Staff: not interested, poor welcome, empty hotel but no initiative to offer an upgrade (even paid), room booked says mountain view, but is essentially the back of the property which is an unkept slope.

Room: small, and should not allow us to book for 4 plus luggages, essentially we’re crabbing in the room.

In room service: concierge insist we use the non-existent QR code in the room. When they realised there’s no QR code in our room (older room), they suggest we come down to reception to collect otherwise it’s a fee to deliver to our room.

Breakfast: Rubbish machine coffee provided, although barista onsite. Hotel does not advise you that the barista coffee for a cappuccino is included as part of your breakfast but any other drinks are chargeable. However, you will get a displeasing look from the barista if you go for a second as it’s only a single person running the set.

Beautiful hotel but in sad state. Not lively at all considering it’s far from Athens city, some attempt to put some live into the hotel should be made.

Staff need motivation or a turn-around of staff.

The hotel experience was profoundly unsatisfactory, leading me to assert my entitlement to a refund for the entire night’s stay. We had reserved a suite with a private pool, which was disappointingly cold. Despite our request for heating, the staff informed us that it was not feasible. This discrepancy between the advertised amenities and the actual experience is unacceptable.
While an alternative room with a hot tub was offered, its heater malfunctioned after repeated attempts. The room’s layout, featuring a steep and narrow staircase leading to the bedroom, appeared to be designed for additional staff. Furthermore, numerous fixtures and handles were broken within the room. The restaurant and dining area was similarly inadequate, resembling a dormitory cafeteria.
Considering the substantial financial investment, we felt deeply deceived and underpaid for the accommodations provided. The room’s condition and the misrepresentation of the amenities were unacceptable. We express our profound disappointment with the experience.

The staff, the room, the beach were all great. This is a wonderful place to stay for me when arriving or leaving Greece. I would particularly like to mention Alexandra at the front desk. There was a large group checking out and because almost everyone had some problem it was taking a long time. Alexandra handled everyone with a serene calmness that relaxed the guest. She was patient and competent. The hotel should be happy to have her. Rick Callahan.

Beautiful location, less than ideal room- good for families that don’t love their kids but want a resort vibe. Poolside bar playing music with generally mixed age crowd singing ABBA, Jon Bon Jovi, and Justin Timberlake until wee hours of morning tryna “get lucky”. Food in hotel restaurant subpar, but hotel staff was great! Really lovely folk & the waitress was excellent at her job. Close to airport, which is great, but don’t expect a ton of sleep the night before you fly!

There was no running water in the hotel in the morning, so I could not shower. That is unacceptable! I plan to get a refund. Additionally, there was loud music playing at a nearby establishment until midnight. I had to be at the airport at 6am. Just an overall terrible experience, unexpected from Wyndham.

Front desk staff could have been more friendly (a smile would have been nice). Huge spot of mold in our room on the ceiling. Rudely awaken during the night by neighbouring room messing with the connecting door. We asked for a king bed not two singles stuck together (VERY uncomfortable sleep before a 9hr flight). Room was horribly ventilated and completely steamed up after one shower. Greeting staff at buffet could have also been nicer. Highly recommend training in customer service!

The room was small and crammed with too much furniture. The bedside light didn’t work. The grout on the trim in the bathroom was a mess and unfinished. The bathroom door was made of frosted glass and made a loud cracking sound when opened or closed. The maintenance crew did fix it when we brought it to their attention. Lambrose, at the front desk, was the best part of our stay, with his kind patience and listening to our complaints and doing his best to solve them and make us happy. The nightstand drawers were off the runners and did not work; the closet door was also off the runners and did not work. $35 per person for the buffet was very pricey and forced us to go out into the town to get dinner. The silver lining was the Cozy Beach Bar, where we were welcomed like old friends, and served promptly with delicious food, including the cozy burger, which was right up there with the top 10 burgers of all time.

Pros: amazing view from the main restsurant and patio. Overall cleanliness. Staff from main bar and restaurant and cart drivers were very friendly and service-oriented Nice variety of the breakfast buffet.

Cons: Reception staff seemed annoyed by our presence. We had reserved 2 rooms and they first proposed 2 bungalows that were not close to one another (even though the room numbers were close). Electrical breaker of the room popped off a few times. AC was not working.

I tried to contact this property several times months before my travel by email, Expedia messaging and by phone. Finally , I talked to someone who assured me my request of staying in the same room for 2 nights (booked separately) was taken care of only to find out at arrival they had no idea what I was talking about and asked me to go back to the desk in the morning. On top of this, I had to request extra linen for my sofa bed, the main light was flickering (we requested twice for it to be fixed and was not) and the fridge was hot. The cleaning staff knocked on our door at 9 am to ask when we were leaving (check out is 11 am) and the buffet is overly priced and not good! The payment system at the buffet restaurant is very discombobulated. The staff seem to have a communication break down which I don’t expect when I come to a top notch resort! The views are amazing!

The location was beautiful but my room was in poor condition. I paid for a room with a hot tub outside and it never worked. Additionally, one of the windows didn’t lock and it took 2 days to get it fixed so I had to keep valuables in car. Shower would leak all over the bathroom. Breakfast was good.

The hotel service was not up to par. Staff was not too friendly, no smile on their faces nor kindness to be found. The dinner was mediocre, maybe i paid too much for too little. Also, asked for two single beds, but that didn't happen, the cleaning lady forgot to refill towels. I asked for a shuttle to the airport at 35, which was later raised to 50 Euros(I used Uber which was far less and convenient. At the checkout time he couldn't printout a lthe final receipt due to system being down.

They however offered us a free dinner at the Buffett which turned out to have the atmosphere of a bingo hall in a one star casino. The staff were friendly enough and the room and amenities in it were adequate. The food was surprisingly not good. We had spent 10 nights in Greece before this final night before our flight out and it was a disappointment. It was also very overpriced for what it was. We had a club sandwich at lunch and there was hardly any chicken in the sandwich. The breakfast buffet only had hard boiled eggs at 7:45. Closer to 8 when we had to leave to catch our flight it looked like a cook might have been setting up an omelette station. The food was the worst we had in Greece and the most expensive.

This is a beautiful area, and a nice resort. We booked an all-inclusive stay. Once checked in and we went down to pool we went to grab some drinks and we were given a hard time because we did not have bracelets for the all-inclusive. At check-in the staff did not give them to us. We went back to desk later to see about the bracelets we were suppose to have, and the member at that time was kinda snarky as to why we wanted them at that point bc we left the following day. It came off kinda rude. We went to dinner that night, and as I was eating my food there was a beetle crawling in my salad. We spoke to the manager at front reception. They apologized, and we let them know we just wanted them to know, for the sake of future guests. They said they would comp something to our Expedia account. We haven’t received anything from them. Overall the area of the island is beautiful. For the cost of the one night stay and our experience it was very lackluster, and I would not revisit that resort again for future stays.

Beautiful hotel. We arrived after our 10 hour flight and stayed for 2 nights. It was a perfect stay to recover and acclimate. The buffet was fantastic, so many options and some of the best food we had while in Greece. The beach area was beautiful with an amazing view and crystal blue water. The drinks at pool bar were overly expensive and were very small for the price. Nothing to do at night. It is about 25-30 minutes from airport. The room was tight for two people with two suitcases, but the facilities, food, and swimming make up for it. I will stay here again when I return to Greece.

This was a really nice 3-4 star property.
It was quiet and serene at times. They were having a party that was loud until around 1130 pm but after that it was quiet. The view to the sea was really pretty.
The restaurant needs more options for breakfast besides a buffet and service was medium.
Over all I was happy to be there out of the city and not too far from airport

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty and clearly under construction—there was sheet rock dust all over the floor, bathroom, and even on the mirror.

The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. At checkout, we requested assistance with our bags because there are multiple levels of stairs to climb, but no one ever showed up. We waited for 30 minutes until we had to carry the bags ourselves, or we would have missed our ride to the airport.

The “all-inclusive” package turned out to be a gimmick and a complete waste of money. It only included the buffet, which served awful food, and the alcohol was of such low quality that it made our stomachs hurt.

While the view was beautiful and the private pools were clean, the dining experience was very underwhelming. The pool bar restaurant food was mediocre at best (5/10), and the upstairs restaurant served the exact same menu, offering no variety at all.

The only redeeming feature was the stunning view, but unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to make up for the poor service, lack of cleanliness, and misleading all-inclusive package.

Receptie ziet er goed uit. Kamers en gangen in het hoofdgebouw zijn zwaar verouderd. Wij kregen ‘een upgrade’ naar een kamer met half zeezicht. De andere helft bestond uit de airco units van het complex, opslag en de afvalberg. Benieuwd wat de eigenlijke kamer zonder upgrade was geweest…
De hele nacht waren er problemen met de airco’s en de stroomvoorziening waardoor we door de herrie van de machines en generator geen oog dicht hebben gedaan. Alsof er een vrachtwagen op het balkon stond. En ook de lichten in de kamer knipperden een paar keer tussen 1:00 en 4:00 uur. Geen verontschuldiging van de receptionist de volgende ochtend want ‘het was niet zijn shift die nacht’. Wat een treurnis!

Good resort, close to the airport. Only thing that is not correct is communication between their staff.

Before booking I have requested to review what is included in all inclusive package and I have received their most recent brochure from their Reservation department. After arriving at the property I have found out that it's not at all as it was presented in the brochure.

There was no mini bar at the room upon the arrival, at the bar we needed to pay the drinks after 11pm even that the brochure provided states that the drinks are free until the midnight. There was no snacks at the pool bars at the certain times and there was not variety as on the brochure provided.

I have asked on the reception about all inclusive package but they didn't know anything then having breakfast, lunch and the dinner included.

After requesting to talk to the same staff member from Reservation department, I have been told that her supervisor has confirmed the brochure provided is the most recent and they don't know why and how is possible that drinks need to be paid for, no snacks etc.

Even that the brochure states that bottled water, coffee and soda drinks were free at the bar I have been told from baristas that I need to use the coffee machine at the breakfast place and use only tap water and soda juices machines at the restaurant, otherwise I need to pay at the bar.

Overall stay was ok, just not worth booking it as all inclusive package if it's not all included as brochure provided.

1. Staff is so nice and below isn’t aimed at them, it’s Wyndham (management)
2. Pics are a lie, this is far from 5 star, lucky if it’s a 2 star.
3. Ordered breakfast, eggs, fruit, yogurt, coffee paid 45 euros & only had the orange juice. Don’t even want to speak on dinner.
4. I had a 3 night stay, I ended up getting a car rental, checking out early & heading to another hotel.
5. It’s not the staff, everyone was super nice but have to work with what is given to them.
6. I would advise to read all reviews before booking because I didn’t and paid for it literally.

We traveled with 3 other couples and paid the same price for a room upgrade for a sea view but our room was the smallest and had the worst sea view. There were not enough chairs in our room and the floor was very. dirty. We also had less storage space compared to the others we traveled with. We also had a view of trash cans.

This was a brief stop due to a late arrival and an early flight the next morning. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the cheeseburgers were excellent. Service wasn’t that great but overall wasn’t bad given there was entertainment on the balcony. This location is about a 15 minute ride to the airport. The room was expensive but cheap in comparison to the hotel at the airport itself.

We arrived early at the property so room was not ready. Did some shopping returned and waited until 3pm. Room finally ready. Room didn’t have a working phone, we wanted to order room service. Was only given 1 key for 2 people. Had to return to reception to get a second key asked to have the phone fixed. All rooms in the area did not have work phones so they “upgraded” us to a bungalow. Finally got settled into the bungalow around 4pm.

I would highly recommend this property ! The location is incredibly beautiful ! Had one small issue at check-in, but thanks to the manager Anna, it was taken care of immediately. She was absolutely fantastic ! Food was wonderful as well ! All staff were so friendly, and able to teach us some Greek as well. Definitely coming back ! 5 stars on our stay !

We stayed here one night before our departure flight. The lobby looks great but the elevators look like they were from 20 years ago. The room we had was also tiny. You have to walk to spa with a ticket to get pool tools. There property map is also not updated as there was no kids club. The room was small. Definitely not a junior suite.
It was not set to accommodate the 4 of us although specified in the booking.
We had to ask for everything several times (towels, pillows, blankets etc).
The mattress had a slope from the middle to the sides.
Very small bathroom.
Small and old elevators.
Definitely not a 5 star hotel.

Best place to stay at!! Loved the room! Got the bungalow with private pool! Was amazing! Stayed only one night wish I would have booked for more nights! The staff were so friendly and welcoming! The food was so good! Would recommend and stay again! Can’t say enough on the room and the amazing staff!

Here unexpectedly due to another day at Athens from Air Canada strike. Overall property was very nice. A bit older but pretty. Didnt dine onsite, but did use the pool bar. Main pool was a bit dirty, but pool area was nice. Room was good. All staff seemed pleasant and friendly.

Our door mechanism didn’t work and the front reception did not send anyone up to repair. Luckily we could exit via adjacent door but couldn’t re-enter. Some of the staff cannot speak English.buffet was nice and beautiful view of water from terrace restaurant . Distance to airport is highlight

5-star experience

This is our 2nd year in a row visiting this hotel and every time it gets better. We originally selected it as a luxury option close to the airport and next year plan on extending our stay to enjoy all the amenities it has to offer...there are a lot! The Operations Manager, Anna, is very hospitable and attentive as is all the staff. The food and drinks were great but best of all is the sunset experience at dinner with the live band playing. We really enjoyed our bungalow with the private pool. It was perfect for our young family!
