Need to supply decent amount of cutlery. We were upgraded to a King room which had a soa bath but the shower is over the bath and i am disabled and could not use it. Need new tv remote too.

We stayed 1 night with our dog as we drove from Adelaide to Brisbane, and it was the best motel we stopped at. Lots of little grass areas to let our dog sniff around, got a great nights sleep and started our next day of driving feeling refreshed.

We had one night in the Executive King spa room. The room was much more spacious than the other rooms we had previously stayed in. But I was disappointed with the room considering we were paying for the best room at the Inn. It was obvious that they were cutting back on what they provided in the room. For instance, for two people there was only one biscuit, only basic provisions in the bathroom. There was only one mug, one glass and one cup provided in the cupboard. No bath salts or bubble bath for the spa. The shower was not really great due to the water flow not really adequate for the best room in the house. The metal strip on the floor between the bathroom and living area was loose, it had a screw missing so rattled when you walked across it. There was no carpet areas, but that is understandable in a hot place like Parkes. I would not pay the price again for this room as it really wasn't any better than the normal queen room.

Lovely quiet room with great facilities including the pool and the complimentary washing and drying machines. The pet-friendly option was amazing and very appreciated for travellers passing through. Having stayed at the Bushmans a few times, they are away from the noise from the centre of town. They have a laundry facilities, visiting a family member in hospital that was such a big help. With limited normal meal options in town it would be nice to see meal options offered at the motel but can understand why the option isnt available.

I stay here each year travelling back and forth to Victoria. Comfortable and easy to walk down to shops if required.

Our room was right next to the entrance and cleaners room. Noise continued by other guests and staff from 11-1am and started back up at 4am. Lots of banging, no regulating of other guests and noisy cars. Bus loads of intoxicated peopke returned and stood in the enterance being loud for hours.

Rang all morning and got no answer even though it was diverted to a mobile number. When I went to book in there was noone at reception so had to ring number again but no answer. After finally calling out for a few minutes someone came to check me in but very unhelpful. Car park had pot holes you could lose your car in. Room had broken hooks and rails so nowhere to hang your towel. I understand it is a busy weekend with Elvis festival but for $400 for a room for one night you expect a bit better service than that.

Booked for one night on our way from Adelaide to Sydney, we went for this side of town as it was closer to the CSIRO Observatory however we were too late to visit. We spent two nights (room19) at the Bushmans Motor Inn and had a great stay. The room was a good size, bed was comfortable and the shower quite reasonable. Parking was right at the door and generous in width. The onsite restaurant was closed so we ate at Railway hotel on the other end of town which had fabulous food. Although the motel is on the main road there didn't seem to be any traffic noise. We would be happy to recommend the Bushmans Motor Inn if you are in the area.

Suited a one night visit to the Parkes telescope. Clean simple and good value. Would recommend for a night in Parkes. Oh don’t forget the pool which we used, it was a hot day and the pool was great to cool down in after a day sightseeing.
