Literally right across the road from Wallibi Belgium, you don't even need to drive there you can walk in 10mins.
Hotel was good, lots of parking and loads of Tesla charging bays (we were in a petrol car this time). Room was big enough for 2 adults and one 14 year old. The single sofa bed was quite uncomfortable my son said as the mattress/cushions were very hard, so i think for older children they may have to think about a better mattress or mattress topper on those pull out things.
other than that room was clean, tea and coffee in the room with a kettle. Small fridge and bathroom was quite large with a good shower. Large wardrobe too if you were staying for longer. TV had UK BBC channels too

Reception were very nice and check in was quick. Breakfast options were a little lacking on the hot food side, but there were plenty of fruit and cold buffet type items. All looked fresh and tasted OK and I would say it was worth the money to have it.

About a 5 minute drive into Wavre town centre where there are lots of restaurant choices. Really nice Greek restaurant. We drove to Wavre train station and parked there and took a train to Brussels, changing at Ottignes. Really easy to do and about an hour journey. Free parking at Wavre station.

If you're looking for a hotel for a trip to Wallibi Belgium and Brussels I would recommend this hotel. Quiet area even though you are near the railway and main road routes. Wasn't disturbed by noise at all

Initial room provided had a very bad smell, the room we were moved to also smelled but less that than the first room. This was the only room left available so we had no choice but to accept it. We had to make up the sofa bed ourselves and by taking the bed linen from the initial room provided to the replacement room. No assistance from staff at hotel.

First day at breakfast most guests were waiting around for the food to arrive even after a number of guests requesting food. Thankfully the second day was a lot more pleasant.

This is our fourth time staying at this property and we really enjoy it. It’s outside of Brussels but the hotel is always clean, comfortable, and the staff is friendly. It has games in lobby for our four year old son that he loves. Free parking and very good breakfast! The Air Conditioning works great, even in warmer months. Hope to stay here again in the future.

Nice hotel with some strange issues

Really nice hotel with much bigger rooms than normal. Decor is very nice and staff are great. Our breakfast was included in our rate. I heard it was 20 euros extra - although the b/fast was good I would not have paid 20 euros for it. The milk was off on our first morning showing a lack of attention to detail. There was a strange smell in the left (~ drains? ) . The lights down the entrance to the hotel weren't on as a \"cost saving measure after covid\". This is ridiculous and quite frankly dangerous as the site has masses of Tesla chargers so traffic is constant into the site - it is a matter of time before there is an accident becasue of this.

Perfect theme park stay

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a theme park road trip. It was great to be so close to Walibi, the park was a 5 minute walk away.

The staff were so helpful and welcoming from the minute we entered the hotel.

The pool, table football table, games table and fitness room were great too.

This Novotel Wavre property have a country side feel with is outdoor swimming pool and garden area. Ampel outside lounging area - perfect for summer morning coffee and end of day happy hour. Convenient to Carrefour shopping center and Q fast food. Also, a very short drive into Wavre city center with excellent variety of restaurants. Front desk staff was knowledgeable about local area. The drive into Brussels is easy and took us less than 30 minutes. Train service is a bit inconvenient into Brussels - driving affords flexibility, especially, if you are staying in Brussels for Grand Platz dinner and light show. We liked the location of this hotel..

Excellent location, close to the motorway. Disappointed to find the restaurant was closed but found a lovely local Italian restaurant about 15 min walk up the hill (downhill on the way back fortunately!). The hotel and the staff were fantastic and very welcoming. The breakfast was extremely good with a huge variety. The only negative was the same as others have said - paper cups in the room for the tea and coffee. This meant when we wanted a second cup we had to go downstairs to ask for another paper cup rather than wash up any cups we had. For such a good quality hotel, the paper cups cheapened the experience.

I travelled for a leisure trip. I stayed here because it was close to Walibi, but I did go into Brussels to do some sightseeing and it takes about an hour of travel each way to reach the city centre.

The hotel is nice and I had a pleasant stay here. It is conveniently located if you need a hotel outside of Brussels and has a large car park that makes it easy to find a space. They have Tesla superchargers as well if you want to park a Tesla here.

The rooms were well equipped and included a Nespresso machine and a kettle. The biggest disappointment for me was the provision of paper cups for the coffee and plastic cups in the bathroom. The restaurant has china cups and glass tumblers, so it should not be difficult to put these in the rooms - they are better for the environment, nicer quality and easier to clean if you want another drink. Hopefully they will change this in the future.

Continental breakfast was free and was adequate quality with a suitable selection. There were some hot options - bacon, sausage, beans and scrambled egg. The coffee was good.

The pool looked nice (but I didn't see anyone use it) and I didn't use the fitness centre either. They have a restaurant as well, which was inexpensive and had good sized portions.

Staff were all friendly and most spoke English well. I appreciated having a noon checkout, and the checkout process was quick and easy.

I would be happy to stay in this hotel again.

This hotel is 15 nice drive south of Brussels in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking and Tesla charging stations. The lobby was bright and roomy with an open concept that included a large sitting lounge, restaurant, bar, reception and outdoor area. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms had wonderful large cotton bath towels! The only thing wrong was that the refrigerator didn’t work and they could use and area in the lobby for guests to use a microwave. However, the very friendly and professional staff offered the heat up the lasagne we bought and store our small bag of food in their kitchen refrigerator. Overall, a reasonably priced, wonderful, and very stress free stay 😄. I would definitely recommend this Novotel location to everyone.

A great stop-over after an evening ferry!

A really lucky find! I needed a stop-over after an evening ferry, on the long drive south. This was super convenient and quick to get to, but way more quiet than the usual motorway-side hotels. Great facilities, super comfy room, friendly staff and a great breakfast. I’ll keep this on the list from now on - and be back!

The hotel is nice. The back area seems to still be under construction and there was no where to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather. No tables, benches. The key cards continuously stopped working on the door or the lights. It is nearby to Brussels, a water park and go kart track. The breakfast is mediocre at best and they charge $20 per person! You do not get $20 per person worth of food.

First impressions weren’t very good. The main amenities of the hotel were being renovated and the room outdated.
However, room was comfortable and although air con wasn’t the best we managed to keep it to a reasonable temperature with outside being in the 30Cs.
Very conveniently located for the Walibi parks which were a 15 min walk away, and Wavre itself was another 15/20 min walk, and was very nice with plenty of dining options. Also located close to train station for easy access to/from Brussels (60 min journey).

Hotel was ok close to theme park

The Hotel is a there star hotel close to a theme park which you can walk to. The staff were very friendly and nice looked after us well. However the facilities are very basic beds not so comfortable toilet area too small and shower was inadequate. Howevever it is close to Wavre centre which is also convenient and for the purpose of our visit I would recommend it to a friend and go and stay again.

There was no notice of this when I booked and the rates certainly were not discounted to reflect the very loud work that started just after 7 AM. je me suis rendu à la salle du petit-déjeuner. Le serveur m’a demandé mon numéro de chambre, ce qui est tout à fait normal. Cependant, trois minutes plus tard, il est revenu vers moi et a tenu des propos laissant entendre que je risquais de partir sans payer. Je lui ai répondu de ne pas s’inquiéter et que je passerais à la réception pour régler le petit-déjeuner. Il m’a confirmé qu’en effet, sa crainte était que je parte sans payer. Je trouve ce comportement particulièrement déplacé et non professionnel : traiter les clients comme des voleurs n’est pas acceptable.

Tranquillo, abbastanza silenzioso.
Necessita di rinfrescare i corridoi e le camere togliendo quella odiosa moquette.
Al piano terra consiglierei lasciare possibilità di aprire le finestre (chiuse a chiave), installare aspirazione forzata nei bagni, aggiungere qualche luce e un angolo per lavorare...

Het Hotel is wat verouderd. Veel vlekken op de gang vloer. Behang wat loslaat. Bed lag fijn maar beddegoed niet luxe zoals gezegd en hoeslaken en deken zat niet goed in de hoes, bovenkant was leeg een erg gekreukt. Vond de hoogd kussens niet fijn.
Douche is niet zuiver.
Geen uitleg over hoe de keycard werkt. Deze moet je ergens insteken anders geen licht. Zwembad schoon maar klein en ondiep, voor kinderen oké.
Waterkoker lekte en fohn niet gevonden.
Parkeren gaat prima. Vond het te duur voor wat je krijgt. Lokatie vlak bij Walibi is hun beste troef.

L’hôtel est pratique pour aller à Walibi à pied.
Dommage que l’on ai pas pû profiter de la piscine extérieure pour se détendre après une journée de parc.
Car un groupe de 4 adolescents ne faisaient que des plongeons, ce qui a trempé toutes nos affaires. Nous nous sommes plaints à la réception mais ils n’ont rien fait, à 156€ la nuit c’est bien dommage....
La literie est de qualité et le petit déjeuner est variés avec des produits de qualité.

Hotellet var pænt og rent og som sådan fint nok - til en enkelt overnatning. Personalet var desværre ikke imødekommende. Det var ikke muligt at booke bord i restauranten (på et motorvejshotel….). Om morgenen var der intet personale der sagde hej. I morgenmadsbuffeten var der én enkelt person der sagde godmorgen, på trods af at der var tre personer (personale) og vi var de eneste i restauranten. Ved udtjekning, var der heller ikke en der sagde noget, selvom der var flere i receptionen. Vi tjekkede ud ved at smide nøgle i nøgleboks lige ved siden af receptionen.

Pas de restauration hormis des plats surgelés. La chambre indique pour 4 personnes alors qu il n y a qu un petit lit d une personne.
Le petit déjeuner c est une catastrophe, le buffet est vide, plus de vaisselle, les tables ne sont pas débarrassées, les machines a cafe ne fonctionnent pas. Il y a des fuites d eau dans le restaurant et l eau coule sur la nouriture. Le tout pour 21€ par personne. Il n y a pas assez de personnel pour le service. Le hall fait office de salle de petit déjeuner. Catastrophique.

Bien pour une nuit

Bon hôtel, agréable, confortable. Quelques inconvénients, rideau de la chambre déchiré, bouilloire pas très propre. Attente au bar pour un café très très longue et petit déjeuner quelqu avait déjà déjeuner en indiquant notre numéro de chambre. Heureusement que c était juste pour une nuit...

Mooie kamer met moderne meubelen, goede bedden met meerdere keuzes aan hoofdkussens. Mooie badkamer met stort- en handdouche. Alles was schoon en verzorgd. Op loopafstand van Walibi.

Un superbe hôtel

Un superbe hôtel fraîchement rénové avec un service impeccable. Le personnel très aimable. La piscine est un plus très appréciable, tout comme la terrasse extérieure. J y retournerai très certainement lors d' un prochain séjour à Wavre.
