The apartment was clean and amenities were great. Just as described in the web site. The location is very close to supermarkets, pharmacies and the mall. Not a walking distance to the beach, but 7 to 8 minutes driving, so wasn't a.big deal getting to the beach. Overall, I will definitely recomend this place and comeback on future visits. Leah was very responsive and excellent to communicate with.

There was so much noise from other apartments, we couldn’t sleep for 3 nights in a row. Staff didn’t do anything after I reported the disturbance on the second night.

they don’t offer any clean towels or new sheets during your stay, you have to pay with your own money and use your own detergent if you want laundry done here. the front TV in the living room would not turn on the bathtub does not hold water. plus the shower only ran hot for about 3 to 5 minutes at a time. There’s also a roach infestation in the bathroom, but other than that it was pleasant, not any huge issues besides my Wi-Fi not working for an entire day during my stay. I would say the low price reflects what you’re getting.

We have stayed here 4 times before. Check-in is often disorganized with giving you wrong room, wrong code, etc. Yesterday was even worse. No staff member on site, they attempt to do everything online, After 3 calls to their after hours number, The had technical problems that left us in the rain with no way to open the room we had already paid for. Technology is great when it works, however have a back up plan to physically open a door.

I have stayed on this property twice before. The unit I got the bathroom was sturdy. The pool was dirty in the water was slimy with lots of bugs. There were people smoking weed in the pool area in all around the property. They will allow music up to 4:30 in the morning. Very disappointing specially when you know that the staff it’s not going to do anything about it.

I booked a three night stay at the hotel it says check in is at 4pm I didn’t receive my check in instructions until almost 5pm. By the time I was able to check in I dropped off my luggage and it was time to take my son to practice upon returning the shower was full of termites and they were all on the bed it took about 30 minutes to reach someone then someone was sent out who do not speak English and was told to spray bug spray I ask to have my room switched a lady over the phone told me I couldn’t switch rooms until the next day I refused to wait so had to wait about 3 hours for another room and wasn’t even offered late check out terrible service I will never rent from them again

For such a low price this place is really nice. There was a few things that I can be picky and complain about but it wasn't really anything that mattered like the paint was peeling in the shower you can tell they use the wrong paint when they did the remodel. I couldn't take a bath because the drain plug was missing and they didn't have one to replace with. But these are really small minimal things that I don't think should have any bearing on somebody's review. All in all I had a really great time here while I was there they were doing a lot of remodeling fixing the place up to be nicer which some people could think impact their stay but to me I really appreciate the fact that they're putting all of the time and energy to make the place even better this also has no bearing on my review . the only negative thing that I can really say that might put a little bit of a bearing on my cleanliness review is the floor looked clean. And the place itself was definitely cleaned there wasn't dust anywhere but my feet definitely were black from walking on the floor long enough barefoot so they're probably wasn't a lot of mopping done when they cleaned up the room I would have done it myself but there wasn't an accessible mop I ended up just wearing socks so I just didn't care. If you're looking for a decent place that has a lot of space on a budget or just can't afford anything fancy this was a really good place to go

Property was under construction, it was hard to get into. The electronic lock did not work and the lock box worked but not properly. The area was a little sketchy, I could smell weed first thing in the morning and when I came back in the afternoon.

Floors were filthy; within minutes of our stay my toddlers feet were black! The mattress on our bed was thin and uncomfortable (felt all the springs. My toddler began coughing throughout the night and I woke up with a sore throat, turns out the a/c was filled with mold. Our host sent someone to clean it, but it was still present afterwards. I noticed the shower was filled with mold as well. The unit wasn’t well taken care of and whoever they hire to clean doesn’t do a good job.

Poor experience. Check in info wasnt provided 24 hrs, had to reach out for the info. All of the info had an address for the \"Jasmine\" the actual property was across the street. That was a surprise at 10 pm when we tried to get into our unit. When they finally figured out where we should be, staff member sent me property info showing we were staying at the \"Victoria\". I was very unhappy as at best its confusing and at worst intentionally deceptive. Spoke to manager Karen she said they use the same reservation system and both the properties are considered the \"Jasmine.\" She didnt seem too concerned, didn't apologize and was not understanding that i was unhappy as everything they provided had a diff address and property name (how would we ever know we were dtsying across the street). Never even got into the other issues with Karen as it was clear she didnt care about our experience. Those issues are: floor was dirty and sandy upon check in, 2 of the 4 dining chairs were broken, little fabric square stools stained, remote for tv in living room missing, batteries dead for remote for bedroom tv, patio furniture removed from all units 2nd day of our stay, shower switches from burning hot to ice cold regardless of settings and sofa bed is not a traditional sofa bed but a weird sectional, trundle that is varying hardness that was extremely uncomfortable. It was disappointing and am surprised at all of the positive reviews. Only positive is the convenient location and parking.

They gave us an address on the reservation, the code did not work. When we reach them by phone it took over 20 minutes to be told that our appartment was across the street. At 10 pm after travelling all day, very upset, but the next day they apolagize.

LOWKL does a good job with mid-range extended stay properties. That are all near a beach, reasonably priced and near numerous amenities. I've used them 2-3 times and I'll use them again.

I was very happy with this property. Upon arrival, everything was clean and modern. It was much larger than I had anticipated. Two bedrooms and the living room plus a full kitchen with dining area was an amazing way to spend a long weekend. The overall experience was good enough. We were looking for a place with a kitchen, living room and pool not a far drive to the beach. The location was great lots of dining, and shops in walking distsmce. We booked a King Bed and arrived to a Queen. They moved us the next day.....we wished we stayed as the queen bed waz amazing and apt was much cleaner and in better cindition. Our new place had mold on bathroom ceiling and it just looked worn down. The furniture in both places waa cheap and sofas not comfy. The pool and grounds were maintained well and you could smell Jasmine each evening. The price we paid was under $150 so it was a good value. The company Lowkal has many older apt complexes convert to rentals and a a central mgt service that answer the phone and help.

Everything was great but no perfect because of the noise of repairing property in certain hours during the days. But still much better than the last time that I was there in October where the noise started around 10 am until 5 pm and it was for my last 5 days there and it was a terrible noise that you could not ignore at all but this time no so much just few hours during the day usually from 2 or 3 pm until 5 pm. I have been in several properties of this company and it has been excellent. From all of them this is my favorite for the location and distribution of the apartment except the noise to repair the property but try to do it all at once because this is my second time facing this problem even though better than before in October.

This was my very first experience booking this one king studio unit. After registration, I received a text message o gain access to the property. The property was clean and ready. Full kitchen and it just felt like i left my home and entered another home. Check out was extremely easy just check out via text. I will rebook again. I’ve read a lot of reviews and I’m surprised. I’ve stayed at many hotels and apartments/houses in the past 10-12 years. I can say this about the recent stay at the Jasmine, the 1 bedroom was spacious and extremely clean. It was very well maintained. Location is perfect to airport, shopping and dining. The area the Jasmine was located in was very safe and quiet. The property itself was very private. The courtyard with the pool was surrounded by tall bushes so couldn’t be seen from the street which was a good thing. Our apartment was clean and spacious. The staff was very accommodating. Any question I emailed them was quickly answered. We would definitely stay here again.

Fully equipped kitchen is great. TVs in the living area and bedroom are very convenient. WiFi worked well the whole visit. But the biggest plus is the in-property pool and walkability to bus stops, dining, shopping, and grocery stores. It’s a quick Uber away from the beach and other nightlife as well.

We loved how safe and quiet the area was. The pool was an amazing and beautiful amenity to avail of, especially in the Florida heat! Our room had all the essentials, great air conditioning, and the bedroom located near the back of the unit made it feel more private and spacious. The bed was comfortable as well. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Lowkl, and we would stay there again!

We had ubit 12 and the fold.out couch was very hard and tipped when used.on one side. I had stayed in unit 6 before and that pull out couch was way better! If you replace that couch in 12, would be good!

There were many nights with excessive noise due to young guests. Since there is nobody from the Hotel present on premises, the outcome was not good. Emails to guests are not sufficient. There should be better control especially on Spring Break days. Beware in future stays.

I have a mixed review for this property because it was lovely overall and I would love to go back BUT 3 of our nights were horrible. There was a large group of guys that showed up partying for 3 days straight all night and all day, blasting loud music, breaking glass, screaming, when I say literally all night and day I’m not exaggerating. We have young kids and a baby, I got no sleep those nights, the kids were so sad they couldn’t use the pool because that’s where they stayed the entire time. The property has no one on site except for cleaners, no management and no front desk. Along with others we called to complain multiple times with no help. My husband went up to the group of guys but they wouldn’t listen. I contacted Expedia for help when I returned home and the hotel refunded me pennys for the incident. It was nice to have something but still does not make up for the disruption. They should have sent someone over to end the problem or called police. They need staff on sight. It’s supposed to be a family friendly location. Did I mention the pool is supposed to be off limits at night and quiet hour is at 11? It was such a lovely place overall if it wasn’t for that issue. It was our families first real vacation outside of the country and we would have gone back again if it wasn’t for the poor management. So if you just beware that if you have an issue you won’t have any help.

Excellent stay with our family. Safe, easy check-in and check-out. I wish the kitchen had a few more condiments because I like to cook and to have had more than a bathroom. It would have been nice to have a 1.5 bath. The staff was very responsive to our needs. Will surely stay in that apartment next time we come to FT.

Fantastic stay at the Jasmine Apartments for the 3 of us. The unit was updated nicely, very clean, comfortable and spacious. It was a nice area of town and very convenient to basically everything in Ft Lauderdale including the beach (5min drive). Great having a full kitchen and comfortable rooms. The memory-foam mattress was very comfortable on the king bed. The pool area was actually quite nice and the noise was not a problem during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Our place, The Jasmine, was not cleaned prior to our 4PM check-in on Feb. 8. Dishes were everywhere, there was a pan full of cooking grease, the place smelled like fried fish, the floors and bathrooms were dirty, the previous guests' bedding was still there, etc. I contacted customer service and as we patiently waited, they were unable to provide a cleaning service. An hour and half later, we were sent to another property that was not as nice (full-sized beds instead of king-sized beds, one bathroom instead of two, also less expensive) and we were told we could only stay one night there and we'd have to move out the next morning. This was very inconvenient because my son was headed for surgery early in the morning. We had to pack up early in the morning and then after his surgery, we had to sit in the parking lot as our original place, The Jasmine, was being cleaned. Customer service promised some compensation and a call back from a manager. After two weeks of endless calls to customer service and numerous exchanged texts, I never received one call from a manager or the promised compensation. Customer service made numerous promises that a manager would contact me but that never happened. BEWARE - IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH A LOWKL PROPERTY DURING YOUR STAY - DON'T EXPECT ANY RESPONSE FROM A MANAGER.
