Area is convenient if you have car since its easy to park, their response on expedia is also fast.. room condition is average as the beds feels like you are shrinking, the sofa also almost felt like its breaking into two. Washing machine did not dry the clothes so I had to bring the wet ones as we drive back to Istanbul.

Disappointing room for a couple vacation

This was a disappointing hotel stay. The service was fine, but the room itself was far from acceptable. When we came in, the floors were dirty, the decorations were poorly arranged, and the bedding was hidden away. While the size of the suite was good, the furniture was not. The armchairs were extremely uncomfortable and not suitable for a couple like a couch would have been. The hot tub was also full of residue when we filled it up and the shower had extremely low water pressure, making it impossible to take a proper shower. Finally the toilet seat was detached and had to be manually removed and replaced with each use.

While the cleanliness issues were addressed after the first cleaning, the other issues were not. And the second day our room was simply not cleaned at all. We don't know why.

It would have also been nice to know that despite the panoramic view of industrial buildings, the windows were not at all soundproofed and the nearby mosque woke us up at 6 in the morning each day.

All in all, far less than what I paid for and I won't be returning to this hotel again.

This property is great for both family or business travellers.

It is apartment style living, in our case, we had a main living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms with an ensuite to the master bedroom.

The train station was close by, however, the hotel had a local VIP chauffeured vehicle that cost us around $150 per day (8 hours) to essentially take us anywhere and wait around until we were ready to be picked up (I highly recommend this if you are going to visit various historic spots in the area.

This is just an accommodation not a suites hotel. The TV was not working for 3 days and no technician came to fix it. One receptionist was very rude when asking to fix it. The front glasses were transparent and directly to the street. The house keeping only comes when you ask and I was not informed about that. The toilet washing pipe was very dirty and broken. Overall quality of the furniture and rooms was bad. Only the location is good.

This was the best hotel and the best hospitality in Bursa! I am very happy with the service the hotel provided us. The room was in very poor condition. The bed sheets were worn out, the washroom doors were broken, and there was water leaking around the toilet. The sofas were damaged, worn, and had cigarette burns. Overall, the furniture looked old and poorly maintained. Not worth the price.

Otel konum olarak çok iyi bir yerde. Karşılama çok iyi ancak genelde Araplara hitap ettiği için fiyatları bize göre yüksek. O fiyatlara içerikte çamaşır makinası varsa basit olarak bulaşık ve çamaşır makinası deterjanı olmalı. Temizlik ürünleri yeterli değil. Odaların ferahlığı genişliği gayet iyi.

İlgi ve alaka ile ilgili resepsiyonda ki arkadaşlarla türkçe iletişim kurmak birazcık zor, fakat konfor rahatlık ve temizlik olarak kesinlike rahatlıkla konaklayabileceğiniz daireler mevcut. Oldukça geniş ve her odada klima mevcut. Memnun kaldık
