Arrived late at night to a warm welcome so didn’t have dinner, and unfortunately left early in the morning so didn’t have breakfast. The room was comfortable and my request fro a quiet room was met . The guy on night reception Vivian I think, was absolutely lovely , really helpful an welcoming. There was good parking, and although in an industrial area it was reasonably quiet. I slept well on the matress and the pillows were just right for me ( I know it’s a matter of personal taste) water was hot for my morning shower. Definitely will be back

I have used this hotel a few time because of work and with only being 5 mins drive the only thing with this hotel there is no lunch or dinner so you other order food in or go to local town for food which is a shame .after a long days work you last thing you need to do is cook

The TV in my room did not work nor did the kettle / jug. The person at reception tried to fix the TV without success but did not offer to switch me to another room.
When I checked-out the next morning, the woman at reception abused me as if it was my fault that the TV and kettle / jug didnt work and that I hadnt been offered another room.

Maybe because they are the only hotel close by, they feel it is ok to provide this level of service for probably too much money. The room was at 26 degrees (as per the heating/ac device, we are in october...although a hot october) when I entered and full of mosquitos that seem to all be coming from the same old window. The hotel staff couldnt provide any help and the hotel was fully booked. The safe was blocked and despite notifying them, this wasnt fixed during my stay. We wanted to have a quick dinner in the evening with colleagues and it took 2.5 hour for a main course and dessert due to the team being under-staffed (people were both working at the reception and restaurant at the same time). The staff was polite and nice but didnt seem to be able to help.

After a long days travel my satnav did not take e to the hotel however a short ride around soon found it. This hotel is located on the edge of an industrial estate 2.5 km from the town centre. If arriving on a Friday night there is no on site catering (only vending machine) so it is back into town for dinner. All the usual facilities were in good order and worked well. The multi lingual staff were friendly and polite, breakfast was good and varied, check in and out a breeze. Although this hotel is on an industrial estate it is out of the way so very quiet and safe.

Overnight business stay. Rooms were clean and modern, however the restaurant was overrun by ants, and flies were everywhere! Trying to eat dinner while swatting insects off the table is not a great experience! The staff were informed but no one really cared. Won’t stay there again.

This is a very fine hotel, with friendly staff and in a very quiet area, despite being a business zone. The hotel bar stays open 24 hrs and snacks are also available. The food at the restaurant is very good. It's a key location, very close to the city of Wavre (with more restaurants, etc) and to the main highway to Brussels and other cities. I've stayed at this hotel many times and will surely stay there again and recommend to friends and business partners.

No air-conditioning in the room, plus the heat had been turned on. After a very warm day the room was extremely hot. No screen on the window, but we had to open it to let in some of the cooler night air. The hotel staff did bring us a fan. Very uncomfortable night with little sleep due to the heat and down comforters.

We stayed in the hotel for a particular reason. The hotel was a great price and quiet which is what we needed. The only down point was the amount of tea bags available in the room (there was only 1 in the room). We didn't ask for any more as we were very tired by the time we got to the hotel so can't comment on whether more were available or not. There was a fantastic fire in the bar/ restaurant area which set the area off very nicely.

I m usually not that picky but this hotel is really a disaster to stay in from the staff to location. Thanks god that we just had to stay for one night. We arrived at around 8 p.m. The reception was unattendent . The bar attendee how was serving around 40 people alone rushed to us and offer orange juice and try to call the receptionist but without any luck. He was the only staff member who seems to work hard in this hotel. When the receptionist apperied after 25 min she was not care even to excuse as something normal to leave her duty. Second surprise the reservation in the hotel system is for on person with single bed, while ourbreserviation was for two adults and one child with double bed. Thanks goodness that I printed out my reservation. After she had ten min to figure out what she suppose to do she gave us small room for two people and squized an additional bed in the small room. The location is in industrial area with no public transport. Good that I had rental car.third surprise in morning on the day of check out we been asked to pay 189 euro instead of 81 euro as in our reserivation. Even when I showed my copy of hotels.com reservation the lady at the desk and her manager were not convinced and had to call someone before let us go. Fourth surprise a water park tickets were included in the price, when we went their and we paid for the additional person we were not allowed to use the water park because they do not allow short swimming suite and you have to use short cut ones. They could not refund the tickets that we been offered at the hotel and I still have them. In total I don't recommend this hotel at all. Very bad experience. Better for them if they do not see a value of the customer to close their door and look for better job.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel. Nous y avons très bien dormi et le petit déjeuner était très bon. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et calme. Le personnel est accueillant et le parking privé autour de l'hôtel très pratique, pas de difficulté pour trouver une place.
