Very nice, pools lovely beach atea kept clean daily. Locality a bit remote although there is a hotel chargeable bus.very friendly people. Weather warm to hot with breeze. Room lovely. A very nice holiday by Expedia, flights, excellent by Cathay Pacific.

The staff and the grounds were very good. It had well maintained gardens and good cleanliness. The pools were ok, the steps to exit the main pool were a bit rickety, and with the swim up pool you had to walk along everyone’s patio to enter and exit. There was a swim up bar at the swim up rooms, with a 1 til 2 happy hour, however the seats weren’t very comfortable on the patio, so not somewhere you would like to spend long sitting. The pool loungers were ok, but no cushions so not ideal for a whole day sunbathing. They did have 4 circular loungers, but get up early to bag one of those. The beach wasn’t bad, but had lots of seaweed in and on the beach. The worst thing for me, really, was the rooms. The bed was incredibly hard, and I asked if they had a topper. They kindly put another duvet under the sheet, which helped soften it up a bit. The rooms are probably in excess of 20 years old, and feel it! The white plastic fittings in the bathroom are now a grubby yellow colour, the shower isn’t up to much and the furniture is decidedly old. We were booked in for 10 nights, but moved after 5.

Very attractive property.The swimming pools are lovely and the restaurant/bar facilities are very pleasant. The masseuses are very skilful. However, the standard of housekeeping was inconsistent
with items frequently forgotten. The bedsheets should be changed more often.

Hotel is in need of some TLC... no lift to second floor so must carry your luggage up... so had to upgrade to pool room. Room floor very slippery to watch out as my wife and I both fell at different times...had to put towels down on floor in bathroom to avoid slipping.

Tranquil and Romantic Resort

The resort is on a remote side of the island far away from the hustle and bustle so if you going for relaxation you have found your place

Its tranquil resort offering you the break away from the city life so if you looking for a party or nightlife retreat this is not the place for you

The staff and management are super friendly as well as always trying to keep you happy and improve

Give this resort a try especially if you looking for a quite getaway you wont be spite

Lovely hotel but very out of the way

My partner and I stayed for 2 nights and the hotel was lovely however it is an hour from the airport and has absolutely noThing around it not recommended if you are looking to do activities around Koh Samui. I totally recommended if you are interested in escaping somewhere quiet and beautiful. Happy hour with 2 for 1 drinks every night from 5-7 was good and the breakfast buffet was also good too.

Nice hotel in the middle of no where

I booked 3 nights to attend a friends wedding. We arranged transfers with the hotel. When we arrived the taxi was not there. I tried to call the hotel but there was no answer. About 20 minutes later our taxi arrived. What followed was a 1 hour plus taxi ride to the hotel. I spoke to the taxi driver and found out that the location of the wedding was near the airport. At check in I spoke to the girl and explained that the hotel was too far from the wedding location (Totally my fault) and that we would change hotels the next day. I said I did not want a refund. She was very nice and said that she would include breakfast the following morning which we thanked her for. The next morning we sat down to have breakfast and were told by staff that we were not entitled to breakfast and asked to leave. Quite embarrassing. This place is in the middle of no where, we went to have a drink after check in and it cost 800 bhat return for a taxi, very expensive.

Service is terrible - we are on our honeymoon and this was our first destination, they cancelled our transfer to the hotel despite us calling them the very same morning during our layover in Bangkok to confirm our booked transfer. The staff could barely speak nor understand English, they didn't know how to make international calls to reach us on our mobiles and it took them forever to sort the mess about the transfer out.

Second, and last time at this one.

We stayed 2 years ago and enjoyed our stay so decided we would come back but we were very disappointed this time so it will be our last. Poor management and staff with very little English understanding. Firstly our booked shuttle from the airport did not turn up causing us delays while we contacted the hotel and then made personal arrangements. Another transport debacle when the daily shuttle into Chewang was changed to an hour earlier causing us to miss it (we had booked the previous night and I took a photo of the timetable then to be sure). The manager was most unsympathetic but after lots of shouting he arranged a driver.
The breakfast experience had deteriorated and they tried to charge us on the first day when it was included in our stay.
The TV picture quality was very poor and to have old TV's like you have in this day and age is very poor.
Towels were threadbare and stained and one of the beach towels had a hole in it.
In all we are sorry we returned.

Didn't start well with no arrival transfer waiting, the hotel lost the correspondence, however after we caught a cab and arrived, we were greeted courteously and eventually shown to our room. Facilities were very basic but comfortable. Amenities were essentially non existent, only a bulk soap dispenser on the shower wall. A small mat of hair covered the shower grate and remained there for the duration of our stay.
The hotel professes a green policy and will reuse towels and bedding if advised. The reality is that we almost had to demand a change of bedding as our housekeepers trolley didn't have it onboard as a standard item. The toilet suffered blockages and the noisy air conditioner leaked water onto the floor. The only English news on the inhouse TV, BBC, presented a frozen face to us for the entire stay and the attached DVD player was unusable and remained so for our stay despite being reported to the front desk. Remote units both had flat batteries
That said, the property had a lovely ambience , great pools and sufficient recliners, beach chairs etc to allow a restful break. Standard of food was generally good and the serving staff were helpful and enthusiastic.

Very relaxing stay but hotel is in very secluded area. Very few shops or restaurants nearby. Paid exceptional amounts for valentines dinner which was disappointing - waited an hour between starter and main which was cold and they forgot to bring coffee with pudding. Good pool on beach and free pool table.

Was a really nice hotel it's just isolated no bars or shops around you are forced to just stay within the hotel unless you book tours to go out to the other islands. Great place if you are looking to be away from crowds and shopping. The nearest shop is about 1km away on a dirt road.

Nightmare from hell!

Worst experience ever, major disappointment. The pictures and webpage do NOT reflect the sad reality. From the moment we arrived it just felt wrong, after 2 days (of a 7 day vacation) we left to another hotel.
They promote 80 TBH beers at the front desk but charge 160 THB at the bar (plus 10% service fee and 7% taxes), FALSE advertisement.
Rooms had old 90's TV and some didnt even work, rusty and dirty bathroom fixtures, ripped sheets with stains, bathroom looked like it belonged in a hostel, not a 4 star hotel, barely 2 stars! Bedbugs were vicious, place was nasty. The towels were never changed and smelled like they have never been cleaned, moldy and like old folks home.
We checked in at 4pm and reported the AC in one of the rooms was not working, it took them until 9pm to eventualy change the room.
The beach is totaly disgusting, debris, trash, broken bottles, they never clean it. The sand is muddy and nasty. This place was a complete disappointment from every angle. We had a family vacation of 6 people , 3 rooms for 7 days. We left after just 2 nights knowing we would NOT get a refund, but i wasnt going to let this hell hole ruin our vacation.
When we checked out the lady at the front desk gave us our bill ( food and drinks) and it seemed a bit high, we asked for the signed receipts and immediatly noticed the last charge of 2,500 was no where to be found. Right away the lady at the front desk said she made a mistake and removed this charge, sneaky lady!

The place was great, staff were really lovely especially Wut. A couple of the girls taking food and drinks orders were very slow and got simple orders wrong but it wasnt a major deal. The hotel was really nice, pools were clean and great. Lovely long pool by the rooms and another by the beach with a kids pool. It was very quiet. We were the only ones having dinner on the first night in the restaurant. It wasnt that cheap compared to outside (usual for a hotel) so I think most people ate out. We only had a few nights so it was fine and the food was good. Spa was great an the massage was amazing. 600 baht (£12) for an hour. Reception were great and anything we asked for wasnt a problem - extra bed for a child etc. Breakfast was great and lots to choose from. Check in and out was super fast and easy. There were dogs around that came in from outside that was a downside for a resort. We had a pool access room which was great for kids who are old enough to swim of course. I would go again. And it was very windy - we have stayed all over the island and this part was its only little climate. But it was so hot the breeze/wind was very welcome! We really enjoyed our stay. A few things they could improve but for the money really great.

Our stay at the hotel was okay. The staff were extremely helpful and the proximity to the beach was perfect. The hotel has the potential to be a great destination, however it is very remote with no amenities at walking distance. Great for relaxing and enjoying a peaceful stay. Not great if you are not a dog lover as they roam around the hotel premises, around the pool and at your room entrance and across your patio if you are on the ground floor.

Basic hotel, very close to the beach in the South

My bedroom was large and basic, you could hear the guests speaking in the bedroom next door, the room was clean and had all of the basic requirements, unfortunately the main block of rooms overlook the pool and when the children go in in the morning they make a hell of a lot of noise, this of course is the parents fault as they should realise that 7am is not the right time to allow them to shout and scream, as it wakes the guests up who are asleep or were asleep! The breakfast could be better, more covers for the food and a better choice of fruit, we are after all in a tropical country with a wonderful selection of fruit! It was melon and water melon and pineapple, unfortunately, I can not eat any form of melon, when requested the staff were kind enough to give me another fruit to have with the pineapple.

Why is it when you are by the pool near a hotel bar you have to have from morning to night music playing? It is so relaxing to hear the waves quietly splashing on the beach, it's such a pity that it is drowned out by music, anybody who is desperate for music could take their personal head sets along!

The bottom of the pool had several tiles broken which really needs to be looked at and the beach admittedly it was after a storm could have been cleared early in the morning instead of waiting to after lunch!

Great hotel for a relaxing chilled stay

We had 2 nights here before having 2 nights in chasing area. We knew it was quiet and it really was. A lovely secluded hotel on the south west corner. Very clean, modern hotel with very accommodating and friendly staff. Fantastic to have a poolside room, just to relax day or night.
Only downside for me was hotel food and drink prices being a bit steep, but we found some great restaurants down the road so didn't actually try the food.
Couldn't image this hotel was on the same island after driving round it (the majority of it being so touristy and in your face)

For value this would be best on island, im comparing to punapreda which is more and standard no where near as good.

Enjoyed it. Might stay again. Little too far from everything. Was peaceful until day before leaving as they were doing building repairs on the room above us. We paid extra for the pool access room below but we're disappointed as they also lack privacy with people walking over your outside area & looking into your room. Housekeeping was ok but they wake you up to clean it. Pool towels smell bad. I don't think they are washed. Had a hamburger that tasted terrible. Thai food is ok there but you get better food & it's cheaper elsewhere.

Relaxing and Quiet Getaway

Was attending a wedding at the Conrad Hotel - so being close (5-10 min) to wedding reception was a bonus. I could get taxi to and from Conrad very easily. Good value for money, very nice and clean rooms with pool access which offer free bottled water and safe to store valuables. Perfect for relaxing by the pool and beach - especially honeymooners. For solo travellers not too many social things to do at the hotel and is a bit remote and far from busy Chaweng and Lamai Beach - about an 45min from Chaweng . Can however can hire scooter or taxi or hotel shuttle bus which alternates trips to Chaweng and Lamai Beach on different days. Very friendly staff - special mention to Jit - she was fantastic, always smiling an very helpful. One issue with the water on the first day - the council water pipe burst and went without water for a few hours and thankfully came back in time to get ready before the wedding . Hotel apologised for the inconvenience. Overall, very pleasant experience! :)

Fabulous hotel right on the beach

This hotel is amazing - great location, peaceful, friendly staff, wonderful guests and Amazing views. Where it is quite remote, the staff proved a really cheap shuttle bus and you can book their car to take you and pick you up from where you want to go ( for a slightly higher fee, but with it being thailand it hardly breaks the bank) so it's not difficult to about. There are kayaks you can take out on the sea (which is so flat it looks like a lake, and so warm it's almost a hot spa) free of charge, food at the restaurant is outstanding (rather shamefully one of my favourites was their pizza!!) but they had a variety of great Thai and English dishes. They have happy hour daily from 5 to 7, and provide you with a welcome drink on arrival. staff are helpful and happy and will book any excursion you wish to go on for you. After spending a week in Chaweng, it was great to see a different side to the Island. I would definitely visit again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Oh, and I nearly forgot, the pool is outstanding, anyone who visits should definitely have a room with pool access!!!!!

Hotel and room were very nice, about 10minutes away from town so taxis were required which were pricey. The price of the laundry was absolutely ridiculous. Do not do your laundry at this place. Thailand laundry usually cost 30-70 baht/kg which is approximately $1.50-$3/kg however for 3 regular sized plastic bags of laundry the hotel charged us approximately 3000 baht which is approximately $120 AUD. the hotel charged by item of clothing was ridiculous. Apart from paying 2 nights worth of accomodation just on a laundry fee, the hotel was nice

Perfect spot to get away

As I was travelling by myself, and the purpose of my holiday was to RELAX, I chose this resort based on reviews that said it was quiet. The resort is isolated and off the beaten path. This may not appeal to some, but was exactly what I was after. It's a good place for singles, couples or small families looking for a place to get away from it all. The staff were wonderfully warm, very welcoming. The faclities and grounds are lovely, and amazing value. The shuttle bus service was convenient and reasonably priced. I seriously can't recommend staying here highly enough - I've already recommended this place to others who will be coming to stay. Other guests at the resort were equally impressed with their experiences during their stay there.

I stayed for 2 weeks in a Deluxe Pool room, which was perfect. If you can, book a room on the ground floor, as it's great to be able to step out of your room and get to the pool so conveniently. The beach isn't huge like other parts of the island, and it's not the best for swimming, but if you're looking to just relax with some nice scenery, it's perfect. There is a small minimart a 5 min walk away, and a larger Family Mart about a 15 minute walk away on the main road.

Breakfast was on the expensive side, considering the prices for food generally on the island. Dinners were generally very good and good value.

If you're looking for nightlife, this isn't the place for you. But if you're after a true get away, there isn't a better place!

Would definitely recommend!!!

We stayed here for 2 weeks and really enjoyed our stay!! Taling Ngam is a lovely place and is the quieter part of the island.
The staff are so helpful and willing to offer their help with everything you need. An example of this was that it was my girlfriends birthday and they helped me to arrange a lovely evening, arrange buying flowers and a complementary birthday cake on our evening meal!!
They have free sea kayaks, snorkels and the 2 swimming pools are lovely.
We would definitely stay here again!!

Secluded Paradise

I visit Thailand often as I have family there, on this occasion I booked four nights on Koh Samui rather last minute as I needed a relaxing few days after a hectic few weeks in the 'thai outback'. The coconut beach resort was everything I needed during this time, located on the more secluded south of Samui island - it's tranquility at its best! The larger of the two pools is lush, I spent most days in there!
The beach (although not ideal to swim in) was a lovely addition to watch the sun set with a mojito ordered at the pool bar - only a few feet away. The food is generous in portions and moderate in pricing - I highly recommend the satay chicken burger (which comes with double cooked fries). With happy hour daily and room serice available - you really needn't leave the resort at all. They even have an on-site spa and gym.

Don't get me wrong if you're looking to enjoy the island nightlife and dine at a different restaurant each night, this resort is not well located. If you don't want relaxation for a few days - this place will have you feeling brand new! I loved my stay so much and hope to be back.

Nice hotel next to the beach for quiet stay. Very good breakfast and pleasant staff.We have stayed for 3 nights. If you want to escape from everything for some days - this is place for you.
For comfortable stay you need to rent a scooter - walking distance to the food store ( Family Market) is 0.5 h, the cafes for lunch or dinning - further. True, we have found a great place for lunch near Family Market (Thai Food menu).

Budget hotel at 4 star prices.

Prior to staying at this hotel, we had generally good reviews, and articles, so our expectations were high. However, the hotel was a great disappointment, for the rate paid to Expedia of £96 per night. We had been expecting a reasonable 4 star hotel but Centra Coconut is very much in the budget category. Currently the hotel is being offered on Expedia at £35 at night, which is perhaps a little bit more reasonable, but at the £96 a night we paid, it is massively over-priced.

The room was furnished to a very basic standard, and without hot water for the first 24 hours of our stay. It took three visits to reception to finally get them to rectify the problem. In fact, the front desk were at all times generally unhelpful, and the standard response to any request seemed to be \"not available\", including tours, car, motorcycle hire. The hotel is at a remote location (which was one of our reasons for selecting it), but we hadn't anticipated that it would be so difficult to arrange transport.

We only used the restaurant for breakfast which was of a very low standard. The restaurant faces onto a narrow beach, about 45 meters wide, with litter at either end, and not suitable for swimming. There are 3 dogs resident at the hotel (owned or wild, not sure), but had free range of restaurant, and saw one barking aggressively at a small child, which was understandably terrified.

Nice picturesque hotel in a secluded position. Beautiful location with some great views of islands. Staff were pleasant and helpful and rooms maintained to a good standard. Restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. It's isolation did prove to be an irritation as it was an expensive taxi to its closest town Lamai. Stay away from the poorly maintained mopeds!

We really enjoyed the 5 nights stay at the Centra coconut Beach Resort.
The staff were very helpful and courteous . Although a wee bit isolated the resort was very quiet , peaceful and very relaxing. The only fault we found was the air conditioning fans were noisy and probably need reconditioning or replacement.

We loved our stay. The staff are brilliant and we loved the quiet location for the first few days of our holiday....a beautiful place to wind down into holiday mode. The food was some of the best we had for our entire trip and 'Happy Hour' with Kiat was a highlight of each day...so many laughs!! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the large bathtub was a bonus.

Quiet location with beach front with island views

Just returned from Koh Samui. Hotel was clean with pleasant staff who were prepared to help and made the experience memorable. Both Kai and Kiat were excellent waiters and made it even more enjoyable. The room was clean, and comfortable although a few maintenance requirements are needed both in the room ie the bathroom and the swimming pool where many broken tiles need repairing. My son cutting his hand badly on the walls of the pool. The courtesy bus to Cheweng and Lamai made it easy to go out to the other beach areas and for shopping and some fantastic restaurants. Hotel Restaurant is very affordable and the quality of the food was great. beautiful position, good location, helpful staff. Would recommend it

Really nice place. Nice and new and really well maintained with well appointed rooms. Pools are great. Beach is beautiful. Meals were really good but typical resort prices. The only thing I would caution people on is that the area is really remote. 15min walk to nearest minimarket. At present only one restaurant in the immediate area by the minimarket, although there will be a new place opening down the road soon. Highly recommend having a very good Belgian beer down the road at the Chill Out Bar. Awesomeviews and great owners.

Quiet Location with Fantastic Service

I spent a week here in October and although it is the off season the service was still fantastic. Great food, friendly staff, perfect private beach and pool and great weather this time of year. Its about as far from the airport as you can get on the island (about a 30 minute drive) and there is a free car service twice a day that will take you to various places on the island and then pick you up again at designated times. Will definitely go back.

Secluded fun in the sun

We knew that this resort was going to be a bit of a ways from the touristy parts of the island and that is why we chose it. The staff is great and very helpful. You can rent a scooter from the hotel for a small fee, free kayaking, free bicycles. There is a good happy hour. The restaurant is good but as everything is made to order it is a little slow, especially for us because we were the only ones ordering Thai food as others were ordering western foods. The only thing that we did not like was that the wonderful pools close at 7! Everything else was great.

The resort is in the middle of nothing. the swimming pool is nice and clean. The beach looks nice but you can't swimm, there is not sand but mud. service was not good at all and the room has not been cleaned, only made the bed and changed towels, floor and toilet dirty of sand like we left. the restaurant doesen't have a big menu and also not all is available ( pizza). we had the opportunity to book the room with 50% discount and still i can tell i have been in better hotel for the same price

good hotel but a bit out of the way

We spent 5 nights there with friends lovely hotel lovely staff beautiful private beach beautiful pool the only complaint is the bathroom was mouldy.Would recommend this hotel for a quiet getaway as it is a bit far from everything but a nice little village all the same.Within a KM from hotel is a well stocked Family Mart and great massage shop.

Stayed at the resort for 14 nigths as a couple - I would definitely recommend hotel if you are looking for quiet and relaxing holiday. Especially the hotel personnel made our holiday perfect. Hotel offers complimentary shuttle bus to Nathon, Chaweng and Lamai beach in the afternoon each day. The only way to dine is the hotel restaurant - prices of meals (very tasty) are comparable with Lamai or Chaweng, drinks are somewhat pricey. Hotel also offers thai cuisine lessons and various spa packages - little expensive, but definitely worthy.

A very excluded and nice hotell!

I lived for three nights with my friend. First and furmost, the hotell suits cupples better then any one because the ambience is very romantic. The hotell is situated in an more or less isolated part of Koh Samui and it costas around 500 TBH to get there.

The hotell areas are all top notch, private beach with free chairs, hammocks and other commodities. The restuarant is more pricey then the more populate part of Koh Samui but not at all affordable.

The rooms are nice and clean and have big fresh and clean bathrooms and balconys.

The secludedness is really on of the hotells big flaws and bonuses, everything has a reeally desgined and clean feeling to it and the staff is VERY serviceminded!

Great stay for a romantic getaway or for a nice relaxing retreat!

A quiet and intermate get away

The Coconut resort is located on the south west side of Samui. It's location is set well away from the mainstream island locations. This setting provides a quiet and intermate experience.

The resort is modern and well maintained. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. All can speak some level of English although some much better than others.

We stayed for four nights, the staff went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. Due to the secluded location, the hotel has achieved many ways to entertain guests. Daily bus rides are offerd for no charge to several beaches across the island, scooters and cars are availble to rent at very resonable costs and the hotel offers activites.

The hotel restaurant offers a wide selection of food at resonable prices and evening meals are offered with special events. All additional events and themes provided by the hotel are subtle and easily avoidable should one care to. The overall tone is subtle and relaxing.

We did experience one blackout during our stay plunging the whole resort into darkness. The staff were very helpful and power returned after an hour or so.

The WIFI is decidedly inconsistent, many times myself and other guests could not connect to one of their many routers.

Spa treatments need to be booked one day in advance and is very small, space may not always be avaible. But the treatments are very good and reasonably priced.

The majority of the guests were couples of all ages, several families were aslo there with young children. Due to the location the other guests were quiet and all enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

The private beach is clean and has many sun chairs. It faces south east. I visited in late December and found the mornings to be cloudless and very hot then clouds would roll in at lunchtime. Temperature was consistently 30 degrees with no rain.

I was very satisfied with this resort, I felt very comfortable and also believe it to be very good value for money.

Delightful Thailand Getaway

The Coconut Villa Resort and Spa was a fantastic beach getaway. Our family stayed 4 days and loved everything about the Coconut Villa. We had just spent 8 days in Ag Naong where we filled our days with activities with no beach time,so when we arrived at the Coconut Villa we were ready for some beach time and this was the perfect place for it. The pool, the beach, and the dining were just steps from our Sea View Villa. This made it so easy to enjoy each area without having to walk long distances or trek through a major lobby and up an elevator to go back to your room. The beach was groomed each morning and the staff brought down lounges for you to enjoy on the beach or you could lounge around the pool and still have a beautiful view of the ocean. There was also a tire swing on the beach which all of us enjoyed as well as 2 hammocks and a double swing. The water was lovely for swimming and the resort had kayaks for us to use as well.
The staff at the Coconut Villa were all very friendly and did their best to make our stay wonderful. Tony, the manager, was great. He was always available to suggest activities we might want to do or help arrange for anything we needed.
The Coconut Villa is set away from the busy part of the island which we loved, though we did drive in for an evening of walking the streets , shopping and dinner and we all agreed we were glad to get back to our quiet, lovely resort.
We were told the resort was full but we never felt crowded.

A little out of the way and isolated but a nice getaway. The pools are lovely. The Spa is nice and reasonably priced. Food is good but a little expensive and menu can get old if staying there for too long.
Free internet in the restaurant and lobby but costs money in the rooms.

location is south west coast not on any bus or shared taxi (songtaew) route so best to arrange pick-up or rent a vehilcle at nathon pier first. lots of signs to find your way there. if u fly the airport is on the opposite side of the island (northeast) hotel has no immediate neighbors so is quiet and peaceful. party animals would prefer the east coast. beach area is clean and sandy. good for swimming - far enough from towns to have clean water. property is really nicely kept - swimming pools are very clean. staff friendly and core staff speak excellent english. there is free wifi but weak and internet is slow. rooms spacious and 4 star+ quality. breakfast ok. restaurant expensive but high quality. some cheap thai cafes within 2 km of properties. dept stores like lotus big C on east coast 20 minutes drive

Für mich war es einwenig zu abgelegen, man ist auf ein Roller angewiesen. Der Strand habe ich mir auch besser vorgestellt, ist schmutzig und hat viel abfall rumliegen. Wir hatten die Villa und die waren nicht so wie ich es mit vorgestellt habe, sind renovationsbedürftig! Dusche konnte man nicht richtig einstellen ging von sehr heiss gerade auf sehr kalt. Das Lavabo lief nicht richtig ab, die Badewanne überhaupt nicht schön! Die Fenster und Türen sind überhaubt nicht abgedichtet, haben öffnungen von bis zu 2cm, wo Eidechsen und andere Tiere immer reinkommen! Und auch wenn man den Umweltaspekt anschaut und man die Klima laufen lässt geht die ganze Kälte nach draussen da solche öffnungen vorhanden sind also geht viel Energie verloren. Der Pool ist auch renovationsbedürftig, da die plättlein im Pool abfallen und man sich daran verletzen könnte! Der Service sollte von alleine zu den Gästen gehen und nachfragen ob man noch was benötigt dies war auch nicht so der fall.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen, aber das war ja genau unser Wunsch. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen! Es gab trotz Vollbelegung immer freie Liegen am Pool oder am Strand. Das Personal ist superfreundlich und zuvorkommend, das Essen gut. Es gibt somit nichts, was wir bemängeln könnten! Leider ist auch hier das Problem mit dem Plastikmüll im Meer wahrnehmbar, aber der Strand wurde täglich gesäubert! Die ganze Hotelanlage ist wunderschön. Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!!!

Das Gute zuerst: Die Lage ist sehr schön. Die Pools sind sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und bieten ein großes Bad. Das Personal ist teilweise sehr freundlich und bemüht sich den bestmöglichen Service zu bieten. Das SPA bietet sehr gute Massagen. Die Gartenanlage mit Hängematten ist gepflegt und schön.
Neutral: Das Frühstück ist groß - allerdings keine Offenbarung. Es gibt einen Green Day. Wer sein Zimmer nicht reinigen lässt - erhält einen Getränkegutschein im Wert von 150 THB für das Hotel. Das Hotel liegt sehr abgelegen von touristischen Zentren.
Das negative: Die Preise im SPA Menu sind inkl. Rabatt - oder will das Personal einen über den Tisch ziehen? Sobald man das Hotelgelände verlässt, erwartet den Gast schreckliche Verschmutzungen. Die Cocktails zur Happy Hour werden in Plastikgläsern serviert und schmecken entsetzlich. Es gibt viele Algen nicht weit vom Strand - so macht das Baden nicht viel Spaß. Die Musik am Pool wiederholt sich ständig und ist zu laut. Der Check Out dauerte unglaubliche 30 Minuten.

Wir waren mit einer Reisegruppe für 13 Nächte in diesem Hotel.
Der Strand ist wunderschön gewesen & ist auch immer sauber gehalten worden. Ebenso auch die 2 Pools.
An sich eine schöne und vorallem ruhige Hotelanlage, wenn man einen ruhigen Urlaub möchte , ist es perfekt. Möchte man jedoch Abends auch mal raus, sollte man sich ein hotel in Chaweng oder Lamai buchen. Im Hotel selbst, ist die Bar ab 23.00 schon zu.
Die Preise für Cocktails & Essen sind im Vergleich zu den Hotels/Bars in Lamai/ Chaweng total Überteuert! Man zahlt im CENTARA für einen Cocktail 250 Baht & fürs Essen ca 400 Baht, in den anderen Orten bekommt man gutes Essen & gute Cocktails schon viel günstiger.
Das Personal war stets nett, jedoch wurden wir vom ach so freundlichen personal am Tag der Abreise schön ‚verarscht‘. Rechnungen von Taxifahrten & Essendbestellungen, die wir immer direkt beglichen haben (und noch mit großzügigem trinkgeld) , haben wir am Tag der Abreise dann noch einmal vorgelegt bekommen & da hieß es dann wir hätten nichts bezahlt. Ein Ärger den Man vor der Abreise absolut nicht gebrauchen kann.

Alles in einem Würde ich dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Dejligt hotel i stille omgivelser. Stranden er fin med lidt søgræs. Venligt personale, der dog godt kunne håndhæve regler om f.eks rygning. Desuden er det sket ikke nødvendigt at man SKAL bestille bord, hvis man skal sidde på terrassen om aftenen.

Gutes Areal - sehr abgelegen

Wir waren eine Nacht in dem Resort. Die Anlage ist sehr schön. Wir hatten ein zimmer mit Poolzugang, welches echt super war. Der Aufenthalt war sehr entspannt. Wer angeschnitten von allem sein möchte, ist hier richtig.
Allerdings braucht man nach chaweng ca. 45min mit dem auto. Dafür dass das Hotel abgelegen ist, sind die Preise im Restaurant teuer und die Preise in die Stadt auch sehr teuer.

รร.ติดทะเลในย่านที่เงียยสงบ เหมาะแก่การพักผ่อน พนักงานน่ารักมากยิ้มทักทายทุกคน วันเข้าพักพบปัญหานิดหน่อย คือ ขอห้องเตียง twin แต่ได้ห้องเตียงเดี่ยว แก้ปัญหาโดยวางเตียงเสริม ก็โอเคนะ จัดการได้เร็วดี ห้องพักเปิดแอร์เตรียมไว้ให้ เข้าไปเย็นเลย มีห้องอาหารในโรงแรมอร่อยนะ ใกล้ๆมีเซเว่นกับแฟมมิลี่มาร์ทแต่เดินไม่ไหนนะ ควรมีรถนิดนึง อาหารเช้าควรปรับปรุงให้อร่อยและหลากหลาย ควรเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวให้ทุกวันจะดีที่สุด
