The beds were made but the room was not clean the walls and doors and floors were dirty. Cigarette burns in the blanket.there was a locked adjoining door I didn’t ask for or know I would be given until I got there. Every time they went to smoke with the door open the smell came thru and they sounded like they were in the room with us.I saw sheets and pillowcases placed outside on the actual ground during cleaning. The people were really nice but I wouldn’t want to stay again

How was my stay? What stay? The room was skeevy, with spiders dropping from the ceiling on web strands, cigarette burn holes all over the blanket, no desk to use, no TV remote, bed totally uncomfortable, and no courtesy toiletries like shampoo. Just a simple bar of soap. A complete turn-off. I went out to grab a bite to eat, thinking the place will be OK in my mind after a full stomach when I go back. Just couldn't get my mind off of what that room was like. Wrote off my loss, hopped on Hotels.com and booked a different property. Never went back to the Motel 6. I find out later that evening I was charged 152.90 instead of the $102.90 booked rate. Was not informed there would be a charge for incidentals. This is unacceptable.
Do yourself a favor. If you ABSOLUTELY think that you need to book this motel... a better decision would be to sleep in your car instead.

Overall, you get what you paid for. However, I feel like clean filters for the heating/ac units should be better prioritized. We couldn't turn the heat on because the smell reaked of mildew, so bad that I slept in the cold to avoid the terrible smell.

Room smelled like stale cigarettes in a non smoking room when I asked to be moved they refused. We had four pillows for four people and when we asked for more pillows I was told that housekeeping was gone (It was 5pm on a Saturday). Bed sheets were stained and yellowed. THERE WERE COCKROACHES. We asked for a different room and was told there werent any available. We slept that night in the room because it was late but we left the next day. They refunded our money but we lost $50 in taxes. I will never book a room at a Motel 6 again.

The inside door trim was not nailed in properly so you had to push on door to open & then fiddle with it to shut tight. You could still see the light from outside coming in. The blanket on the bed had holes and smelled weird. There was no \"complimentary\" shampoo or soap bottles.
Overall the room was decent. You could see the owner was trying to improve. But definitely needs more work.

Got charged extra for the room once I got there even though I’d already paid when I booked, don’t know what for because there was an employee in the little office part screaming about she was going to miss her bus so I couldn’t hear the woman at the desk. Get to the room… the toilet doesn’t flush, the hot water took 10 minutes to heat up, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, the microwave didn’t work, no coffee pot and the tv was all static. We ended up leaving a night early and just lost money on the room. It was awful.

Overall, you get what you get for $400 for 2 nights. Booked a trip with my boyfriend for the weekend, There was mold? In the shower, on the shower certain. Cigarette burns on the blankets, a hole in the door. It was poor. Parking is tight, not a lot of spots. But again, get what you get.

I checked in with my pregnant wife, two kids, and two dogs and immediately saw water stains on the ceiling. I called the front desk because I noticed water dripping from the ceiling. The maintenance guy came over with a towel placed it on the floor and that was the fix. Unbelievable! I asked for a partial refund and not a full refund and was given the run around manager wasn't around. You run a business do good by your customers and solve the issue. I would not recommend to anyone!

I booked a room on Expedia for this property. The next morning I decided to book again and I used Expedia once again. Expedia gave me an option to pay now online or pay at the property, I chose to pay at the property. The room was booked before 11 AM check out. My significant other was staying in the room until I got back from work at 2:30. He was staying with my service animal that was registered at the front desk. The owner started harassing my friend and made him leave the property because I didn’t call her from my busy job and let her know that I rebooked. I told her that if they use Expedia as a third-party booking agent, it says nowhere in their guidelines that I must Call her and inform her when I booked it online very legitimately. This woman obviously did not like the fact that my significant other was a black man, she refused to give me my $50 deposit back and also kicked me out of the room when I came back that day after work, she ranted and raved and condescended us and she said that she refused to give us a deposit because I didn’t get back to the room till 230 however it was booked. There are no batteries in the smoke alarms.

Our room was changed from 125 to 106 after the employee saw our dog. We informed the desk at checkin we had a dog. Room 106 looked like a room out off a hooker movie. The dresser was missing one draw with the others hanging off slanted. Neither bed side light worked with one missing a shade. There was no outlet for the microwave or refrig. The employee had to bring a working lamp and an extension cord for the micro and refirg. The door jam was filled with plaster that had just been slopped on .The floor in the bedroom needed mopping badly. Since it was Christmas eve we were stuck and since we only had to spend two nights there we stuck it out. Never again will we stay in a Motel six . Their motto is we will keep a light on but the room had broken lights. Motel Six should be ashamed . We took pictures of the room if anyone is interested

STAY AWAY - Filthy and beyond disrepair. The only interaction with staff was check-in/check-out, which took place through a hole in the exterior wall since the office was gutted and under construction. I’d like to hope that’s the first step to an overall renovation but it wouldn’t explain the lack of, well, anything positive about the rooms now. Mine was also ground level with a large sliding window that didn’t lock.

Bed screamed a death rattle every small movement, walls were on verge of collapse and paper thin. One vending machine that was practically empty and the ice machine… frightened us. Thankfully only needed a bed for sleeping but probably should have just drove home regardless.

hotel room. The door for the clothes just fell off. Although the bathroom was in pretty good shape.

Only a 15-minute drive to the beach. Had a fridge, microwave and a comfortable place to lie our heads. You are going to NJ to hang out at the beach and go to the boardwalk, not hang out in a hotel room so it was perfect for our needs. This was the second time we have stayed here. Unfortunately, my 3 night stay at this particular Motel 6 wasn't comfortable nor quiet. This hotel actually thought it was ok to give me a room right next to a room being renovated. The noises coming from the renovations was so loud for long hours during the day & until 5pm for 2 of the 3days. I would leave during this time just to return to a TV that was so out dated that you could only watch maybe 10-12 channels that weren't riddled with static. I will NEVER stay at this hotel/motel EVER AGAIN!!!

When I went down to complain and get more towels I was told they do not have extra towels and gave me toilet paper to soak it up!!! That definitely wouldn’t have helped at all! The next day I asked to switch rooms so we wouldn’t have to deal with a soaked floor and got put in a even smaller room because the girl the night before didn’t not even mention or not that the room flooded! Both rooms were not the cleanest and if you ran the microwave while the heat/ac was on it blew a fuse! The second room had black mold all over the wall in the bathroom and neither room had working ac so it was extremely hot and stuffy in the rooms on top of them just smelling moldy and musty! Still feel like it was over priced for how the conditions of the rooms were! Definitely wish I got a refund and went elsewhere! And I do not recommend that motel to anyone!
