The Hotel offer you whatever you need for a business trip. Good restaurant, free transportation Airport/Hotel/Airport, the crew are very polite, friendly and make you really feel welcome there. I will be back always when I come back to Santiago de los Caballeros in DR.

I was skeptical at first. This was my first time staying in this hotel, and I had a pleasant stay. The staff is very nice, polite, and helpful. The room was clean. The restaurant had a nice variety of food and drinks on the menu. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Todo impecable, las habitaciones muy acogedoras y limpias, el desayuno delicioso y con variedades de lo que gustes comer. Miguel lajara chef i will start with him. The star of dining at Hodelpa Garden Court. From breakfast all the way down to dinner your palate will be pleased. Savory dishes are the only thing he knows how to do. I told him on Friday before I left the next day, that his culinary prowess leaves many nyc restaurants to shame. He takes great pride in each meal prepared. Awesome guy very friendly. Give that man a raise. The hostesses and hosts were very nice and engaging. The They helped me choose which meal to try along with the preferred beverage. The staff overall were incredibly helpful and made my stay at Hodelpa a great experience. This is a hotel worth checking out. The ambiance, the staff all memorable.

Overall I had a good experience until the last 2 days of my stay. For context I was in the DR on business working 10+ hour days in some less sanitary and hot working conditions- meaning, laundry was needed. On Wednesday night, I brought down a bag of clothes with the paperwork to have them laundered and was told I had to wait until the next morning when room service comes & they would pick them up. I informed them how important it was that the clothes got washed, and agreed to leave it for housekeeping. When I returned back late that evening, my clothes were left unwashed & the hotel informed me that room service showed up to clean my room too late to hit the laundry window, therefore they \"could not launder my clothes\". As this was their error, I expected them to do my laundry anyways. They did not. At 9pm, they offered to let me use the unit in their basement but did not offer soap. Thankfully, someone had left soap lying around. Then the washer did not drain my clothes so I had to hand ring each piece before drying, which then took 2 hours. I did not get done until almost midnight. This service was truly very dissapointing. When a hotel makes a customer facing mistake, they should fix it. This hotel did not fix it.

Everything is always great here. However, the hotel contact number on my confirmation was never answered by the staff (it’s an unused line). And messages were not ever seen. I ended up having to pay a taxi from the airport, because the free shuttle service never got scheduled.

All that to say, look up the website and call that updated number if you’re scheduling shuttle or have questions. They will not come get without a scheduled pick up.

The hotel is great and convenient to the airport and highway.

The room was spacious. However the bathroom was not clean and functional at our arrival, we had to call service to have it fixed. The rooms are also not completely sound guarded. You can actually hear the conversation of the adjacent room. Other than that, nice hotel and good breakfast.

I booked the hotel room same day because I arrived at the Santiago airport a day early. They were very accommodating because within hours of booking the room they were able to send a shuttle to the airport to get me. The airport shuttle is included in the price of the room. The amount that I paid for this rule is at least equivalent to a 3-star hotel in the United States and the service was much much better much more attentive and comfortable. I would stay there again, I would stay there long term, the staff is top notch.

Everything about this property is amazing...the only negative is that some of the other guests are very rude. In the room next to ours on our second night, they were yelling, moving things around and laughing after 10 pm and the next morning before 7 am.

Only stayed two nights. It was very comfortable very clean. The staff was very attentive friendly. The breakfast buffet in the morning was awesome. The restaurant in the evening was very good. For me the only downside is it’s right on the Major highway which means I could not walk anywhere. Had to drive everywhere outside of that. I’m staying again.

A/C did a good job keeping the room comfortable. My biggest issue was only one complimentary bottle of water??? Seems like a cheap-out thing. Also the trash can next to the toilet was half full when getting in to the room. But, they did manage to charge for the two bottes of water used from the minibar.

The restaurant is decent and the comp breakfast was adequate. Pool area was nice. I'd stay again.

New design of hotel by crazy artist and no common sense they removed to do wall art the noise dampening so noise was bad could hear the neighbour fart and snore and the shouting of a mad wife on the other side of the hall.

Toilet and shower we set in corners in off artistic position yes it look great until you tried to sit in it and the space was so small even a skinny guy like me had to be half sit and be careful not to poo on the floor.

Shower similar problem bad ergonomic design and poor water pressure and not enough water

The breakfast buffet is the only thing great in th hotel that chef is Gooooood!
