Was there for blizzard, lost power for about 12hrs. Brian the manager came and checked on us. He even went out and brought us hot coffee! The place is beautiful, very clean and smells amazing!

The day we checked out it snowed and was icy and they should have salted because it was horrible getting out if the room. I slipped and when I went down stairs there was no one to let know how bad it was. Just a number to call.

There was NO staff on site for the entire 2 day stay. I communicated via email several times prior to checking in and during the stay to request lao checkout with zero response. And upon checkout cleaning staff rushed us to leave early. I will NOT be staying there again. Way disappointment especygiven the rate for off season.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue was the TV came on twice in the middle of the night for absolutely no reason and woke us up!
It would be nice if they shoveled the walkway to the ocean access. But we walked through the snow.
We would reccomend this place overall.

The view was wonderful. Loved the layout of the whole room. Awesome shower and loved the backsplash on the bathroom wall. Bed was huge and comfortable. Room was toasty warm. I really enjoyed my stay. Only downfall, I was only in town for one night. Will definitely stay again in the future.

My daughter and I felt unsafe. My key was left in a basket with my full name and room number. No one was manning the reception desk (it was about 8pm) and the main lobby door was open for anyone to walk in. This was unacceptable for privacy issues and was not safe!

In the room, the toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall. There was mold in the bathroom shower and ceiling above bed needed to be repaired.

I went in the offseason so amenities weren't going to be a thing we got. However, the room wasn't in great shape. The shower was broken so we were not able to shower the entire time we stayed. The fridge in the room also wasn't working so any food we got out we couldn't even save and refrigerate which was very frustrating. There was also leftover food that had gone VERY bad from other people in the fridge when we opened it which was disgusting. I get you don't get a ton of people this time of year but making sure the things in the room work and are clean is important. For what we got, and the lack thereof, we felt like we paid way too much.

Had a nice view from upper floor of the ocean. Problem was on a Saturday night at 1:30 am a loud party ensued with a pounding bass. Called the desk who said they would \"try to find where the noise was coming from\" but it continued for an hour. Our room also was next to a service closet that made tapping sounds. The staff during the day was nice and helpful, but this was a winter stay, can't imagine how loud it would be in the summer.

I am writing to request a full refund for my recent stay. Throughout the entire night—and even still going off when I left the next morning—the security alarm in the main building was sounding nonstop. The noise made it nearly impossible to sleep, and I barely rested at all.

I sent a message to the hotel during the night to report the issue, but no one responded. The lack of communication, combined with the ongoing alarm, made the situation extremely frustrating and unacceptable for a Marriott property.

Given the severe disturbance, lack of rest, and absence of support from the staff, I am requesting a full refund for this stay. Please address this matter promptly.

This hotel has full glass walls making you feel you're on the oe rooms are modernized and very clean. The only issue that they should fix asap is the water power of the showers which is currently terribly weak. I have to mention the late night front desk clerk Chris for being ecean or river - depending where your room is facing. Thxceptionally nice, and Bridgette for being exceptionally nice as well and let me check out only at 1 pm - 2 hours later then the official check out time. I will hopefully be back at this wonderful cozy quiet charming place.

No wifi for my entire weekend stay. The TV didn’t work and the mini fridge was missing when I checked in Friday afternoon. They did fix the TV and put in a mini fridge in the evening. The room and hotel were clean. The staffs were friendly. The wall was very thin you could hear every word or sound from your neighbors clearly.

The hotel room was bright and crisp and clean. Decorated perfectly for a beach stay. The pool area and surrounding decks and docks were remarkable.. a great place to walk or just sit and enjoy the marina. Food at the onsite restaurant was fantastic. Lots of unique options and tasty. Beach across the street was quiet and pristine. I hope to go there again . Truly lovely surroundings and the staff were friendly and accommodating .

We only stayed for one night but I hated to leave! The property was located directly across the street from a beautiful and uncrowded ocean beach. There were several great restaurants within a mile. The property also has its own restaurant and bar with a simple menu. The room was spacious and spotless. The view of the river from the huge picture window in our room was breathtaking. We were able to watch the sun set over the river from our room or from chairs by the pool or from the restaurant. Our room did not face the ocean, but there was an open area just down the hall where we could view the sun rise over the beach and ocean. Tips on reserving a room: Our room was a \"Premium River View\" room located in the newer building. I have seen reviews online suggesting that standard rooms in the \"older\" building may not be as well maintained as those in the newer 4 story building where we stayed. Ocean view rooms with balcony are pricier than river view, but not necessarily worth the additional cost due to road noise when the balcony door is open.

1- No where on the website did it say that the bar is seasonal. 2-I purchased a deck room looking over the river. When I got there, they said I was “upgraded” for free bc my room isn’t available. I got a balcony room on 2nd floor. That’s not an upgrade. 3-Both remotes had low battery. You couldn’t use the remount to get to Netflix or anything other then live tv. 4- can’t beat the location. You have river on one side, ocean on the other. Best restaurants on every corner.

Mediocre hotel. I felt like homeless people probably stay there in the winter. It was kind of creepy. I stayed in the old part of the hotel overlooking the pool which appeared good on the outside. Everything was old, out dated and original on the inside. Big

This property is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, immaculate, safe. Beds are like sleeping on a cloud yet supportive. Front desk check in with Mackenzie was easy. and she's a sweetheart.
The view of the ocean is mesmerizing, even with a cloudy very overcast day.

Although I booked through expedia and requested a ground level pool view when I arrived i was put in room 19 that had steps to get to the room, i cannot do steps due to handicap. Macenzie at front desk was sweet and acted very quickly to accommodate us and we were placed in the new building on 2nd floor that access to an elevator. I was so grateful for their kindness and understanding they were so flexible and kind. love this place very convenient and we also got to swim in the pool which was great

Beach Walk is the only hotel in Sea Bright proper and engages in price gouging opportunistically. I booked a room through Expedia for $440 plus taxes which I assumed had a river or beach view. Instead we were booked into a motel room that rents for $149 during the week, and $335 for most seasonal weekends which had a view through a dirty window of a fence and a view at the front of parked cars. The sleek modern multistory hotel at the front has three wings of original motel rooms behind which have been superficially and cheaply renovated. There’s a tiny TV on the wall, and a narrow door into the bathroom which had a patched sagging ceiling. (see photo) Maintenance throughout is cursory and the stairs across the street connecting to the beach are rotting. On Saturday afternoons a deafening Jersey band plays until after 8PM.
There are some good things – the staff is uniformly pleasant, the restaurant on the water is a great place to have a beer, and the shower is fantastic, but be careful of the temperature which goes up to scalding.

Microwave did not work at all, refrigerator did not go on, and smoke detector was missing in an old old wooden building. Interior and exterior showed its age everywhere. Furniture beat up. Pictures better than reality. Bed clean and comfortable. No food or other services available during week. Walls thin and listened to loud neighbors talking until 1:00 AM. Site, pool, and condos looked nice. On river across from beach.

Absolutely gorgeous and stylish! The small rooms aren’t an issue whatsoever, it feels like it encourages guests to use the incredible common spaces extending over the west shoreline. Directly across the street is a gorgeous private beach for hotel guests with clean sand, driftwood for sitting, and scattered with pearlescent shells. Sunrise here was magical. Definitely need to come back in summer to get the full experience. *also there was no tub in our room, but a large walk-in shower*

However, my room was an older renovation and the room above was not soundproof, the guests above stomped around to early morning hours. I could not get the TV to work and there were no instruction to operate.

No one told me that there would be no band or that the Tiki Bar wouldn't be open during my stay. I'm from out-of-state and was counting on having breakfast, lunch and /or dinner there plus a little entertainment at night. The older rooms are not in very good condition, are not cleaned daily, etc. I have stayed there during \"the season\" before and do so b/c of the river, private ocean beach, Tiki Bar, Pool, but can't say that I'd recommend Beachwalk port-summer. I also thought there would be a reduced rate considering I stayed \"post season.\" The staff was very nice.

I grew up in Rumson, so staying here on the river really brought me back in a good way! The location of the hotel is perfect, the condition of the hotel is great, and the views are incredible. Walkable to 2nd Jetty Seafood, another local gem. I had a special request and the staff accommodated me with a smile.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel on the water, just north of Long Branch NJ. Great location with pool and cafe for food and drinks. Pool area is large and inviting.
Our only recommendation would be for the hotel to invest in more comfortable pool lounge chairs. The old hard plastic ones are not comfortable.

Overall, stayed there several times. However, this past stay elevator was broken on a 4-story hotel. To me, inexcusable on a Sat nite with a wedding party staying there as well. Many complaints and for the cost per room, they should’ve had it repaired
