While this is a good value for the money for a one bedroom with separate kitchenette and living area, this is basically 2nd or 3rd rate for a timeshare unit. Couch is uncomfortable to sit on and bed isn't the best. Didn't provide some very basics, such as dish soap to wash dishes and pans which are provided (luckily, we brought our own).

I recently stayed in a one bedroom suite at this villa property and unfortunately the experience was disappointing, especially for business travel.
When I booked the reservation, I expected the main amenities such as the clubhouse to be easily accessible. In reality, the clubhouse sits on top of a hill. While there is temporary parking directly in front of the entrance, the designated guest parking is located at the bottom of the hill. This means guests either have to walk up a steep hill or climb several flights of stairs to reach the clubhouse. This setup is very inconvenient, particularly in cold weather or when carrying items for activities like swimming.
I also experienced maintenance issues in the unit. I reported a clogged faucet and maintenance came to address it, but the problem was not actually fixed. Instead, the clog appeared to shift from one side of the sink to the other, eventually causing unpleasant debris to come back up through the drain, which was unsanitary and frustrating.
The location is also quite isolated with limited nearby restaurant or dining options. While the condominium setup may work for guests planning to cook, it is not ideal for business travelers who need convenience and easy access to food and services.
Overall, I would not recommend this property for corporate travel.

The pool and hot tub were a great source of relaxation and fun with our Granddaughter, we just never figured out where the theatre was. Most of all could not beat the price. We booked a stay here after the Wyndham Bentley Brook, our usual destination, closed with little notice. Although this was not as convenient as the Bentley Brook for Jiminy Peak, we really enjoyed our stay and the king suite was very spacious. I think we will book another stay for the Fall!

Along the baseboard the carpet meets the baseboard there was a good amount of debris. I complained to the front desk and they offered to change our room but we were already settled in at that point. I also had concerns the next room would be the same with regard to cleaning.

I realize things happen and staff make mistakes but I complained via text and sent pictures as well as told them at the front desk. No the pool was packed with little kids splashing constantly there were 10 year olds in the hot tub unsupervised even tho the rules state otherwise the neighbors to our groom were up all night yelling and banging the first night I have a baby and she couldn’t sleep because of it the building was way too far from the pool area and the whirlpool tub in the room was unable to use because the water turned cold halfway thru filling it the view of the mountain was nice but I wouldn’t come back

The room we stayed in has a shared hot water heater with another room, when we tried to take a shower in the morning we had no hot water. We called the front desk and were told to wait for the water heater to generate hot water. We waited until 30 minutes prior to check out and still had no hot water therefore we could not take a shower prior to checkout.

Large indoor swimming pool in the main building. Kids enjoyed it although it was crowded. Plenty of towels. Main building also have a pool table, ping pong table, gym, and small arcade. This location was very closed to Jiminy peak (5 mins drive) so very convenient for skiing. Will stay again if price is right.

Fire alarm blaring fully for over 10 hours overnight, led to completely sleepless night. After hours Issues with sprinkler system and fire alarm required a full pack-up and room change.
Moved to room absolutely closest to alarm box, called to complain about placement, was told nothing they could do. This seemed disgustingly intentional.
Loud banging sounds heard OVER the fire alarm at 4:30am had me opening my room door to witness a dead body being removed by EMTs!
No apologies from staff, no room upgrade, no customer service whatsoever. Horrible experience, extremely disappointed with lack of service and handling.

The buildings were left unlocked for convenience, the door entry room locks did not work perfectly, one of the locks to porch did not stay shut unless you lifted the door slightly. Odd, but it still worked. Housekeeping missed the kids handprints all over windows because blind was left shut.
The pool and hot tub were crowded most times, they need a second adult hot tub at minimum!! They had weird policies to use pool table and it was used by the same group or two all weekend. They wanted you to give them something valuable to take out the pool set.
Therefore, only one person could have it and it couldn't be passed on to the next, which just goes to show a lot of families bring kids there and are irresponsible.
We used the table tennis and foosball which were nice to have. The kitchen was pretty well equipped overall.

We were promised building 10 by I believe her name was Amber and we were given building 14. I requested a little extra time at checkout and they stated they had a strict no late checkout policy. Really wish they would exercise some discretion since I made no complaint about the building they put me in.

The 2 rooms we had were clean. One of the fireplaces did not work. The headboard was loose from the bed. The ice machine was also broken in one of the rooms. There was a window left open when we first got there; it was freezing. I had a good stay, just seems the property needs some TLC. I would stay here again, just hopefully in a better unit closer to the lodge, and maybe in the future they can invest in shuttle transportation to the ski mount instead of forcing you to drive to the mountain.

No frills stay with a kitchen and dishwasher (make sure your room has one— some do not!!!). Location is across the street from Jiminy Peak, so skiing can be accomplished almost as easy as staying on their property. This is our fourth time staying and it always serves its purpose.
