We were warmly welcomed and assigned to our room. The room is quirky in design and small but adequate for our one night stay. Super wifi coverage. The morning breakfast ordered on arrival is great and so continental. We got a warm goodbye on our check out. Plenty of free parking. The only downside would be the high traffic noise from the main road.

Nice hotel in rural area of Waloon Belgium. Convenient location to visit Waterloo as well as Waloon rural communities. Nice environmentally conscious touches. Delicious Belgian style breakfast, with freshly cooked eggs. Only downside was narrow stairway due to age of property. Would definitely stay here again.

Welcome terrific and owner managed to move us to a room to better meet needs. Owner very helpful and cheerful. Room had balcony with great kitchen setup and eating area. Tried to extent stay but fully booked.Great location to use as base to visit multiple locations. Pillows could be better?

Too near a very busy main road

These rooms are on the side of a very busy main road and although the bedrooms are adequate with a kitchenette they are small. The establishment reminds me more of a smart lodging house than a hotel. There are no normal hotel facilities, sitting room etc. If you do decide to stay here insist on a room at the back. Breakfast is served across the busy main road and I wouldn't bother again everything is allocated to you, one cup of coffee, one orange juice etc! Overall not this place is in an awful location....

Great find in Brussels!

We were driving from Antwerpen to Brussels and found this on Hotel.com. Loved the place. Great owner, staff, room, etc.. They normally close at 10, but because we booked so late, the owner stayed until we arrived which was about 10:30 pm. She even help take our luggage to our room!! Only drawback is it's about 25 minutes outside of downtown Brussels so if you're driving and don't care about being close, there's no way you can go wrong here!

Nice, clean, convenient and affordable

Stayed here for 3 nights for a course at the university in Louvain-la-Neuve. It was well located on a main route and close to the motorway and Louvain-la-Neuve. It was quiet, very clean and the member of staff was great.

The only drawback was the breakfast vouchers which you use at a place across the road. There are 3 price levels of breakfast and initially we bought one (cheapest) for the first morning. On this occasion we were offered an option of croissants or eggs - the croissant option was very small and over-priced whilst the egg option was big and good value. We bought two more planning to get the egg only to find the next two mornings this was the highest price option. This was further compounded by finding we could have bought the breakfasts in cash without the vouchers for cheaper.

So perhaps a bit of clarification on prices, for the staff as well as customers, would be helpful.

Lovely welcome from Claudine, the host. The room was warm, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. I had a comfortable sleep and all other amenities including the mini kitchen area and the shower were first class.

Hôtel le plus décevant de notre voyage

Hôtel vieillot situé en bordure d'une route très circulée.
Chambre en rez de chaussée dans laquelle il faisait chaud mais pas de possibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre car en rez de chaussée et extérieur bruyant.
Accueil peu chaleureux, les gens faisaient seulement leur job c'est tout.
Etat de propreté de la chambre correct.

De kamer is klein en op verschillende plaatsen is de hoogte van de ruimte onvoldoende voor iemand van 1,85m. (Toilet, tafeltje,…) het bed is een smal bed, lijkt een twijfelaar, en hielp niet voor een goed nachtrust. Ook is de matras doorgelegen. Het ontbijt was top en de mensen waren HEEL vriendelijk !

La literie est très confortable
La chambre est bien aménagée, les éléments de cuisine (plaques, frigo, micro-ondes) sont très pratiques
Malgré la présence d'une toute très passante, nous n'avons pas été dérangé par le bruit des voitures
La terrasse est très agréable et très calme
Le petit déjeuner est très bon et vraiment copieux
Je recommande sans hésiter et n'hésiterai pas à réserver à nouveau pour un autre sejour

La chambre est parfaite,
mais il serait utile de préciser le fonctionnement de la lumière dans la salle de bain (double interrupteur) ce n'est pas habituel.
Et un rideau occultant dans la salle de bain serait nécessaire surtout que cette fenêtre donne sur un balcon commun.

Responsables de l’etablissement très sympathique et très à l’écoute de ces hôtes.
Décoration raffinée et possibilité de se faire à manger dans les chambres tout équipé.
Je recommande cet établissement, également, pour sa situation géographique et son prix très correct.

Bien que positionné le long d'une route nationale, l'insonorisation est très efficace et le bruit n'est pas gênant du tout. l'accueil est vraiment très agréable. je recommande cet hôtel.

Un peu vieillot.

Le personnel est accueillant mais la chambre que nous avons eu était mal insonorisée et pleine d'équipements vieillots ou inadaptés. Le frigo dans la chambre fait un vacarme monstrueux. Le mini chauffage dans la sdb fait également beaucoup de bruit et ne marche pas. Le store dans la sdb tombe si on veut le descendre. La baignoire glissait tant que ma fille a du s'agripper de toutes ses forces à la barre au mur pour pas tomber pendant que je la lavais. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très adapté avec beaucoup de gaspillage si on aime pas les différentes choses qu'on nous apporte sur une grande planche en bois. Bref pas une super expérience.
