Lovely hotel, close to beach, amazing food!

We booked 2 rooms for 8 nights, amazing experience! Spacious room with big shower and big balcony which was nice! Reception staff and cleaners were VERY friendly, always got a smile and a hello! Food was incredible, always a great selection for everyone. Loads of activities down at the beach and on hotel grounds. 15 min walk from big water park which was great fun! Overall, as 2 young couples, we will definetly be back! Thank you!

Leider viele All-Inclusive-Gäste, die keine Manieren und kein Benehmen kennen und offenbar hauptsächlich wegen der alkoholischen Getränke in solche Hotels reisen. Das Essen war deshalb leider oft kein Vergnügen und die Abwechslung fehlte leider ebenfalls. Die Putzfrauen und das gesamte Personal haben einen schweren Job bei solchen Gästen! Trotz allem waren sie nett und freundlich zu uns. Wie man bei solchen Gästen die Saison übersteht ist mir ein Rätsel.
Das Inventar war etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben das Hotel tagsüber immer verlassen, um uns die ruhigeren und schönen Seiten von Kroatien anzusehen. Niemals hätten wir uns in die überfüllten Pools begeben, die natürlich! morgens schon mit Handtüchern auf den Liegen belegt wurden. Schrecklich! Aber wer's mag. Schade um das Hotel an sich, das es wohl so niemals etwas niveauvoller wird.

Das Hotel ist nicht mehr das modernste.Zimmer etwas klein und das Bad hatte eine Badewanne zum Duschen.
Das Essen hat uns hervorragend geschmeckt und es war auch reichlich an Auswahl.Das Personal war immer freundlich.Wir waren schon das fünfte mal da und werden sicher wieder kommen.

Pestrá nabídka jídel, každý si vybere své. Nápoje včetně lokálních destilátů, vermutů a koktejlů v ceně All Incl. Velmi příjemný a ochotný personál. Doporučuji ale vyhnout se poměrně velkému příplatku za seaside pokoj s balkonem. My jsme trávili celý den u bazénů nebo u moře, večer animační programy a taneční hudba. Pokoj nám sloužil jen na přespání a balkon na sušení plavek.

Hotel ogólnie w porządku. Duży przesyt dzieci na zewnątrz obiektu czyli w basenach, są ich 3 . Powinno być rozdzielone gdzie basen dla dzieci a gdzie dla dorosłych. Duży hałas i duże skrępowanie ruchów przez to jest.
Kuchnia według nas średniej jakości - jedzenie przesycone tłuszczem, dość mały wybór jedzenia jak na tego typu hotel.
Pokoje czyste, na bieżąco sprzątane.
Strona baru - fajna obsługa. Szczególne pozdrowienia dla Pani Martin'y. (doppelte whiskey :-) )

Super Hotel, Personal super freundlich, Zimmer sehr sauber, Essen war richtig sehr gut von Frühstück bis Abendessen, zu viel Auswahl und für jeden was dabei von Restaurant bis Snack Bar. Strandpromenade zwei drei Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Abends immer eine Live Band und für Kids sorgen sich die Animateure für Unterhaltung. Im ganzen auf alle Fälle 4 Sterne wert und würden nochmals hin.

Struttura molta pulita con tre piscine a disposizione e ottimo cibo internazionale in grande quantità e disponibile durante tutto l'arco della giornate in aree diverse della location. Il mare si trova vicinissimo all'hotel anche se non è dei più belli della Croazia. La formula \"all inclusive\" è davvero azzeccata soprattutto per chi viaggia con famiglia. In questo caso il tutto incluso riguarda anche le bevande e la cosa è davvero rara... Unica nota dolente sono le postazioni e le sdraio a bordo piscina che pur essendo moltissime non possono ovviamente coprire l'intera clientela e lo staff dell'hotel non fa rispettare quella norma stabilita nel regolamento per la quale chi lascia i propri asciugamani incustoditi per più di un'ora sulla sdraio se li vede togliere. Era così possibile vedere turisti impegnati ad aggiustare i propri asciugamani in prima fila la mattina presto per poi andare a fare qualche gita anche per l'intera mattinata occupando così posti a scapito di chi invece, più onesto, non aveva utilizzato questo trucchetto..

Gefehlt hat die typische kroatische Küche (selbst am Themenabend keine Rasnici etc). Zimmer sehr klein, kein Platz für Koffer, Kasten nur schwer zu befüllen. Beim Frühstücksbuffet fehlten die Mehlspeisen. Sonst gibt es aber nichts zu meckern.

Freundlicher Empfang, alles reibungslos abgelaufen, von Check-in bis Check-out.
Das Buffet war immer reichlich, wer da nichts zum Essen findet, sollte gleich zu Hause bleiben.
Personal war top, hat man einen Teller zur Seite gestellt, war er auch schon abgeräumt.

Vom Manager bis zur Aufräumerin 100%freundliches Personal. Saubere Zimmer täglich, abwechslungsreiches frisches Buffet, für jeden was dabei. Super Pool Animation s Team, Aqua Gymnastik ect.,Täglich Live Band, Unterhaltung s Spiele Action, auch in der Umgebung. Super organisiert von der Zelena Laguna Touristik. Aufenthalt bzw. Schöner Urlaub

Das Hotel hat den Anforderungen voll entsprochen. Der Check in war schnell und perfekt. Das All.inkl. Angebot erstreckt sich von praktisch 8 Uhr bis 23.30 Uhr. Das Buffet essen meistens das Gleiche, aber sehr geschmackvoll. Obwohl das Hotel sehr viele Zimmer hat, war immer ein Tisch beim Abendessen frei und kein langes Anstellen beim Essen holen. Tische wurden sofort vom Service-Personal abgeräumt und wieder neu gedeckt. Die beiden Hotelpools groß genug. Liegen bei den Pools wurden aber schon sehr früh immer wieder von den Gästen reserviert. Diese sind am Pool gratis. Der Gang zum Meer ist einen Fußweg entfernt. Strand meistens Felsplatten. Nicht optimal für kleine Kinder. Liege und Sonnenschirm am Strand gegen Gebühr / jeweils 30 Kuna - Tagesgebühr.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.
Es hat alles gepasst, nur die Balkontür mussten wir in der Nacht schließen, da im Außenbereich die Entlüftungsanlage - vermutlich für die Klimaanlage des Hotels - im Betrieb sehr laut war.

Zimmer und Hotel sauber. Nichts zu beanstanden. Jedoch ziemlich kleine Zimmer. Poolbereich auch sehr klein und beengt. Essen nicht so toll, an manchen Tagen ganz ok, an anderen Tagen schlecht. Getränkequalität schlecht. Da alles aus einem Automaten kam, schmeckte das Wasser/Mineralwasser immer nach Eistee oder nach sonst einem süßen Getränk.

Organisatorisch perfekt von Ankunft bis zu Abfahrt. Das Team des Hotels funktioniert. All Inclusive, was Speisen und Getränke angeht, top. Kostenlose Zusatzleistungen was Minigolf, Fahrräder leihen, Handtuchservice uvm. gibt es nicht überall.

Zimmerreinigung und Handtuchtausch lässt lässt zu Wünschen übrig.
Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, und um neue Handtücher zu bekommen musste man extra zur Rezeption.

Schön und auch einiges geboten, aus sportlicher Sicht, der Fitnessraum ist allerdings eher enttäuschend! Das Essen war sehr gut, die Lage ist ok.
Personal an der Rezeption und vom Animationsteam super, dies trifft leider nicht ganz auf alle vom übrigen Personal zu, sei es Service im Restaurant, am Tresen oder Zimmermädchen!
Alles in allem hat es uns gut gefallen aber man muss ganz klar sagen es ist Luft nach oben!

Waren bereits zum 2.Mal in diesem Hotel.
Sehr sauber, schöne Zimmer, sehr leckeres Essen. Am allerbesten sind die beiden Pools und das alles inclusive ist. Es ist toll, wenn man am Pool liegt und Pizza, Salate und Kleinigkeiten sowie Getränke, incl. Cocktails, Eiskaffee und leckeres Eis sich jederzeit holen kann.
Perfekt auch das Freizeitangebot: Tischtenni, Tennis, Boccia, Minigolf, Trettbot fahren und vieles mehr, ist inclusive.
Wir waren wirklich zufrieden und werden wieder hinfahren.

Si mangia bene, le camere sono spaziose e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ideale per le famiglie con bambini, tre piscine peccato la mancanza della piscina interna in caso di brutto tempo.

Überwiegend deutsche und österreichische Gäste. Abends gute Unterhaltung mit Live-Band. Verpflegung und Getränke sind All Inklusive und sehr gut. Es gibt zwei Poolanlagen, aber keinen direkten Strand. Zum Strand sind es 5 Minuten. In der Zelena Laguna kann man gut Spazieren gehen, es fährt eine Bimmelbahn in alle Lagunen und nach Porec hinein.
