Parking was limited but once you pay your spot is guaranteed as they limit it. Come and go as much as you want with minimal walking. Complimentary breakfast was different each day with plenty of variety. Bar also had great drinks and small plates.

We stayed at Hyatt House one night. It was clean, pleasant, friendly staff. The free breakfast was outstanding. Our only problem and the reason for four stars instead of five was the parking situation. To park in their garage was an additional $35. To park our car in the parking garage across the street was $1/hour. To park our car free on the street if we were lucky enough to find an open spot was fine but we would have to move it by 9 the next morning. That was a complication we didn't expect and we had to plan accordingly. Otherwise our stay was satisfactory. The breakfast server Lena was particularly helpful.

It would have been nice to know the parking situation ahead of time too. $35 a day for a small lot that was filled when we arrived. No street parking available. There is a cheaper garage a short walk away. A heads up would have been nice since we arrived very late.

Stayed in one of the front corner rooms. Only for one night, but it was great. Convenient to the transit train to Portland. Parking is a little steep, but they had an EV charger with no additional cost, so it's a net win if you have an EV.

The room was very nice. Spacious and clean. We checked in without any hiccups or surprises. Their website mentions valet parking but they don't do valet parking. There is a nominal parking fee which I didn't mind paying. I was able to park right outside the rear entrance to the Hyatt House.

The room was clean, the building was new and nice, the staff were friendly, but the heater took a while to heat up and the worst thing was the fan blew directly to the head of the bed, right into our faces. Contacts went dry and had to be removed, making it hard to see the tv and we had to decide to deal with the cold or the air blowing in our faces. We decided to deal with the cold. Not a pleasant experience.

Exellent room service, excellent location, rooms were clean, parking at the hotel was $112 for 4 nights if you want to park in the hotel parking lot but there are alternative options such as street parking and a parking garage within the same block.
My only complaint would be the laundry room. Payment method was difficult as it would not accept my credit/debit card and there is no coin alternative I ended up using apple pay which was inconvienient as I had to download the app and the method costed more charging $6 just to wash instead of the $2.50 listed on the machine. As for the dryer i had to use apple pay again as it was again my only option as my debit/credit card did not go through but it actually took out the amount listed on the machine ($2.50)

The last time I stayed here they offered valet parking, which I was happy to pay for. I was definitely not happy to have to find street parking, especially when I returned at night by myself, and had to park and then walk several blocks to get back to the safety of the hotel. Until and unless safe parking options are offered I will not be staying there again, and cannot recommend it.

Great hotel! There is so much around both food options as well as stores such as Ross and TJ Max.
There is a food pod location which gives a variety of food to eat and it’s only a block away. Felt very safe and quiet despite there being a train behind hotel. Breakfast served was also good and had a variety of fruit, oatmeal, eggs, pancakes and protein like bacon or sausage.
The only downside was that you can hear everything single food step of the room above (was on second floor). We got little sleep one night because it sounded like kids were running and jumping.
I also didn’t like that they charged a daily fee for parking, especially if you’re staying there for a couple of days.
There is a food pod location which gives a variety of food to eat and it’s only a block away. Felt very safe and quiet despite there being a train behind hotel. Breakfast served was also good and had a variety of fruit, oatmeal, eggs, pancakes and protein like bacon or sausage.
The only downside was that you can hear everything single food step of the room above (was on second floor). We got little sleep one night because it sounded like kids were running and jumping.
I also didn’t like that they charged a daily fee for parking, especially if you’re staying there for a couple of days.

Hotel is very comfortable, clean, but I got zero sleep because my room was directly over a city train with a gate that dinged ALL NIGHT LONG. I wouldn’t stay in that location again. Other rooms further away from the MAX might be better. The other amenities were great and staff was very friendly.

Room was large and spacious. The area had great restaurants and options within walking distance. The lady who checked us in was awesome, I wish I got her name to say thank you. You could hear some footsteps from above but that doesn’t bother me at all and I didn’t hear any noise from next door units or outside so that was great. My only complaint was we chose this location to use their ev chargers. You have to pay $35 for parking, which is fine, but when we left at 10 PM to run an errand and came back the parking lot was full and all the ev spots were taken with non ev vehicles. If you’re going to charge $35 for parking, at least have enough spots available/ cap parking to people who have already paid so if you leave for minute you still have parking when you come back.

Clean, comfortable, breakfast was ok. Only has street parking unless you want to pay $35/night at the hotel (which didn’t even have any spots available) or $15/night at the parking garage across the street. Also, beware that there are train tracks (MAX transit?) that run right right behind the hotel and the crossing bells are constantly going off most of the night along with the sound of the train going by. Not much rest to be had.
