They only have 1 washer and 1 dryer. It would have been nice to do more than 1 load of laundry at a time. Thankfully, no one else needed to do their laundry.

Nice stay, overall. The AC in our room didn't work, so we used a single sheet, both nights. The breakfast was good, but the options and quality depended on what time you went. The pool was nice for our boys, though the pool room was quite hot. The hotel advertises a game room, while there is not one (we asked the hotel check in woman).

Great hotel, close to a lot of places and easy on and off the highway. Facility was clean and easy to get around, room was clean and spacious, AC worked very well. Breakfast was also great, lots of options and a cool pancake conveyer belt thing. LOVED the cinnamon rolls. All around great stay.

Not enough parking. Cafe table had gum stuck under it which got on my hand when I needed to move it to use it. Cookies were not available most of the time on snack bar. Only once were they available during a 5 day stay. No TV channel guide and when I asked for one the desk attendant had no idea what I was asking for. Zero comprehension. Channels are coded to streaming so you have to flip through and wait for a commercial to be off the screen to know what you’re watching. Bathrooms not cleaned adequately- hair in sink and rib from previous guest. They only made up the room once during our 5 day stay even though we asked for it every day. Had to request towels to be brought up. Refrigerator made a knocking noise all night long and had ice on the inside back panel. Had to unplug it to be able to sleep. Will not go back. We come every June to the area for business and will go back to Raddison even though it’s farther away next year.

This was a much cheaper option than staying at the Shore. I stayed here so I could walk to a Springsteen performance. The front desk staff were quite helpful, but otherwise the place was kind of sad. Breakfast was weak coffee, dried up scrambled eggs, and one type of sweet roll. It is fine if you don’t want to pay for other options. But if you have other options in same price range, consider them.

Check in was a breeze and the gentleman who helped me was fantastic. I traveled to Jersey for work and my trip became negative because check out clearly states 12 pm. I left for work in the early morning and DID NOT CHECK OUT. I made it back to the room before check. My plan to sleep and shower before my travel home. When I got there someone had been in there. The sheets and pillows thrown all over the. The bathroom half cleaned. My water bottle still there. When I went downstairs the girl who checked me out asked housekeeping. Housekeeping said they knocked and since no one answered she assumed I was not coming back and was starting the cleaning processor. I was offered no compensation for being forced to check out early , no other room to Atleast shower or even the ability to go back into the one I had. All I was told sorry and would you like your receipt. I travel all the time for work and have never been forced to check out early.

Our stay at this Holiday Inn and Express Suites more than me our expectations. We were very impressed by the extensive breakfast offered including fresh blueberries, strawberries, and grapes. There are many hot and cold options also, including two types of eggs, sausage, and pancakes, along with cold cereals. The kitchen staff are lovely and very helpful.
We have already booked our next stay here in July with our whole family. we know all the kids will love the indoor pool and terrific breakfast.
Long Branch Beach is 20 minutes away and is clean and lovely for all to enjoy.

The stay was \"OK\"; was very busy venue with (evidently) a number of sports teams in town for competitions in the area, so there was running in the hallways and late-night loud voices. Was also expensive for a Holiday Inn Express, but perhaps that's to be expected in that busy area. The morning breakfast area was crowded, so perhaps that could be looked out for folks to \"grab & go\" more quickly. Also, no coffee maker in the room was a bit puzzling. I offer all of this to be constructive rather than to complain.

Breakfast was wonderful with a varied selection Coffee grinding machines took a little longer but produced great coffee. Parking out front was limited. Only one elevator in center of building meat that you either dragged you suitcases up a flight of stairs or around to the front of building.

The staff are very happy to solve your problems. Customer service was absolutely amazing! However, a few things will cause us to stay else where when we return in two weeks. The shower is absolutely cold. Luke warm water at best. The breakfast had variety but non of it was good. The pancakes weren’t cooked. They came out too big and just didn’t cook well because the dough disbursement was off. The juice is watered down. The scrambled eggs tasted like plastic. Instant oatmeal was a hard pass. The one solid from breakfast was the coffee! It’s brewed fresh for every cup. On to the room. The towels in our room had hair on majority all of them. The air didn’t work throughout the night. The walls are thin. You’ll hear your neighbors throughout the night. The back/side door didn’t work so we had to walk around to the front door in the rain. The bathroom fan is obnoxiously loud! The bathtub was old and stained. Our microwave didn’t work. The staff replaced it promptly but the inconvenience of having to wait to warm up my daughter’s food 15-20 minute after a soccer game wasn’t pleasant. If the breakfast was good we’d return because all other items were fixed besides the outside door. But we’d just rather pick a hotel that will probably have everything in order without breakfast included and just buy breakfast.

The only thing that put me off was the pool. Very dirty. They never change the water or vacuum the pool. I wouldn’t recommend the pool at all. Otherwise it was okay hotel.

Overall it was a great stay, I will 100% be staying here in the future.

There are a few things that others might consider big deals tho.

Almost all the doors were crooked, making them loud to close and open.

The breakfast was okay, not alot of variety and the juice is really watered down.

The side doors for access do not work with a key card, so if you go out you must go back in the main entrance.

I do want to mention some good things though. The staff was super nice and friendly, shower was really nice, bed was comfortable, and the hotel was really quiet other than 2 instances that are not the hotels fault.

I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a easy and safe place to rest their head.

Super unfriendly woman at check in, very basic hotel that feels more like a motel, without so much as a smart TV (still have to pay 24.99 to rent a movie lol). Rooms close to elevators aee noisy but acoustics are bad all over, you can hear people using the bathroom in random other rooms.

Breakfast was nice to have, but they do not refill bagels or donuts once they are gone for that day they’re gone. We were there through the weekend and it seems that they warm up leftovers so when we went to eat the eggs and the sausage it was very dry and overcooked. We had an issue with the air-conditioning. We could not turn it off. Our room was very cold. we tried to turn up the temperature and that did not help. We had already unpacked and after we realized the sink and bathtub do not drain well by the third day it did not drain at all, and we had to move rooms the last night. I brought it up to the Customer Service desk and she said that she will have her manager contact me and possibly give me points as compensation, but no type of refund because I had prepaid for our hotel stay. The hotel was clean, but there was a weird smell in the hall. Staff was very nice. This location was very busy with college students as well as family with kids.

I have stayed here approximately 8 times. I attend a training nearby 4 times a year. Last two times I stayed i did not have hot water and had to move to another room. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They immediately moved me to another room. The room is always clean, staff is friendly and helpful. After such a long day and wanting to relax with a got ahower and not being able to do that I feel frustrated and may look at other options.

The hotel was nice and clean. The issue I had was I stayed there during the blizzard and lost power, there was no generator so I lost all the food I had in the mini fridge, I had to shower in the dark, and no one ever came around to check if I needed anything. It took over a week to hear back from someone regarding a refund. Once I spoke to the GM, I received my refund and was happy with the outcome and communication.

I have never been to a hotel that constantly had cleaning staff through out the hotel, during breakfast, in the lobby. Very very clean , our room was huge, very nice , and was the right price compared to places around!
