything in Taksim, public transport, tram, shopping etc. we used public transport which was a little complicated but a lovely young student by the name of Jude came to our rescue and off we went, stress free and enjoyed public transport for the rest of the holiday.
Language can be a challenge but with a smile communication became easier.

many of the staff could not speak English to help English-speaking customers. I know it is arrogant of me as a Canadian to expect staff to understand English in any foreign country, but it is the language of business world-wide. So, for Sheraton city center Istanbul to continue to compete, staff should speak and understand the prominent language of the business world.

Great property, but a distance from all the sights. It’ll take an hour by taxi during rush hour. Otherwise, the service was excellent and the staff was very friendly with us, especially our young children. Will stay there again.
