Family friendly hotel in beautiful location.

A lovely, family friendly hotel with helpful happy staff. Stayed with my 8 year old daughter. Although there was not much entertainment in the hotel the receptionist was able to provide information about activities in the other hotels in Zelma Laguna. Food was plentiful and varied and there was the added bonus if sandwiches and cake at lunch time and complimentary beer, wine and soft drinks with dinner. The hotel was clean and well run and perfectly located for the beach and restaurants. Just a couple of minutes walk took us to the bus stop and tourist train station which both ran regular shuttle services into Porec town. Would definitely return.

In the center of everywhere

We stayed at the hotel in the middle of august and although fully booked everything was clean and the service ran smoothly. Perhaps our cleaning lady could have been more detailed in her job and less abrupt when entering and telling us she had to clean the room, but it was a little discomfot we where willing to bare considering the low price we paid. Meal time was more than satisfactory, with a big variety of food and drinks and the restaurand has a gorgeous view on the Laguna which accompanied us through the whole vacation. The Location was superb: in the middle of the Laguna only steps away from everything; the Gran Vista is one of the Laguna Resort Hotels which offer free wifi in the htoels as well as the beaches and almost everywhere in Zelena. Also there is entertainment at night (and day) organized in a big sandy area where you can play beachvolley during the day and watch movies at night or hear concerts and musicals.
Down the hotel there is a decent size pebble beach with clear water, or you can chose one of the many cemented terraces or again walk a little (very little and in the shade) in the pine forest and step down to tiny pebble corners or chose the rocks. If you're looking for sandy beaches this is not the right place for you, but there are multiple places where there is easy access to the see for whoever travels with children.

Lovely hotel, staff very friendly, very clean

Myself and my partner have just come back from our stay, the hotel was lovely, staff fiendly, lots of choice for food and drinks, and the hotel was exceptionally clean!
The two downsides from our point of view, lots and lots of stairs! We are only a young couple in our 30's so not a problem for us although still tiring by the time we'd got to our second floor room all the way from the beach! Haha
The second was the beds, very very hard mattresses so we both ended up with lower back pain all week even with extra pillows to try and make back supports.
If you don't mind steps and a firm mattress then book this place!
The views are to die for, I have never said the words \"beautiful, stunning and pretty\" as much in my life.
The little tourist train into Porec was good too, roughly about £2 odd each person each way so definitely worth doing.
There's an odd looking structure behind the hotel which is actually \"saint nicolas bell tower\"
It costs about £1 to go to the top but the views and photo opportunities are incredible especially if you time it for the sun setting of the ocean!
All in all just go! We will definitely be visiting again!!

Seashore is just plain beatiful in that part of croatia. Hotel itself is a bit dated but clean and well kept. Bathroom in our room was tiny but everything else was just perfect.

We’ve stayed in this hotel for 5 days and everything was more than perfect. Breakfast and dinner buffet were huge, great food quality and variety. Hotel was very clean and the surrounding well maintained and neatly done. We’ll be definitely staying again in this hotel.

Fantastic location

The Hotel Laguna Gran Vista, although not for the faint hearted due to the 66 steps leading up to the hotel, is situated in a superb location with fantastic sea views. The staff are incredible in that each and every one of them are extremely helpful and friendly. The balcony and pool areas are fabulous, superb for enjoying a nice glass of wine or coffee from the bar. Rooms are cleaned to the highest standard, the only downside being the very small bathrooms. All in all a really well run hotel in a gorgeous area - excepet for those with limited mobility.

É um resort (de baixo custo), então se o seu objetivo não é aproveitar dos benefícios de um resort (como era meu caso - estava só de passagem), ele acaba sendo bem pouco conveniente. Infelizmente, praticamente só há resorts nessa região.

Na verdade há vários resorts compartilhando o mesmo espaço, e a entrada não é bem sinalizada (e é mais distante do estacionamento, já que esse é o mais baratinho). Uma vez localizada a entrada e feito o check-in, descobre-se que são vários prédios conectados, em elevador, então acaba sendo um longo trajeto até o quarto.

O quarto era de bom tamanho, apesar de um pouco antigo. Só havia uma tomada, e num lugar pouco conveniente.

Das Hotel liegt zusammen mit anderen Hotels an einer schönen Bucht. Wer Ruhe sucht wird aber vermutlich nicht glücklich hier, es ist ein typisches Ferienhotel. Das Frühstück- und Abendessen-Buffet hat viel Auswahl und ist OK

Generelt et dejlig sted. Fantastisk udsigt og rigtig søde og hjælpsomme ansatte. Især i receptionen og de to skiftende bartendere i hotel baren. Ældre men pænt og rent og AC på værelset virkede upåklageligt.
Det er ikke for gangbesværede da der ikke er elevator. Det er eneste minus og så kunne man godt håndhæve reglen med at man ikke må reservere liggestole ved poolen. Det var en frustration for mange som gerne ville bade.

Putje liep niet door,waardoor je tot je enkels in je eigen vuile water stond.

Diesmal war das Zimmermädchen anscheinend nicht besonders ordentlich.
Es wurde eigentlich nur das Bettzeug grob zusammen gelegt minimal im Bad geputzt.
Der Staub hat sich schon zu Wollmäusen zusammen gelegt.
Das war nicht schön, nicht einmal Staub gesaugt in den 12 Tagen

Les + : hôtel très bien situé, nourriture de bonne qualité, personnel de service, propreté.

Les - : taille de la chambre, salle de bain exigue et peu pratique, transats payants à la plage, pas de serviettes de plage, personnel d'accueil peu aimable, pas d'ascenseur vers les chambres.

Privilégiez les chambres vues mer 2e étage.

Ho soggiornato in Hotel per 6 notti.
Nulla da dire per quanto riguarda colazioni e cena.
Hotel pulito e con ogni comfort.
Unica pecca: la piscina invasa da bambini, con questo non voglio dire che non devono accedere, ma la piscina da 2.05m era piena di materassini, palloni ecc ( il cartello dice che siano vietati) se non giocavano si tuffavano (altra cosa vietata).
Morale della favola mi è toccata la piscina bambini da 55cm per potermi rinfrescare.
Inoltre i lettini erano occupati con asciugamani perennemente, anche se non vi era nessuno. Anche qui vi era il divieto.

Positivissima. Unico neo è che chiude a fine settembre e riapre per pasqua. X chi come noi ha l'abitudine di andarci anche durante l'inverno, questo sarà un guaio.
Ringraziamo di cuore tutto il personale in particolar modo Sandra per le attenzioni che ci ha usato.
Inizialmente con i bagagli, gli scalini per arrivare nella nostra camera C238, ci sembravano eccessivi. Dal giorno dopo ne siamo stati contenti perciò ci hanno permesso di smaltire le abbondanti colazioni e cene.
Stupendo anche il fatto che le bibite (anche vino rosso, bianco e birra) fossero incluse nel prezzo.
Saremo i primi insieme ad amici a inaugurare la stagione estiva.
Vi abbracciamo tutti e grazie del soggiorno che ci avete permesso di fare.

Wir haben einen Aufenthalt von einer Nacht im Rahmen einer selbst organisierten Rundreise gehabt. Da unsere gebuchten Zimmer nicht zur Verfügung standen wurden wir auf zweo Sweet abgebildet. Dies war schon eine sehr angenehme Situation. Die Seaton hatten allerdings keinen Kühlschrank, Minibar und das Bad war zu klein, so dass man sich nicht einmal richtig drehen und wenden konnte

Das Hotel an sich befindet sich in einer Anlage mit anderen Hotels die nach meiner Ansicht nach früher als Altenheim oder Sanatorium genutzt wurden

Die Mitarbeiter waren selten motiviert entsprechend auch der Service.

Während das Frühstück gerade noch akzeptabel war, konnte das Abendessen als ungenießbar gewertet werden.

Das Publikum stammt überwiegend aus Ost europäischen Ländern ab. Deutsche Österreicher oder Schweizer waren gar nicht oder nur selten vertreten.

Resümee: für einen Urlaub definitiv nichts empfehlen

Fint og renligt rum, men meeeeget gammelt indretning på gangene og på værelset.
Aftensmad og morgenmad var en standard sydlandsk buffet, og kvaliteten lå i den lave ende uden dog at være uspiselig.

Vi havde bare en overnatning før vi tog videre.

Oferece jantar com 70% de comidas típicas da Croácia.
Tratando-se um Resort altamente turístico com piscina e praia, suas atividades se encerraram em 30 de Setembro. (Inverno) e voltará a abrir em Maio.

Nicht Grand Vista sondern Hotel Albatros Ersatz!

Hotel Grand Vista war trotz Buchungsbestätigung nicht mehr frei, wir sollten in ein veraltetes Hotel Jadrin der Hotel Gruppe ein checken. Kleiner Pool, zwar renovierte Zimmer aber alter Stil und nicht was wir gebucht hatten. Nach Protest wurden wir ins Hotel Albatros verwiesen mit AI statt HB und besserem Standard 3 Pools. So konnten wir meinen 50er Feiern mit Istrien Urlaub
Tolles Hotel, Tolles Hotel Team Danke dem Management des Hotels Albatros. Wir werden euch sicherlich weiter empfehlen.

Nichts für ältere Leute - viele Treppen

Von außen echt hübsch, aber innen ziemlich altbacken.
Essen war ok. Es gab täglich wechselnde Gerichte bei schwankender Qualität. Den Strand kann ich nicht empfehlen (überfüllt, viele Betonflächen, wenig ansprechend)
Wir waren einmal dort und sind dann lieber etwas weitergelaufen (Richting Pula an der Küste entlang) bzw. Waren am Strand in Rovinj.
Es gibt nur einen Aufzug zu den Suiten. Zu den normalen Zimmern muss man je nach Block echt viele Treppen steigen. Wir hatten das Standard Zimmer ohne Balkon, was schon recht klein ausfällt. Man muss über die Toilette steigen, um in die Dusche zu gelangen. Ca. 15 Zoll Rohrenfernsehe und auch ansonsten recht altbackene Zummerausstattung. Zimmer waren stets sauber. Personal war nett und zuvorkommend. Den Pool haben wir nicht besucht. Ist aber relativ klein.
Zum Unterhaltungsprogramm können wir auch nichts sagen.

Para mejorar en muchos aspectos

Es una zona llena de complejos turísticos algo masificada. El hotel con moqueta, dudosa limpieza, mobiliario muy antiguo y lleno de escaleras. Comedor cena cierra a las 21h y la piscina a las 19h en agosto. Personal distante. En general no me ha gustado en nada.

Struttura non nuovissima ma molto accogliente, camera spaziosa e pulita. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene sia a colazione che a cena ed è un'idea eccezionale quella di offrire un pezzo salato e un dolce per il pranzo. Il complesso è situato in una laguna, perciò si ha l'opportunità di cambiare \"caletta\" per fare il bagno anche due volte al giorno, pineta a 500 mt fresca e pianeggiante dove fare un bel riposino pomeridiano o passare la giornata all'ombra e piscina dell'Hotel dove fare l'ultimo tuffo dopo una giornata al mare. C'è anche una pista ciclabile dove fare stupende passeggiate.. Dimenticavo! Dalla sala da pranzo dell'Hotel si gode di una vista spettacolare sulla laguna con tanto di tramonto sul mare! In definitiva. ci tornerei anche subito!!

Ottima vista, il resto... ok.

L'ingresso dell'hotel è difficile da trovare, incastonato nel complesso che ne comprende almeno tre. Il personale si è sempre dimostrato cordiale e amichevole e anche se non tutti parlavano italiano, cercavano comunque di risolvere le nostre richieste. Certo il punto di forza di questo hotel è proprio la vista panoramica sulla laguna, sia dalla piccola piscina (e poco frequentata per la nostra esperienza), sia dalla camera (anche se la nostra con una visione \"laterale\"), sia dalla sala da pranzo. Essere in cima al complesso ha però qualche difetto quando non tutto è servito da ascensori e in molti tratti sei costretto a scalinate (anche con i bagagli!) come dalla reception al primo piano bar dove non c'è proprio e quindi chi ha difficoltà deve tenerne conto. Un altro lato positivo della posizione è la relativa lontananza dalle strade dove di sera si svolge la vita notturna con tutto il frastuono che comporta. Cibo di qualità appena sufficiente per il nostro palato italiano (in particolare bisogna imparare bene a scegliere!), però con buona disponibilità di frutta e verdura. Camera grande e silenziosa ma con bagno minuscolo (lavandino poi molto basso!) e terrazzino dove stendere poco capiente. La pulizia ci è sembrata in generale sufficiente anche se non eccelsa. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo infine buono (per gli standard di spesa delle coste italiane) anche se non è così economico come si può pensare.

Kan si at maten var god. Lunsj kan gjernr variere litt. Ikke bare loff med ost og skinke, gjerne noe drikke til. Gjerne renhold hver morgen med nye håndkler samt ta ut søppel. Det er veldig dårlig aercondition på rommene, og ingen lys i gangene på kvelden. Det er umulig å bruke kort å betale med. Det er ingen heis fra resepsjonen til 1. etg, så for famillier med babyvogn, blir det å bære både vogn og baby.. Det er umulig å få plass ved basengen også. Tar heller en annen hotell neste gang.

Albergo accogliente e bello

Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti, spazi comuni curati e puliti, camera pulita ma il bagno devo dire che è un po’ troppo piccolo. Cibo non esaltante ma per noi Italiani è un po’ difficile “accontentarci”.

Grazioso albergo a due passi dal mare

Albergo confortevole con bella vista. Ottima posizione per escursioni a piedi ed in bicicletta. La dimensione dei bagni è minuscola e la cucina andrebbe migliorata.
