We reserved 5 star Kervansaray otel in Bursa. when we arrived there, we got suprised beacuse hotel has been closed for more than 6 months. I Tried to call your call center but the computer said to me that we could not speak to the call center until Monday.
Than we chatted someone from your website than they called us . but if we don t speak English we could not communicate with someone. After more than 1 hour talking they sent us another otel but it was 4 star hotel. We chose Kervansaray just for swimming and SPA with our children but the new hotel has no swimming pool So our trip did not achieve its goal. I can write more bad things but I think it is enough we were 2 family with our children and turned back just taking a small trip

It's very old hotel with stinking bathrooms. They have said there will be a renovation in June so j suggest everyone to chose a different hotel in the area until then. Definitely not worth for what we have paid. Staff is not trained for a 5 stars hotel.Such a shame.

Hotel with maximum revenue & minimum investment
we only stayed for baths. A typical Bursa tourist resort is built on maximum revenue with minimum investment. Turkish bath, in-house services have not been renovated for years. Still the same. Even the seats at the entrance of the hotel were old and skinned. Although it was a eid mubarak holiday season there was only 1 person in related for hamam massage and cleaning and there was a minimum waiting time of 8 people at the least busy hour. I'll never stay again. Guests from outside can use the bath in the same way and at the same prices. Therefore, being a customer of the hotel there is no plus for the baths.

Don't be fooled by pictures, like I was!!!!
Room was very dark, they use low wattage bulbs to save money. Poor Wi-Fi, consistently have to keep signing in.My room overlooked a large wall and I asked to be moved and they said they were full, but then a family came and they were able to move them. The hallway carpets are coming loose causing them to become uneven (almost 2 inches elevated) which resulted in my almost falling.Fabric slippers supplied for the turkish baths resulting in my falling, and the employees said I was not the first to fall. Hotels.com sign at the front desk touting as 4 star, this is not correct. This is a poorly maintained facility and I will never return.

The front desk Ahmed was not that helpful neither was friendly. Although we have not checked in until late around 7pm. He was rather rude & didn't even give us all the information. Very little staff who can speak English. The hotel was in great location & nicely done, but very old & dated. The bathroom was a wreck & the bedroom was so old & the bed was uncomfortable. It might be once a 5 stars, but not any longer. It should only be 3 stars

It was terrible. We paid for 5 nights on hotels.com. We had to move out after 2 nights and move into another hotel even though we could not get our money back from hotels.com. Hotel for 4/5 star was disgusting. Hotel is dirty and very poorly maintained.

Very Relaxing Break
We had a very relaxing weekend at this hotel. We specially enjoyed the included Turkish Thermal Bath after a long day of walking and sightseeing. The downside to this hotel is that it is away from city center but you can catch a bus from front of the hotel or a cab. Very inexpensive.

Though we didn't choose this hotel for it's thermal water but it's closeness to everywhere in Bursa, we didn't want to pass the chance to use this facility and it was nice I can say. Foam massage was nice and relaxing too. Apart from that, staff was helping and experienced, room service was fast, room was clean and neat. We did not have dinner in the hotel, but breakfast was nice. Bottom line: My wife and I enjoyed our vacation and didn't confront even with one trouble in this qualified Hotel.

I realy loved my stay in Bursa. I came see what is the real tukish bath in the famoust city for that. I spent 2,5 hours in the beautifull marble hammam of the hotel. super clean accordings to my swiss criteria.

Hamam kapalı temizlik yapılıyor diye geri çevrildim. Tek kullanacağım günde kullanamadım. Fakat hamam çalışanları hariç bu durumdan kimsenin bilgisi yoktu. Resepsiyondakiler, havuz görevlileri de şaşırdı. Genel müdür sağolsun geldi, onun da bilgisi yokmuş. sıcak samimi bir yaklaşım sergiledi bize hak verdi ama hamam kullanamadım. Bence çalışanlar başına buyruk davranıp müşteriyi geri çeviriyor.

Отель не соответствует заявленным 5 звезд, звездность отсутствует вовсе. Номера в ужасном состоянии, завтраки тоже очень плохие с просроченными продуктами. При заезде с нас пытались взять больше денег, долго пришлось доказывать, что мы ничего не должны и все было уже оплачено. Хамам также не впечатлил вовсе. Не советуем к посещению данный отель

Ailecek termal spa tatili diye gittik ancak termal kısmından hiç faydalanamadık. ailecek bornozları giyip hamam sefası yapmayı ümit ederken, boş yer yok, 2 saat beklerseniz alırız dediler.. rezv alın odamızda bekleyelim dedik, kabul etmediler. akşam 8-9 gibi tekrar gelin sakin olur dediler. akşam tekrar gittik, durum aynı. ailenin gerisi pes etmişken, ben bireysel olarak ertesi sabah 3. kez şansımı denedim ancak maalesef yine doluyuz dediler. Özetle hamam sefası düşünüyorsanız konaklamaya gerek yok çünkü hamama otel misafiri dışından ciddi bir talep var ve konaklama yapanların önceliği falan yok. Bornozla 2 saat sandalye tepesinde hamam sırası bekleyecekseniz buyrun gidin, o kadar vaktiniz yoksa başka seçenekleri değerlendirin derim..
