We just loved our 7 day stay at Silver seas. Right on the beach with awesome sun rises. The ameneties were perfect for the five of us. When we arrived the pool was heated ans that was so great. We could use the BBQ area outside to cook our food and eat outside in the warm evenings. The upper terrace was awesome to drink morning coffee or evening spirits. The staff was helpful +++ They responded positively to all of our demands. I will definetly go back. Located right next to the Ritz but at a fraction of the price. Lots of restaurants and stores on the strip and near a convenience store all walking distance.

Silver Seas is awesome.. is in a perfect location.. is really clean and the pool is totally clean and the water is good temperature.. the beach is across the hotel. You can walk everywhere the action is .. restaurants, shops and beach. The staff is kind and responsive.. . I want to mention Norma in front desk.. we booked three rooms and she was really kind with us and help us with a smooth check in.. thank you so much Norma my family and I appreciate you! We’ll be back soon! :)

Great location!

Staff are very nice and helpful. Unit is very clean and comfortable. Great location, across the street from the beach and walk short distance to restaurants, CVS and shops. The water was crystal clear, there were no seaweeds and at perfect temperature. Our family had a great time and we will be back!!!

Stay at Silver Seas every summer. While it is not new, it is the best location and always a good time. It definitely has quirks, but the price and location can't be beat. It's one of the last remaining old Florida Motel resorts.

Iguanas poop around pool could have been checked and cleaned more often. Not a big deal though. Staff was so friendly efficient and professional Cinnamon and the handsome slender guy in the office were extremely helpful. My biggest issue with Silver Seas is that it’s only available 1 of every 5 times a year I go to Ft Lauderdale. Good for you!!!

Disappointing Stay in Nice Location

Front desk service was horrible. The owner was very rude and scolded us for asking for a change of towels after a few days inyo our stay. Apparently you don't get a change of towels or sheets here until after 7 days!! Never will stay here again for the price we paid. We had so many things not working in the apartment including the kitchen lights and multiple outlets. The bath water was YELLOW! I told the manager about the yellow water day 3, and got scolded again. If you don't care about the outdated rooms, bad customer service, and rude managememt, then you shouldn't have a problem here. Other than above, the location was perfectly located across the beach and had a great pool - multiple large and small iguanas on the grounds too!

The property location was terrific and property manager was delightful and extremely helpful. We booked two rooms and as a result of a late return flight, wanted to stay a few more hours and enjoy the beach which was across the street. Was asked to move all of our items into one room and was given the time needed in the second room. We stayed till 3 PM, got the extra towels needed for us to shower and clean up. Plenty of parking spaces and free WIFI made it a great stay. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed here with a friend for a mom weekend getaway. The rooms are dated but for the location and proximity to the beach and restaurants, it’s such a great value. Our 1-bedroom suite included two queen beds and two full bathrooms, kitchen, and dining/living area. Perfect for us. Kind staff. Easy Uber to/from the airport. CVS is steps away for essentials, and the beach is across the street!

The silver seas was great. It was tropical, exotic, welcoming, and economical. It was everything we could have asked for. Quiet and relaxing and centrally located to stores and restaurants. And directly across from from the beach. My wife and in-laws lived it and plan on returning. Just a wonderful place to stay.!!!

Carlos, Norma, and Cinnamon in the office were extremely warm, professional and very accomodating for my teenage son and me during our 10 day stay. The room was awesome, with all the ammenities of home. Air conditioning in our \"apartment\" kept it icy cool as needed.The pool was beautiful, warm, and well maintained including regular cleaning of the very nice Kitchenaide gas grills by the pool. I can't give enough praise about this property and its wonderful staff. Its directly across from the beach and an an easy walk to surrounding restaurants, shops, and 24 hour CVS. We will DEFINITLY be returning!!!

This is a great budget hotel. Don’t expect a luxurious accommodation. It’s a basic hotel, ideal for large families. Our room had a kitchen with a toaster, blender, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, plates, utensils and everything you need to cook (including knives). You just need to purchased cooking oil and dishwashing soap. The living room had two sofa beds which were surprisingly comfortable. There is only one small restroom so it takes a while for everyone to get ready. The only downside was that the tub backed up very quickly. There’s an AC unit in the living room and in the bedroom. They worked well and kept the area cool. The bedroom was spacious and it had plenty of storage space.

This Resort can not be beat. Sits right across the street from the beach. Its location is right at the edge of the local shops, restaurants, and nightlife so you are away from the crowds and noise but close enough to enjoy when you want an night out on the town.

And I cant give enough praise for the site manager Carlos! He was so attentive in making sure our stay was perfect. If he saw us out and about he was always quick to ask how things were and if we needed anything! Thanks Carlos!!!!

Location, location is the best part of the place..
Really needs updating and better cleaning crew had to throw out my husband's socks because the tile floor was very dirty.
The manager Carlos & cinnamon were both outstanding to work with ,wanting to go back hope they update furniture and get the cleaning people to do a better job.

The hotel is right across the street from the beach! We had a one room suite/condo that slept four. The extra space was very nice. The building is very old, you can see a few cracks in the wall and missing paint. The pool area is nice and it is close to many restaurants.

The area is great. You can walk to a bunch of restaurants as well as a 24 hour Cvs that has anything you need. The beach is right across the street. The pool was great and we spent most our time there because the ocean was rough at the time. The was basic but we didn’t spend much time in it and it met our needs. The shower barely drained. I had to practically beg for an extra roll of toilet paper. They were a accommodating in keeping our luggage past checkout which was nice. The office is only open 8-5 so call ahead to set up check in if arriving past 5pm. Would definitely stay here again.

Silver Seas is located directly across from the beach and very close to bars and restaurants and a 24hr CVS. It’s in a small section that’s quiet at night.

There is a nice sized pool, bbqs and a rooftop patio overlooking the sidewalk and beach.

Our room had a comfortable king bed and small, very functional kitchen with all brand new appliances. The room is bright at night because the security lights are on through the night.

This is an older motel that’s been updated but still retains the charm. The staff is friendly and security greeted us promptly when we arrived after midnight (make sure you call ahead for late arrival instruction as the office is closed at night).

This place is a gem - affordable, clean and great location. We’ll be returning.

Old-school charm, steps from beach

Classic Florida building- interior 90s. One of the few old-school holdouts along this stretch of A1A. No buildings blocking ocean view. Nice beach across street. Excellent clean pool with cool tile. Apartments with north/south windows kind of dark inside but lots of windows that open easy and unexpected balcony off kitchen. Lots of room, big kitchen and BBQ's that work great. Good value- nice staff. Could hear the waves at night when traffic and motorcycles died down

My wife and two kids stayed in the Family Suite, which has a separate bedroom and kitchen and a giant living room and dining room area.

This place is located right across the street to the beach, was incredible. Information: The well known gay (mostly gay men) region of the beach begins here around Sebastian Dr.

Watch out for the inconvenient early check-out time of 10am. Noon has always been the standard check out time for travelers worldwide, but for some reason, some hotels want to try and push it earlier and earlier. This hotel unfortunately does get some marks/stars removed for demanding a non-negotiable inconvenient early check-out time of 10am. If they ever raise that to 11am or Noon, I'd be happy to increase my rating.

I would definitely stay here again, because the VALUE was incredible. We were closer to the beach, than at the Ritz across the street.

Very quaint and quiet but on a very busy street with lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Don’t let some of the reviews scare you away. Yea it’s a little dated but it’s clean and nice. Sits among some very big hotels. The beach is right across A1A. They have security walking around all night. All of the employees were super nice and friendly. Next time we make a trip that way we would definitely stay here again. I’ll add just a few pictures of our view from sitting on top of the balcony and looking across the ocean.

The Silver Seas rates an A for proximity to the beach, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We rented a suite which we found to be very comfortable. The facilities, though not the most modern, are clean and spacious. The staff is helpful, friendly, and does their best to accommodate requests.

It is a great place to stay even the property is not new. It is under renovation now and Norma made everything above & beyond the guests could feel themselves comfortable in stay. She is amazing in showing respect and care about her customers! We stay there 7 nights. She let us check-in early & checkout later because of our flight schedule. She provided us with umbrella & beach chairs. She honored our request for the type of the room we wanted. In the room, especially in the kitchen, there were everything what we were need. Even a dish soap! Everything was very clean. Some equipment was new. Plenty towels. They have even some fitness equipment on the properties. The area is secure, has comfortable parking. CVS Pharmacy store is located in the second building from the hotel. There are plenty restaurants, shops, & bars around. What is also important it is only 50 steps from the beach!
We would like come back again.

We weren't aware that the office closes at 5 and we did not arrive till after then, so we had to call a number to access our key. This was fine but delayed us 30 mins. The property was fine and the pool was awesome, but could have been much cleaner in the rooms. There were often times when we needed towels, keys broke, door broke, toilet paper, etc but no workers were around which was frustrating. Besides this, the location is fantastic, the pool area is great, the roof area is great, and when the staff was around they were very kind.

Great location we could walk to the beach in 1 min. and great location for shopping and great food including entertainment. The views are amazing.
Just a few things that could be better like the pool closed at 5 pm on a Friday night which was disappointing. They had 2 grills to use and they both did not work. The room was clean in some areas, but the kitchen was not very clean. Handprints on the fridge and food on the cupboards. We really did enjoy the convenience and the beach that was before us. We will consider giving it one more try as the residence and vacationers were very fun to visit with.

What we loved the most: LOCATION! Close to beach and restaurants. Also water taxi stop couple blocks away. Pool was great. Nice accommodations with kitchen. Staff friendly. Yes the property is dated but is well maintained. This is a time share property that rents unused dates. They supplied soap bars, dish and dishwasher soap, towels and TP. Bring your own shampoo. We had room with FIRM Murphy bed but it worked for us. There was also a small balcony off back of kitchenette. We would stay again.

What a convenient place to stay! We arrived to be greeted by a helpful front desk lady who quickly upgraded us to an available unit with much better views and location than the one we had booked. She provided towels, beach chairs and stopped by to make sure we were happy. Service was above and beyond!! Very clean property, pool, deck, the unit itself all very clean and well maintained. This is an older property, but sandwiched between very high end resorts. GREAT LOCATION!! Walking distance to patio dining/ bars/ excellent beach exposure/felt very safe. Breakfast at Ritz Carlton patio is highly recommended!!

We would stay here again for sure!

What we needed

Great location, great pool. Free and easy parking. Room was small, and beds weren’t great, but full kitchen w/ full size fridge a plus.

Great Location

Great location! Room nice although dated, there was everything we needed. Fold out bed needs a new mattress!!! Overall, good experience!

This operates as a time share that will rent unused space. So I think that made this place affordable and therefore the lower price.

First reaction walking in was, this place is kinda old”... but i will say, brand new kitchen with granite and stainless steel. The place was CLEAN. Murphy bed lended itself to some feeling that it was outdated. But it was oddly comfortable. Again, clean and new mattress.

This was right across the street from the beach!!!! Location was amazing. Have I stayed at beautiful places, yup. Does this compare? No. But would I stay here again if I was coming to FL? I’d def see if this was available.

Norma at the front desk was so accommodating. We were affected by a flight cancellation from a snowstorm and she couldn’t hace made the experience easier. Thank you.
