Çok memnun kaldık, bir bebek ve bir çocukla gayet rahat ve temiz şekilde konakladık. Yalnız termal havuzu çok sıcak, diğer kapalı havuz da soğuktu, bebeği fazla sokamadık üşüdü ama bu yüzden puan kırmıyorum. Onun dışında her şey çok güzeldi. Kahvaltısı da çok iyiydi, çeşit bol ve tazeydi. Çok teşekkür ediyoruz, tavsiye ediyoruz....

The property is getting old, the rooms have a stale smell, darkly lit. There was a notice on the doors that the rooms are treated for air freshness, so there is obviously an issue. Breakfast is lacking, coffee was horrible. On the plus side the gym and pool are nice and the location is great.

Очень хороший отель для недолгой остановки в Бурсе. Комфортный, чистый и тихий номер, удобная кровать и качественное белье. Для ребёнка принесли хорошую раскладушку. Отличный термальный бассейн, сауна, хамам, Турецкая баня - все как обещали. Супруга хвалила женскую часть с отдельным термальным бассейном и банями. В отеле не питались (завтрак крайне дорогой) но прямо напротив ресторанный центр с множеством кафешек а в 5-7 минутах ходьбы - торговый центр Marka где есть знаменитый ресторан Islander, кафе Mado, фуд-корт и тд.
В городе понравились Botanik Park, Extrem Park с зиплайном и рельсовой дорожкой.
Обязательно приедем еще :)

Fantastic stay start to finish, upon check in was given a very warm welcome and some advice on the local area. Proceeded to give me two free breakfast vouchers which was a lovely touch. The room itself was finished to a high standard, very comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of toiletries available in the bathroom which when travelling for business with hand luggage only is a welcomed convenience.
Ordered room service and the quality of the food was good and prices very reasonable. Breakfast had a good selection, my only small criticism would be some of the dishes weren't kept particularly warm.
But overall an excellent stay, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and good value for money. Would book again if visiting Bursa.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for our wedding anniversary and it was one of the best hotels we’ve been to. Special thanks to the receptionist who upgraded our room (sorry, I don’t remember your name!).
From check in to check out everything was flawless.. our room was always clean, breakfast was amazing and most importantly the service was impeccable. We are already planning our next trip back to Crowne Plaza in Bursa! Thank you to all the staff for making our stay wonderful.

Everything was great. Room was large and clean, so was the bathroom. Amazing breakfast. Easy on site parking. My only suggestion to the management was switching to glass water bottles instead of plastic ones. I will definitely stay there next time I visit Bursa. The hotel was also close to parks. I am a runner so this made it easy for me to get my daily runs in. The hotel also has a large gym that I used during my stay.

The location is good because it’s near highway, mall and market. One of the good things about the hotel is convenience. The room that I stayed in carpet was damaged which took away from the quality of the hotel. The second issue was the next room to me was really loud and smoke coming from the room which made me feel as if I wasn’t in upscale hotel. I visit Bursa often and have stayed in all 3 hotels in this area so I didn’t would choose this one next time. However another positive for the hotel is the fitness center. Due to covid some hotels fitness is closed.
