Otel konum olarak merkezi bir yerdeydi ve yakınlarında market, fırın vs vardı. Biz 4 kişi kaldık ve otelden memnun bir şekilde ayrıldık, resepsiyonda çalışanlar gayet ilgiliydi odalar da temizdi. Yalnızca banyoda duşakabin kapağı yoktu fakat diğer odalarda da öyle miydi bilmiyorum. Kısaca gönül rahatlığıyla konaklayabileceğiniz bir yer.

Otelin konumu güzel.Odalar bakımsız kalmış biraz.Temizlik ortalama altı vaziyette.Bir alt katımızda inşaat a devam ediyorlardı onun sesi rahatsız ediciydi genel olarak.Günlük oda temizliği servisleri(havlu,çarşaf değişimi)yok.Kaldığım oda için internet access point i kötü yerleştirilmiş.odanın çoğu yerinde wifi çekmiyordu.4-5 araçlık otoparkları mevcut ama otelin sokağında park yeri bulmak da oldukça kolay.Çalışanlar yardımcı oldu genel olarak.Güzel konumda ve demirbaşı güzel odaların ancak bölgedeki otelleri göre düşükten satıp asgari yapılması gereken hizmetleri aksatmışlar bu da bence ucuz ve sadece kar odaklı bir işletmenin yönetim biçimi olabilir.

Euphrates House Hotel, konum itibarıyla gerçekten çok avantajlı bir noktada yer alıyor. Cadde üzerinde olması, çevresinde fırın ve market gibi günlük ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayabileceğiniz olanakların bulunması büyük kolaylık. Ayrıca Sur Yapı AVM’ye de oldukça yakın mesafede.
​Otelin çalışanları son derece ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü, bu konuda çok memnun kaldım. Odalar da gayet temiz, ferah ve genişti. Ancak konaklamam sırasında konforu etkileyen bazı şaşırtıcı eksikliklerle karşılaştım:
​Banyo Düzeni: Banyoda herhangi bir askı aparatı bulunmuyor. Havlunuzu bile asacak bir yer olmaması tasarım açısından oldukça enteresan bir eksiklik.
​TV ve Teknoloji: Odada TV mevcut fakat arıza nedeniyle uydu kanalları çalışmıyordu. Smart TV içerisinde çeşitli platformlar yüklü olsa da, işletme misafirler için bir üyelik sunmuyor; izlemek için kendi hesabınızla giriş yapmanız bekleniyor. Ben sorunu televizyona Tivibu uygulamasını indirip kendi bireysel aboneliğimle giriş yaparak çözebildim. Bu devirde misafirin TV izlemek için bu kadar çaba harcaması garip bir durum.
​İnternet: Wi-Fi hizmeti var ancak bağlantı ne yazık ki zayıf ve çok sık kopmalar yaşanıyor.
​Özetle; konumu, temizliği ve personeliyle potansiyeli yüksek olan bu işletmenin, oda içi kullanım detayları ve teknik altyapı (TV/İnternet) konusundaki eksikliklerini gidermesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum.

Öncelikle otelin konumu yeri gayet güzeldi
İlk girişte herşey gayet düzenli ve temİz görünüyordu odamız ise geniş ferah konforlu büyük teraslı bir odaydı. Ancak banyodçya tuvalet kağıdı konulmamıştı bu bir 4 kişi kaldığımız odada 1 pike 2 yastık vardı kendilerinden ilk önce yastık ve tuvalet kağıdı istedik 30-40 dk da getire bildiler daha sonrasında pike istedik 1,5 saatte geldi ayrıca koca bir teras var ama oturacağımız bir sandalye yada tabure koymamışlar istediğmiz de de yok dediler ve son bombamız çift kişilik yatağın içimdeki yatak koruyucu iğrençti ve Üzerinde saçlar doluydu ayrıxa açılan koltuğu yatmak için açtığımızda da her yerde kıllar vardı kısacası otel aslında çok iyi ama hizmet ve temizlik sıfır bunları bilerek konaklayın biz memnun kalmadık

Odalar ve banyo tertemiz, personelde çok güler yüzlüydü. Bursa’nın en işlek yerine 5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde olmasıda ayrıca çok kolaydı. Bursa’nın içerisinde böyle bir otel olması sevindirdi açıkçası. Çok memnun kaldık.

We kwamen rond middernacht aan, omdat we niet verder wilden rijden tot aan de grens. Het hotel maakte op het eerste gezicht een redelijke indruk en de kamers waren schoon en netjes. Helaas stelde het ontbijt teleur: het aanbod was zeer beperkt en de producten waren niet vers. Ondanks dat we voor vijf personen hebben betaald, vonden wij het ontbijt van onvoldoende kwaliteit.

Oda ve otel hakkında genel yorum

Otel yeni olduğu için oldukça temiz ve eşyalar kullanılmadığı için konforluydu. Ancak, yeni olmasının getirdiği bir kaç ilerlemeye ihtiyaç var. Banyoda havlu asacak askı bulunmuyor. Hem el, hem duş havlusu için ihtiyaç var. Bir de oda iki bölümden oluşuyor, ışık sistemi ise kısmi olarak yanmıyordu, ya tam açmak, ya tam kapalı olması gerekiyor. Oysa oturma bölümü ile yatma bölümü duvar ile ayrı, ışık sistemi de bağımsız olsa güzel olur. Banya lavabo çok küçük kullanım açısından, hemen yanında fön makinesinin olması da hareket alanını daraltıyor. Biz tek gece kaldığımız için idare ettik, ama bir kaç gün kalım için kullanışlı değil ne yazık ki. Onun haricinde personel oldukça ilgiliydi, tekrar yorgan istedik ve hemen teslim edildi. Hizmet konusunda sorun yaşamadık. Teşekkür ederiz.

Zayıf Hizmet, İlgisiz çalışanlar.

İlk defa check in sırasında bir otelde 30 dk bekledim. İki aile iki farklı oda tutmamıza rağmen ikimiz de bekledik. Sebep olarak odada kalanların uyuya kaldığı söylendi ikimize de. Check in saati olan 14.00’de orada olup da ne sebeple olursa olsun 30 dk beklemek hoş değildi. Sonrasında oda kapısının içten kitlenmediğini, küçük çocuğumuz olduğu için sürekli kapıyı açtığını ilettik 2 defa. İlgilenilmedi. Son olarak ise Uludağ dönüşü yorgun argın odaya kadar çıkıp kartların kapıyı açmaması tuzu biberi oldu. Odaya çıkarken da resepsiyona selam vermiştik. Sistemde güncelleme yapmışlar. Bunu bize bildirip kartları yukarı çıkmadan aktifleştirebilirlerdi.
