This hotel was a gem in Potsdam. The room was spacious with working facilities although restock of coffee and tea does need to be refreshed (no milk or coffee packets just old packets left previously) The free breakfast was a delight and the food fully continental the coffee variety was excellent with service from 6-12 which is really great for all types of travellers. Iron in room! The main Potsdam train station is about 15mins walk away. I can see how beautiful this town would be in the summer as during December black ice on the pavement made walking very difficult and high risk. There is a free museum if you have time 10mins or less walking distance plus the main attractions within the vicinity. Unfortunately Uber do not operate highly in this area so a local taxi would cost you €12 euros to train station. Regular trains in to Berlin and Frankfurt from Potsdam too. ABC one way ticket is €4.70 and you have to validate before boarding, beware German train conductor do check everyone’s ticket! Overall very good stat and price if you want to visit outside of Berlin for a better experience connecting to other local towns.

Hotel jest OK. Dobra centralna lokalizacja, nowoczesny. Śniadania bez fajerwerków ale niezłe. Bardzo sympatyczny recepcjonista Daniel. Wady: brak lodówki w pokoju, bardzo brudna, poplamiona wykładzina w pokoju, obok łóżka leżała zużyta chusteczka. Telewizor bez YouTube i netflixa.

A great hotel, very new and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. The hotel is very close to central Potsdam, not central Berlin as we thought. About a 50 minute train ride to central Berlin. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Bedsheets seemed unchanged and were dirty. Despite the hotel having 200 rooms and being nealry full, there was no housekeeping to change the sheets. IHG rewards are clearly for its shareholders not its guests.
Potsdam is a beautiful town but restaurants we visited had really unfriendly service. Few take credit cards, so forget the 21st century, Potsdam should join the 20th century.

Das Frühstück war okay, aber die Auswahl an Brotwaren war dürftig und z.T. minderwertig (schmeckte z.T. wie Aufbackware). Auch die Auswahl an Aufschnitt und Käse (billiger Cheddar und Gouda) war eher dürftig ...
Leider ist das Hotel auch sehr hellhörig. Die Zimmerwände sind Leichtbau und man spürt die Erschütterungen im Bett, wenn im Nachbarzimmer die Tür etwas heftiger ins Schloß fällt. Außerdem ist das \"BingBing\" des Aufzugs bis ins Zimmer zu hören (zum Glück bin ich da nicht so empfindlich). Zudem hatten wir das Glück, dass alle Gäste sehr zurückhaltend waren und es so zu keinen nennenswerten Störungen kam. Das kann bei dieser Hellhörigkeit auch ganz anders sein ...

Nos encanto el hotel, super bien ubicado, lugares muy bonitos cerca, un pequeño supermercado abajo en el que pudimos comprar todo lo que necesitamos ya que fueron 12 días, muy limpio y el desayuno que sirven es de mucha ayuda para empezar el día y con lo necesario buen resurtido en todo momento, lo único que yo les recomendaría sería servicio de lavandería o una lavandería para poder lavar en nuestro caso si fue necesaria por todo el tiempo que nos quedamos, pero todo estuvo excelente

Das Zimmer war top. Die Lage für unsere Vorhaben sehr gut. Das Frühstück war gut, aber es hätte abwechslungsreicher sein können. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Leider war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel alles andere als zufriedenstellend. Bereits bei der Ankunft fiel die mangelnde Sauberkeit im Zimmer auf: Der Fußboden war stark verschmutzt und mit großen Flecken übersät, die Tagesdecke auf dem Bett wies ebenfalls Flecken auf. Besonders unangenehm waren die Haare in der Dusche, die offensichtlich noch vom vorherigen Gast stammten. Auch im Bad gab es Wasserflecken auf dem Boden, was den insgesamt ungepflegten Eindruck nur verstärkte.

All diese Punkte wurden noch am Anreisetag an der Rezeption gemeldet, man versprach, sich darum zu kümmern – passiert ist allerdings nichts. Auch nach drei Tagen war keine Besserung festzustellen. Am vorletzten Tag wurde erneut auf die Mängel hingewiesen, doch auch das führte zu keiner Reaktion.

Darüber hinaus fand die angekündigte tägliche Reinigung des Zimmers nicht statt – in den 3 Tagen wurde überhaupt nicht gereinigt.

Insgesamt hinterlässt der Aufenthalt einen sehr enttäuschenden Eindruck, vor allem weil auf berechtigte Beschwerden nicht reagiert wurde. Für uns war das leider das erste und letzte Mal in diesem Hotel.

Það var rakablettur í gluggatjöldum við rúmið. Síðan finnst mér ekki gott að hafa 1 stóra sæng í tvíbreiðu rúmi. Að lokum að þá var allt of heitt í herberginu.

Að öðru leiti mjög gott, vel staðsett, snyrtilegt, vel við haldið. Frábært að hafa bílastæði í kjallaranum.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer übers Wochenende kurzfristig gebucht. Es hat alles gepasst. Und das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und sogar für Veganer geeignet. Wir sind vom Hotel aus alles gelaufen, wirklich super gelegen und in 15 Minuten im Park Sanssouci. Danke kommen sehr gerne wieder 👍

wir kamen auf unser Zimmer und das Bett war nicht gemacht und es lagen benutze Handtücher im Zimmer: es wurde also offenbar nicht gereinigt. Wir haben nun sofort ein neues Zimmer bekommen, aber auch dort, war die Hygiene nicht einwandfrei. Es war ein barrierefreies Zimmer und am Duschvorhang fanden sich Rückstände vom Duschbad. außerdem waren auf dem Tagesbett viele Flecken. Sauberkeit wird nicht gerade groß geschrieben! Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber an Auswahl und Qualität wirklich nicht sehr doll… Die Lage ist super, aber ansonsten würde ich hier nicht noch einmal übernachten.

Wir waren 5 Nächte im Hotel und die Zimmer und Betten wurden nicht ein einziges Mal gereinigt. Frische Handtücher und neues Toilettenpapier gab es nur auf Nachfrage! Trotz Schild an der Tür mit Bitte um Reinigung wurde das Zimmer noch nicht mal vom Housekeeping betreten. In den Aufzügen hängen zwar Schilder mit dem Hinweis, dass die Zimmer erst ab der zweiten Nacht gereinigt werden oder man auf Wunsch gar ganz darauf verzichten könne. Doch weder äußerten wir diesen Wunsch, noch wurde das Zimmer nach der zweiten Nacht gereinigt.
Hier ist dringend Handlungsbedarf, auch aus hygienischen Gründen!
Zudem hatten wir zu viert je zwei Suiten gebucht, was den Umstand der fehlenden Reinigung in unseren Augen noch schlimmer macht in dieser Preiskategorie!
Wir können dieses Hotel daher nicht weiter empfehlen.
