I will say right away that this place is very nice and colorful, kind and sympathetic people live in this village. The hotel is an old building, probably reconstructed several years ago. And now in order. We arrived on time, everything was ready for our arrival, this is a plus. The room, alas (for us, this is a minus), is not the one we booked, similar, but not the same at all, and the difference is big both in color and in the quality of the large bed. We adored this area, which is a few minutes drive away from Bursa. The hotel was small but very affordable. Rained heavily one day which drained into the room all night long. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. If you stay here, pick one of the rooms on the upper floors (not the ground floor)

The price was 35$ and they charge me 40.57$ from my card and they refused to make refund and I didn't get any help from hotels.com
I feel not save and it's very noisy stay, you feel like you sleep in street. You can hear all your neighbors sounds.

Rezervasyonu yaparken gördüğüm oda İle karşılaştığım farklı idi. Neyse ki değiştirildi, nispeten daha iyi bi odada kaldık. Sessiz, sakin, temiz, huzurlu bir atmosfer var ama odada bir ayna, bi minibar, telefon yok. Duşakabin gideri sıkıntılı, sabun şampuan rafı yok. Müdire hn güleryüzle yolcu etti. Not a good experience. The rooms don’t look anything like the pictures. Very shabby and bare. The building is 170 years old so you would expect some noise but it’s literally like you’re sleeping in the street. The ‘river view’ rooms are actually on the main crossroads of the little town and traffic is horrendous. Noise between rooms is very audible as well. The place advertises itself as ‘hotel and restaurant’ but there is no restaurant. All other restaurants in the town are quite low quality. All of this would be forgiveable if the staff would have been friendly and helpful but quite the opposite was true. This was the only place we’ve visited on Turkey where the people were rude and unfriendly. Made us feel unwelcome from check-in. There are about 15 people working there but the place is a mess. Vacuum cleaners, ironing boards, pillows and blankets strewn around the narrow hallways and left there during the night. Like others commented, we were overcharged because the receptionist forced an onfavourable exchange rate on us despite us asking to pay in Turkish Lira.

We had a wonderful stay in the old mansion, the owner was welcoming us with open arms and helped us with any request. Breakfast was very good too!

Biz çok önceden yer ayırttığımız için mağdur olmamamız adına odaların kaldığı bölümü bizim konaklamamız bitene kadar tadilat dışı bırakıp en güzel şekilde ağırladılar. Sanırım sahibi olan hanımefendiydi sağolsun çok ilgilendi,gece bir düğüne katılacağımız bilgisini verdik geç geleceğimiz için özellikle uyanık beklemiş bizi,ayrıca resepsiyondaki hanımefendi de ziyadesiyle kibar ve ilgiliydi. Eski bir konaktan dönüştürülmesi çok hoşumuza gittiği için seçmiştik ve bir gram pişmanlık duymadık. Odaları çok sıcak görünümlü,temiz,konforlu. Özellikle yatak ve yastıklar muazzamdı. Otelin hemen dibinden akan misi çayının sesi ve temiz havayla mükemmel bir uyku çektik. Kahvaltı tadilat sebebiyle anlaşmalı olan bir yere gittik otel sahibesi hanımefendi eşliğinde,otelde hizmet sunamadıkları için etrafta bir çok daha ufak kafe olmasına rağmen gayet üst klasmanda sayılabilecek bir yerde yine çayın kenarında ,her masanın kendiği çardağı bulunan bir yerde gayet güzel bir kahvaltı yaptık. Otele ulaşmaya çalışırken nereye gidiyoruz biz böyle diyebilirsiniz anayolda lakin gümüştepe(misi)'ye giriş yapınca da iyi ki gelmişim diyorsunuz. Bursaya yolum tekrar düşerse kesinlikle ilk ve tek tercihim olacaktır açık olduğu sürece. Özellikle kışın şömine başında geçen zamanı oldukça güzel tasvir etti otel sahibesi,umarız o keyfi de yaşama şansımız olur ilerde.
