Girişte bizi karşılayan resepsiyonist beyefendi (sanıyorum Berk beydi ismi) bizimle çok güzel ilgilendi. Tüm otel personeli çok güler yüzlü ve nazikti. Otelin yatakları ve odaların ses yalıtımı gayet iyi, sadece havuzun temizliğini çok beğenmedik , su biraz bulanık ve köpürüyordu. Fakat kahvaltısı oldukça genişti ve genel olarak konaklamadan çok memnun kaldık.

Check in was easy and same for indoor parking. The hotel Front Desk staff is very helpful and friendly. I liked the hotel but I think the room service food can be improved better. We ordered 4 meals but 3 of it not suitable to our taste especially the asian food and the chicken burger. The breakfast was ok. We like the room which is cleaned, spacious and good wifi. will definitely stay here again.

Kahvaltının yeterliliğine oranla akşam yemeğinin zayıf olması büyük bir çelişkiydi. Business loungeda çay vaktinde hiçbir şeyin olmaması bir diğer eksiklikti fakat en kötüsü spa bölümünün bakımsızlığıydı. Su giderlerinin tıkalı olması hijyen konusunda sınıfta kalınmasına sebep oldu.

This hotel is connected to another hotel which we stayed in last year and I wish I had stayed at same hotel as last year because it is much nicer. Much larger rooms. Way better customer service. Hilton Bursa customer service experience is much like our Hilton Hagia Sofia customer experience. A lot of disengaged staff not paying attention, giving generic responses to questions. I will not stay at a Hilton in Turkey again.

Our stay at the Hilton Bursa was excellent. My wife is from Bursa and we stayed here on our wedding night. The staff could not have been more kind. They provided us with a complimentary fruit, wine, and nut tray that was amazing. The spa is first class and was a great way to unwind the next day. We will definitely stay at the Hilton again next time we are in Bursa.

Upon check in I was taken to a room that was dirty assigned by the front desk . I over looked it and then things just got worse and worse . Then we finally got our room . The tv was not working. We ordered room service and the food was so small we spent 400 TL and was still hungry . (Not to mention we stayed here with 2 small children )we even called about some of the food we ordered not coming to the room and they left us on hold and never called back . Said they would report the problem to the manager and he never even addressed the problem . the next day we woke up and scheduled a room cleaning while we went out . Came back hours later the room was still dirty. These people act like they have no care in the world .. no SHAME . Went to use the pool . They acted like the pool was just for show and really didn’t want us using it . “She said do you want to use the pool or just look at it “ (what type of question is that ? ) then upon check out we left and they didn’t even ask how was our stay . Nor did they even smile at us .. it was a terrible experience.. the place was beautiful but the people terrible ...

I was offered a room that cost 80 euros for a few hours until my room became vacant. It felt like everything we asked for cost extra, no service. I asked for 2 plates and a fork for my room, we wanted to eat in the room and also for that they asked for a rental fee. This is outrageous. The walls in the rooms were thin and we heard the noise and the TV from the neighbor to the room. Reasonable breakfast and no more. In short not recommended at all. Expensive place without any consideration

This was the worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed. This hotel is supposed to be “Convention Center and Spa” , but their indoor pool, Spa and convention center was closed due to the Covid. The problem is I was never informed about it while reservation or check-in!
