Everything was satisfactory except for check in and the water in our room had been opened. There was a wedding party at the hotel and they only had one person on check in which caused a delay.
I went to drink water in the room and the seal on the bottle was broken and the water was about 1/4 gone.

They keep a mini fringe in a cabinet and it had a foul moldy odor, elevators were not working had to take the stairs 5 flights multiple times. Overall way to pricey for what was worse than holiday inn express with some makeup on it and called it a fancier name.

I was disappointed with the level of service during my stay, especially considering the $625 per night rate. While most of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, the overall experience fell short due to a lack of consistency. A simple “Good morning” or “Welcome” would have gone a long way. Check in with Sarah was quick and easy. Room was ready prior to check in time.
Clean reception area-light refreshments offered. Had room on 6th floor with Club lounge access. Room was spotless and well appointed. Came with waters, toiletries and ample towels…2 plush robes also. Lounge was immaculate and had fresh fruit and cold and hot beverages available. We had dinner at Urbane…small boutique menu …service was excellent. Beds super comfortable and air conditioning excellent. Breakfast at 6:30 -eggs, bacon, toast, oatmeal, yougurt, assorted juices and coffee/tea. Overall a definite stay.

We had a fire alarm and evacuation of the building at 1230am. Had no coffee for guests, and you were 50/50 able to get service at front desk when they weren’t embedded on their phone screens. They were kind when you finally spoke with them but it seemed as if they rather avoid the guests.

We needed a convenient place to stay that had an indoor pool for kids. The hotel was nice, staff friendly and room size ok. Kids got some cuts on their feet from the pool, when we told the front desk all they said was oh we will into it. No real concern or compassion shown. Not that we made a big deal of it. Aside from that it worked out well for us.

Love this hotel it is so clean and so spacious, the staff at the hotel are incredible I have stayed many times and Don, always goes above and beyond. He is such an asset to the hotel and guests as well as his fellow colleagues show so much gratitude and respect for his consistency and devotion to his job. He is fabulous, I will pay extra to stay at this Sheraton verses other hotels in the area just because Don is so inviting and helpful.

I had a great stay at the Sheridan as far as my room but I believe the staff could be a little more courteous. When I arrived the gentlemen at the front desk was rude, and I couldn’t understand why. Prior to me there was a lady working beside the gentleman (front desk) who was explaining the location of the amenities to the guest in front of me. When it was my turn I got no hostility, no same explanation of where things were. I felt like I had done something wrong with how I was treated. But I will say thank you to Essences for letting me used your charger. I was already a mess and didn’t realize I never grabbed my charger before leaving home. I do appreciate the help.

When I arrived for check-in they did not know that I booked two rooms and had to find the other room. When we went into one of the rooms, the air-conditioner did not work and needed filter to be replaced in order to work properly. The maids don't \"clean\" your room. They pretty much do what they want and call it a service. They might make your bed up and they definately do not vacuum.

I'm going to explore other options with different chains. Im not sold on Sheraton.

Wedding parties able to run the hallways until 4AM kept my family up on both days of our stay.

Asked for towels and it took over four hours to get them.

Asked about why the air conditioning was not working in the room and was told nothing could be done.

This hotel gave us a terrible experience and I will be requesting some sort of compensation which is something I’ve never done in my life.

The Sheraton is a beautiful hotel. Very convenient to all beaches and boardwalk. Breakfast is very good. Rooms comfortable clean and spacious. Will definitely stay here again. Pool does need major cleaning, power washing is recommended. Other then that, fantastic place to stay.

So many weddings. So loud every night. 11pm-3:30am. I have fibromyalgia. I got flared up so bad, i couldn't sleep. My daughter had dance nationals and barely slept. I do love the sheraton but this was horrible with no help from the hotel. I cleaned my own room daily. Only got towels once.

Overall my stay was great! It is a beautiful hotel. It was clean and updated. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the amenities like the indoor pool and the gym. The staff was pleasant and attentive. I needed a microwave to heat up my dinner from the night before and they brought one to my room immediately. My only issue was the air, it was a bit loud. I had to choose between being hot and having quiet. I chose being hot and turned the air off. Other than that, it was a good stay. Thank you!

Didn’t get room service, coffee maker did not work and I am still trying to correct the charges. I was charged for 3 nights and I only stayed 2. I was charged 2 nights on the card I made the first reservation with (Capitol One) and 1 night on Barclays which I wanted all charges on.

The property itself is very nice. Our complaint is the paper-thin walls. Unfortunately, we were placed next to a room with a couple who were both drunk and decided midnight was the best time to have an argument and break up. We had to contact security 3 times to try and get them to quiet down. Although the hotel obviously can't control the actions of other guests, it was concerning how clearly we could hear every word being spoken in the adjacent room, and that it took security 3 different attempts to get them to quiet down over 2 hours before we could finally attempt to sleep. Otherwise, the remaining parts of the hotel were what you would expect. The only other disappointment was the pool area which was pretty dreary and the pool clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while.
