When i checked in at 2:45 pm,the front desk told me that my room will be ready in 15 min. Then, 45 min later i went back and asked them about my room if its ready ? They said which room ! They forgot about me !!! At 3:50 pm they managed to find me a room .Paying $700 for 2 nights at a 4 star hotel i expected better reception & service !!!!!

Öncelikle otel konum ve bölge olarak güzel bir yerde. Odaların tasarımı ve dizaynı da güzeldi. İki şey canımı sıktı. Birincisi otel önünde kimseyi rahatsız etmeyecek bir biçimde park ettiğim arabamın anahtarını valeye verdim. Akşam dışarı çıkmak için baktığımda arabamın yerinde bir tane BMW vardı. Benim arabayı beğenmemiş olacaklar ki yerinden almışlar. Hiç hoş bir durum değil. İkincisi ise klozet kapağı sap sarı bir şekilde duruyordu. Tamam temizdi ama artık sararmış ve çok kötü bir görüntüydü. En azından kapak değiştirilebilirdi. Bunların dışında hayatımda uyuduğum en rahat yataktı. Ve Bir otelde yaptığım en güzel kahvaltıya sahipti. Bu açıdan mükemmeldi.

genel itibariyle otel içi ve konumu gayet iyi duruyor. saat 15.00 de girişi yapmak istememize rağmen, normalde 14.00 de giriş yapılan oda hazır değildi giriş yapamadık. ısrar etmemiz üzerine bizi bekletmeden farklı kattaki aynı odayı bize verdiler ancak rezervasyonu superior oda için yapmamıza rağmen standart oda ile karşılaştık. sorunu ilettigimizde odayı degistireceklerini söyleyerek superior olmasa da eşdeğer bir oda verdiler. değişiklik konusunda yardımcı oldular ancak bu görüntüde bir otelin bu detayları atlamamasi gerekir diye düşünüyorum.
