The room was ok. It was tricky to get to reception area , luckily there was another customer who shared information.
Had issues with tv Comcast, not always reliable.
The best thing about this hotel is that it is directly over bus and train station.Quick and easy to get to Sydney harbour.

Overall an excellent apartment with lovely view towards Sydney Harbour. Spacious and well equipped. However 2 aspects let it down - poor security from the street allowing free access to the guest areas as there was no requirement to use your room card to access the lifts. Bizarrely to access the lift FROM our floor to reception required a card to operate the lift. The other negative was some aspects of cleanliness in the room. Stains on the outside of the fridge door, bedside table covered in dust and a very worn and grubby bedroom carpet.
Leisure facilities were ok but the pool water looked dirty.

Well equipped studio room. It suited my needs well due to its location and great public transport options right there. It only took 30 mins to get to the domestic terminal at the airport on the train. Very quick to get into the city on the train and easy bus ride to Bondi.

We stayed at Meriton Suites Bondi Junction from Feb 18–21 and were disappointed with the service. Housekeeping did not make our bed on the second day despite our request. On the third day, we called multiple times to have our rubbish emptied and toiletries replenished, but nothing was actioned. We were eventually told late at night to dispose of the rubbish ourselves after being given unclear directions.

Instead of resolving our requests, security knocked on our door around 11:15 PM regarding a noise complaint while we were simply sorting rubbish and settling our children. The interaction felt intimidating and unnecessary. It was frustrating that a noise complaint was handled faster than our repeated service requests.

We do want to commend Isabella, Soyam, and Mateo for being welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, aside from them, the overall stay did not reflect the standard of service we expected.

Stains on the duvet, a large number of insects in the bathroom and the hotel didn't have rooms available at the time check-in was listed causing delays and frustration amongst a large number of guests trying to check-in. Not what I would expect from a Meriton.

We stayed at Meriton Bondi and loved the experience. The location is fantastic—right near shops, cafés, and restaurants. Our 3-bedroom apartment was very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for the family. The highlight was the stunning views back over the harbour, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A great place to stay in Bondi!

Super close to shopping. Easy bus ride to Bondi beach. Room living area huge, but bedroom tight. Not enough useful plugs for charging. Beautiful bath and good shower, just leaks everywhere, had to ask for extra bath mats!

Perfect for my needs.

The property was nice and big for myself, partner and 4 kids. Shower in the ensuite was poorly thought out, the toilet was right in front of it which limited how much you could open the shower door but other then that it was good.

It’s getting very dated. I found the room dirty and poorly maintained. Cobwebs coming out of air vents, surface cleaned only…for example when you plug in devices the wall plates etc are grimy and have never been wiped. Bedding and towels are still good but overall you get the sense of a dating, unclean property

There was no formal portico to be dropped off and picked up by taxis. The king size bed completely filled the room with only a very small area to get into the bed each side, making it difficult to get into as an older person. The glasses and cups were so high up in the cupboard they couldn't be reached. The unit was otherwise very nice.

We stayed in 3 different hotels during our Sydney vacation and the Meriton Suites was the best. Location is perfect right above buses and trains. Excellent shopping and dining which is minutes away by walking and the units were exceptionally spacious and very clean. Loved having the balconies to see the sunset and get fresh air. The only feedback I would offer is the need for more hand towels and washcloths in the bathrooms. Otherwise, I will highly recommend this property to others traveling to Sydney.

We are return travellers to Meriton Suites at Bondi Junction. We had an excellent time on our first stay when we were there for Seniors Day for Royal Easter Show in 2024, that we decided to book again for 2025. We really enjoy the space we have in the 3 king bedroom, harbour view apartments. Our group consists of a couple plus 2 single adults.

Great location and very spacious rooms. The storage areas could do with cleaning as we put our bags in here and when we took them out they were covered in dirt and dust rather significantly.

The hotel would have received a higher rating except for the attitude of one member of staff - a female receptionist made it her mission to make everything as difficult as possible and point score against customers when it came to problems and complaints (as a result of things not being done / things not working etc) - thankfully her manager resolved the issues we had as we would have expected but the damage was already done with her poor and argumentative attitude.
