Room is basic, clean sheets and towels, and access to an outside balcony. Our room was a bit run down, with power outlet that was out of the wall, but overall, no complaints. Continental breakfast was served in a cute small room on the second floor, and was basic and satisfying. The staff were friendly and helpful. There’s no restaurants close by, and they helped us order food from a nearby restaurant, which was good, and came fast.
Overall, I highly recommend this place, just don’t keep your expectations high.

Strange set up for breakfast, the coffee was cold but the fresh bread very nice. Very, very limited breakfast options. Cracked sink in room. Wardrobe full of various items, all piled up inside. Not quite sure how the rating shown by Expedia matches reality. On reflection I should have awarded 2 stars, not 3.

As far as an airport hotel goes it’s ok. Free shuttle to airport was the appeal. Short 20 minute walk to supermarket and waterfront for dinner at nice restaurants.

We had high hopes for Peri's Hotel based on the on-line reviews. The staff was not overly friendly, and was rarely on site. Dirty dishes were everywhere on the patio bar, under the patio tables, and the inside breakfast bar. We were there 2 nights and none of the food mess was ever cleaned up. Our bedding was stained and gross, the shower leaked, and we requested single serve coffee packets multiple times and never got satisfaction. There is a lot of deferred maintenance around the property that needs to be fixed, from the patio breakfast bar access gate, to cracked concrete outside and dirty walls in our room that needed a good scrubbing and/or paint. We would not stay in this hotel again.

It was an overnight stay after a long flight. We were greeted at the airport and taked to the hotel and enjoyed friendly conversations. We arrived early and our room was ready. Comfortably and clean. Provided with great restaurant suggestions. Nice breakfast in the morning and ride back to the airport.

Panagiotis was very punctual to pick us up from the airport and taking us back the next morning (4 hours later). He was very friendly. The hotel is a bit old but it's clean and comfortable. We did not receive the included breakfast because we left before the serving time. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was a plus.

This sweet little hotel was a true value and a convenient choice for us, as we had a very early flight out the next day. I would say this is not a luxury hotel by any means, but it was scrupulously clean and I would imagine they have a devoted base of folks who come for the value and the close beaches in season. The free shuttle is nice, too, and the driver met us at the airport (look for the green pharmacy cross at the end of the terminal.) Our room was dated but clean and comfortable, and had a very nice balcony. The hotel arranged for us to get an early shuttle (earlier than their published hours, but the driver was sweet and didn't seem to mind not getting any sleep. We tipped him handsomely! What a nice guy!). We got a take out pizza for dinner, as I think the restaurant was closed, but we left before breakfast was available. All in all, although we are probably not Peri's typical customer, we had a comfortable evening and made some new friends.

I think the word that comes to mind is casual. It is a quirky property and somewhat dis-organised. The people were good at communication and pleasant but it could have been cleaner. The breakfast was not anywhere near being served when we had to leave at 7.30am and the van to the airport had an open window due to rain affecting the electronics.

This was our second stay at Peri’s ,named after the son of the owner. A true family business that has a tendency to grow on you and is certainly the most authentic Greek accommodations near Athens Airport that you will find. It’s clean and functional, an oasis in a suburban area

Peri’s has a magical arrangement with a very fine but locally run restaurant on the sea and the restaurant will pick you up and deliver you home. The food is excellent and an excellent introduction to Greek cuisine if you are just arriving. If you have a soft spot for cats ( ubiquitous in Greek restaurants) so does the kind-hearted owner. He has adopted local strays and somehow they are all very well mannered and unobtrusive, fun to slip a few scraps to during the basic but nutritional, well executed breakfast.

Peri’s hotel is a very charming, smaller family run hotel. Theodore, the owner/manager, and his staff are very helpful, friendly, with an excellent sense of hospitality. This sharp looking smaller hotel, with a park like setting, is in a very nice open residential area with a country feel. We enjoyed a nice 1.0 mile walk to the Aegean Sea, passing several supermarkets, restaurants, and numerous shops along the way. Taxis are also readily available, and some restaurants provide free round-trip service. The hotel is in a very quiet location, rooms are a nice size, with patio or balcony. The upkeep is very good, not perfect, so I gave it four stars. Likewise the bed was comfortable, softer than my preference, so also I gave it four stars.
I was quite surprised at how fresh and good. the breakfast was. Ours featured a hard boiled egg, slices of cheese, slices of bread and sweet bread, orange juice, and tea or coffee.

We had a nice big room with a balcony, where we ate a little dinner & watched the sun set. The small, locally owned hotel was perfect for the first and last nights of our stay in Greece. They picked us up from the airport & took us back. We are especially grateful that they were able to get us to the airport early on October 1, 2025 just before the taxi strike started. Peter, who is one of the drivers and who works the front desk, is jovial, kind, patient and quite helpful with local recommendations as well as ideas for our next visit to the islands. It’s close to the airport, so not very close to the city center but that didn’t affect our plans, just a heads up. Thank you to everyone at Peri’s for a lovely beginning and ending to our holiday.

had some slight issues with the shuttle, but overall it was great! Breakfast was simple but good and filling. I can’t get over how good this Greek yogurt is. Walls are thin and you can hear a lot but nothing some white noise wasn’t able to cover. Shower had great temps and my room had a balcony so was able to have some fresh air and breeze in my room.

We only stayed the night we arrived in Athens so that we could get out to the countryside in the morning. Overall we were taken care of and had no issues. My main comment is that the building seemed fairly dated. Our shower had very little water pressure which was kind of a bummer after 26 hours of traveling but we were still able to get clean and sleep a bit while we adjusted to the 10 hour time change.

This hotel is in a depressed area of the city. Everything is dusty and dry. A good thing was that the nearby restaurant offered transportation to and from their place where we had a good meal. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance, a remodel, an upgrade and a cleaning. We couldn’t even see out the windows.

Would love to give this family owned hotel 5 stars but I can not over look that the glass doors to our balcony were filthy and the WiFi only worked in front of the hotel lobby, breakfast was limited but not the amount of cats around, the shuttle didn’t pick us up if was the father’s personal car that was falling apart. However the family went above and beyond with communication and recommendations great places to eat. If you need somewhere affordable for a night or two and no WiFi it’s good.

Didnt get to stay long, just an overnight stay but what little time we had, this hotel was perfect. Free pickup from and to Athens airport. Room was spacious and clean and the beds were super comfy. Host even suggested a restaurant in Artemida which offered a free transfer to and from the hotel that ended up being one of the best meals we had in Greece.

I Can only say about our room It was old needed fresh paint and the beds were not as comfortable. Shower Head needs to be changed as it was not functional very low presure because only 3 holes were working. The staff was frendly and very helpful. Our luggage were left behind by the airline and they called us that they arrived at midnight. Panagiotis was very willing to take us back to the airport to pick up the luggage so that we can change our clothes that we were for two day that is a big plus for us. Over all if you are just passing through the Athens for one night its an okay hotel to stay and they offer breakfast besides the pickup and dropoff at the Airport which is also a big plus.

When we were taken to our first room (downstairs), we immediately noticed several issues. There were flies, mosquitoes, ants, and other bugs on the bed and floor. There was no electric kettle, and although a gas cooker was present, there were no kitchen appliances provided — no coffee pot, plates, or utensils — so I couldn’t even make a cup of coffee.
Additionally, we noticed spider webs around the door. This room had one queen bed and one twin bed.
We requested a different room due to these conditions. At first, the staff member told us the hotel was fully booked, but then he changed his mind and agreed to show us another room.
The second room (upstairs, Room 3) was brighter and generally cleaner, which we appreciated. However, there were still ants on the floor and a bug on the wall that appeared to have been killed earlier but was still alive. While the room itself was acceptable, the shower in the bathroom was defective, I have a video to show this issue. I don't want to bash Peri's but to be honest the property is a bit run down, the stairwell on the way to the third floor has junk completely blocking the path. The rooms are very dated and the bed was extremely uncomfortable, especially the pillows. There are cats everywhere that come inside (I'm allergic). Positives, the location is very close to airport and the free shuttle was great. The driver was awesome and they will take you at all times. The local beachfront restaurant will also pick you up from the hotel, highly recommended, great food and view. Overall we might stay there again for the convenience but just know what to expect.

The property is new & very clean but there's no elevators . so it was very difficult to bring up our luggage by the staircase. Nobody to help with the luggage. More importantly the AC was not working. The room was quite hot since it was summertime.
