Wey good hotel. Staff very kind and professional. We were in superior room with sea view, excellent, clean and well equipped. Breakfast and dinner meals excellent. A bit small spa area but nice also. Beach may be a bit small during full season. Prices for minibar and pool bar reasonable.

Lovely new property near the beach at Spadici, Porec. Wide expansive property with the hotel and various bungalow type apartments throughout the grounds. Nicely manicured grounds, with amazing pool complex great for kids and adults alike. Slide, kiddies pool and water play, kids club with drawing activities etc. Relax pool near hotel itself is shown in main photo - also nice pool for relaxing around. Plenty of parking and the half board breakfast and dinner has great choice, good quality food and replenished right up until closing. Free white and red wine on tap along with beer and soft drinks. Busy place mid summer, but great place to stay.

Ich bedauere es sehr, aber sowohl der Service als auch das Personal entsprachen nicht unseren Erwartungen. Zunächst wurden uns zusätzliche Gebühren für unseren Sohn in Rechnung gestellt, die wir beglichen haben. Darüber hinaus beschädigte das Reinigungspersonal einen persönlichen Gegenstand. Trotz Abgabe an der Rezeption wurde keine adäquate Lösung gefunden. Dies war unser letzter Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hause.

Top Anlage. Leider viele Handtuchreservierer am Pool während unseres Aufenthalts, Plätze am Pool gab es dann nur abseits.
Meer direkt vor der Tür, alles super sauber. Beim Essen war stets reger Andrang, einen Platz hat man aber immer bekommen. Als Vegetarier fand ich die Käse Auswahl am Morgen recht mager (1 Sorte).

Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber. Handtücher werden auf Wunsch täglich gewechselt und auch die Betten werden alle paar Tage frische bezogen. Der Zimmerservice war gut.
Die Speiseauswahl ist gut. An den Buffets ist leider zu den Stoßzeiten etwas Gedränge. Später ist es ruhiger aber tlw. sind dann Speisen vergriffen oder nicht mehr warm. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Am Bufet gab es viel Auswahl und sah sehr gut aus. Den Kindern haben natürlich die Plantschbecken gefallen. Alles in allem war alles sehr gut für uns.

Nemrég felújított hotel. A személyzet átlagos volt, a tisztaság inkább gyengének mondható. Családi szálloda, nagyon sok a kisgyerek, gondolom ezért is nehéz folyamatosan tisztán tartani. A liftben folyamatosan foltos volt a kezelőpanel, lehetne többször takarítani napközben. Az ételek közt találtunk minden nap finomságot. Átlagos szálloda ízek, a sütik nem változatosak, az italkínálat gyenge, 4 féle szörp, sör, bor viszont legalább nem kérnek érte külön pénzt.

Wir hatten ein paar super Tage hier. Die Angestellten waren alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch an der Rezeption ist man gerne auf Wünsche und Bedürfnisse eingegangen. Die Anlage ist sowohl für Urlaube als Paar, als auch für Familien sehr gut geeignet, da es verschiedene Pools gibt. Im Speiseraum und bei den Sitzgelegenheiten im Außenbereich konnte es beim Essen schnell mal laut werden aufgrund der vielen Kinder. Das Personal war immer bemüht die Hygienevorschriften aufgrund der Corona-Krise einzuhalten und durchzusetzen, weshalb man sich sicher fühlte. Essen am Buffet war vielfältig und lies, sowohl morgens als auch abends, so gut wie keine Wünsche offen. Die Außenbereiche der Anlage sind super gepflegt, bei der Ankunft war in der Dusche noch etwas Sand (vielleicht vom Vorgänger?), ansonsten war das Zimmer immer sauber. Davon abgesehen war es geräumig und mit verhältnismäßig großer Terasse für ein Hotel. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker und das Personal im Restaurant einfach spitze. Vor allem Vanessa hat sich immer toll um uns gekümmert. Das Personal an den Bars ist leider sehe lustlos. Zwar immer höflich aber wirkte zu jeder Tageszeit demotiviert. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schöne Woche und werden gerne wieder kommen.

Mycket fint och fräscht hotell med bra pooler. Personalen var mycket vänlig och tjänstvillig. Bra mat också, det fanns något för alla i matsalen. Dock blev det ganska fullt första veckan i juli vilket resulterade i köer. Badplatser utanför hotellet var väl sådär - stenigt och betongbryggor. På det hela taget är vi dock mycket nöjda!

Schönes Hotel, aber einmal reicht. Vorschlag: z.B. Zwei Essenszeiten einrichten , 18.15 Uhr und 19.00 Uhr. Das entzerrt. Personal bis hin zum Manager auf Freundlichkeit schulen, dies schafft Wiederholungsgäste. Gründlicher reinigen, erhält das Hotel länger im annehmbaren Zustand.

Aufgrund der Renovierung 2017 ist alles noch annähernd NEU und unverbraucht. Das Zimmer (Suite mit Balkon und Gartenblick) war tiptop, selten so eine gute Reinigung erlebt. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war Vielfältig und eher Fleischlastig, durch die vielen Zimmer erinnerte es an Massenabfertigung. Die Getränke inkl Bier und Wein war kostenlos beim Abendessen inkludiert und konnten selbst gezapft werden. Was uns nicht gefiel war, dass das Hotel keinen eigenen Strand hatte. Lt Homepage ist ein Strand inkudiert, dieser ist aber der Allgemeinheit gewidmet. Ergo müsste man separat für Liegen und Schirm gute €20 pro Tag bezahlen, schade. Die Poolanlage für Kinder war super! Mehrere kleine und eine große Rutsche sorgten für strahlende Kindergesichter. Alles in allem ein toller Familienurlaub. Eine Strandpromenade wie in Lignano (Italien) haben wir für abendliche Spaziergänge vermisst, dafür war es abends ruhig.
