We used this as a base for our trip to Berlin and was out all day so didn't use any hotel facilities. You have to catch a tram to Potsdam across the road from the hotel and then a train to the centre of Berlin about every 10 minutes. There are shops opposites including a supermarket

I didn’t like anything and there is absolutely nothing unique about it. In fact it is false advertisement as far as what is on the Expedia website. The pic clearly showed the red carpet at the entrance before entering the hotel lobby and and on each side of the red carpet had staffers holding welcome drinks on trays. There was none of that, except for the piece of red carpet. There was no one at front desk and I stood there for almost fifteen minutes before a man in tight jeans and a purple Mohawk showed up. He was extremely rude, because he said absolutely nothing to me. I had to say I’m so and so and I’m checking in. He rudely said no you’re not, checking in is at 3pm and early check in is at 2pm. I said I’m a gold member with Expedia and you had some check outs, so I could check in a little earlier than 2pm. He said no we are fully book and I don’t care what Expedia said, it has nothing to do with me. I said sir you are very rude, may I speak to your manager? He said I am the manager and that’s it, I’m fully booked. I said I can’t wait to write a review on this place and your very poor attitude and the professionalism you lack. Five minutes later he said I gave a room available. He gave me a room on the third floor. After I arrived to the room, I slept a little and then I went out to eat and explore the area. I returned and the entire hallway to my room was dark as midnight in hell. It scared the crap out of me, so I used my cellphone light to see, no phone, no iron, no

Lock down means water tank probably went green. At least that's what I assume was responsible for the colour of the water in my room. I was told I was the only one complaining and I'd understand if it was a shade off clear, but it was really very dirty/yellowish-green, more like collected rain water... Toilet dirty as a result, but also had a black stain on a towel and cleaning was rather falling short...
Anyhow, things are upside everywhere so maybe they'll get back on track, but for now I would avoid.
Restaurant shut I assume early but told me they closed the kitchen 7mn before I called which would have been 9.20pm which is a bit of an odd time...
It just felt like no one wanted to be there... There are other options around I have enjoyed more.
And the water issue needs to be fixed!!
Granted it was cheap, but at least it should be clean...

Food is great but the menu is in German only.
The area it’s self is not really for tourists. However it is quite and there is a tram across from the hotel which can take you to Potsdam town center which has excellent rail links to Berlin and all over Germany.

Overall it was a good hotelroom and a very big one. We had a room with handicap ability even though we didnt need it.
Free parking, nice staff.
The only thing I thought was negative was that the ventilation could have been a litle better, it was a litle hot in the room (32°C outside), and the room had a bad smell but not unbearable.

This was a very good hotel. No frills, but all the necessities are there. Very well located on the tram and bus stop; 15 minute commute to the Griebnitzsee S-Bahn station and university campus. Beware that this makes the location very noisy - if you're staying when it's warm and need to have the windows open during the night, bring earplugs. However the windows are extremely well sound-proofed so it's not a problem otherwise. I had an accessible room (though I don't need it) and it seemed much more accessible than other accessible rooms I've stayed in - with call buttons everywhere and wide doorways. It was impressive. WiFi was also great.

This property was very nice but I would have preferred a more lively, central location. I thought I was booking next to the Main Bahnhof but it is next to a train stop with a 10 min ride to centrum. Not much to see close by. Most apartments and a school. Appears to be adjacent to a nice assisted living facility. Room was quite large and comfortable with a lovely garden view. Good deals on train tickets which are purchased from an automated machine (English) onboard. Easy to connect at Bahnhof to train to Berlin.

Die Parkplatzsituation zu gewissen Uhrzeiten ist eine Katatrophe, überall im anliegenden Wohngebiet gibt es Anwohnerparken sogar an am Seitenstreifen, die wenigen Parkplätze vor dem Hotel die nicht diese Regelung haben sind entsprechend von Anwohner zugeparkt. Warum gibt es hier nicht eine Regelung nur für Hotelgäste...

Hotellet er ældre, men pænt og rent. Personalet var (med en enkelt undtagelse) super høflige. Sengene er desværre ret hårde, men ellers er der alt hvad man behøver.
Morgenmaden er ok med et stort udvalg. Vi valgte dog at finde mere spændene alternativer en del af dagene.
Det er fint at medbringe hund(e), men man skal være klar over at det koster en del ekstra pr dag pr hund.
Det største problem var parkeringen. Vil man ikke betale for at holde i deres garage, er det rent lotto om der er en plads i nærheden eller ej i travle perioder.

Sehr sauberes, großzügiges Zimmer, Bad mit Badewanne, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Das Zimmer hat einen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit. Tram 96 vor der Tür fährt direkt bis Potsdam Hauptbahnhof. Fussläufig ist das Stern Einkaufszentrum erreichbar. Die Schnellstraße ist bei offener Balkontür vernehmbar, aber nicht störend.

Die Unterkunft liegt außerhalb Potsdams. Mit Bus- und Tram-Haltestelle davor und etwas Zeit im Gepäck lässt sich Potsdam bewuem erreichen.
Parkplätze in der Umgebung, die nicht für Anwohner reserviert sind, gibt es kaum. Einige direkt vor dem Hotel, doch dann war es das. Dank Tiefgarage als Ausweichoption für uns kein unlösbares Problem.

Insgesamt sind die Zimmer äußerst geräumig. Allerdings auch hellhörig. Zumindest war das Kind über uns beim Rennen durch das Zimmer hervorragend zu hören.

Insgesamt war es funktional eingerichtet. Schade ist, dass man vielen Dingen ihr Alter angesehen hat und was diese wohl schon erlebt haben. Und das weniger im attraktiven Stil, wie bei einem Vintage. Schaut man wiederum auf den Zimmerpreis sollte man sich freuen, was man für den Preis geboten bekommen hat.

Bei uns lag kein Fernsehsignal am Fernseher an. Das WLAN war im zweiten sowie dritten Stock in unseren Zimmern quasi nicht vorhanden bzw. erreichbar. Und die Zwischenreinigung war leider nicht gründlich. Bestenfalls hat man die Reinigung der Wanne auch nur übersehen oder vergessen.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ein schönes Hotel. Für ein Stadthotel sind die Zimmer ziemlich gross.
Die Lage am Stadtrand ist nicht ganz ideal, aber mit der Strassenbahn ist man in 20 Minuten im Zentrum. Das Frühstück ist gut und rundet das ausgezeichnete Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ab.

トラムの駅の目の前なので便利かと思いましたが、ちょうど宿泊期間中にデモで一日トラムが運休となり、バスを使って移動となると、結構不便です（重いスーツケースは特に）。
大きい方のショッピングモールは徒歩10分のところにあり、その目の前のバス停からは空港直行のバスもあるので、その点は便利でした。ショッピングモールまでの道は、道なき道のようでしたが、グーグルマップで表示されたルートです。スーツケースのローラーが泥だらけになるので、その点はご注意を。
ホテル自体は広くて普通にドイツではよい方のホテルかと思います。バルコニーに出られるので、季節によっては気持ちよく過ごせると思います。

Very far from a 4-star experience

Hopefully we were just unlucky. It started out fine, but when we came to politely complain about the cleaning standard of the room (bathroom to be more concrete), everything started going sideways - all due to a complete absence of service minded staff. To cut it short: It was not possible to clean the bathroom because cleaning staff had left the hotel earlier (we arrived around 5pm). Second no other rooms were available for us to swap - although we could find available rooms on the hotels website (that argument didn't convince the receptionist). As a result, we had to clean the bathroom ourselves as good as we could with shampoo and lots of hot water. After being in the nearby center we came back 8pm and wanted to eat dinner in the hotel restaurant, but were rejected for some random \"german\" reason (kitchen stop taking orders 8:45pm). When complaining about this to the receptionist and asking why she didn't tell us to book a seat before we left for town, the explanation was that she couldn't tell this to every arriving guest. I asked her if we needed to book a seat for the breakfast buffet - the answer was clearly a no. We had dinner at a nearby vietnamese restaurant. Next morning we were rejected at the breakfast because we were not \"on the list\", so we had a nice breakfast at a nearby baker. The rooms are big, but warn out, and this clearly used to be a smokers hotel by the looks and smell. Beds are OK comfy though. No apologies when explaining the above during check-out!

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer leider nicht sauber, der Glastisch, der Toilettendeckel und der Fußboden im Bad waren nicht geputzt und fleckig vom Vorgänger. Das Abflussrohr der Toilette schwarz, das Waschbecken, im unteren Bereich, nicht mehr weiß, sondern gelb. Die Spiegel im Zimmer voller Schlieren! Die Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen. Nach Reklamation, wurde das Zimmer grob nachgereinigt!

Das Hotel ist sehr gut öffentlich zu erreichen und da die Rezeption 24 Stunden besetzt ist, macht es auch nichts, wenn der Zug 2 Stunden Verspätung hat

Bis jetzt ist das der einzige Hotel wo ich immer wieder gerne komme. Wir sind jeders Jahr zu Animimesse im Potsdam, und genau so auch hier im Hotel. Die Zimmer sind immer sauber, das Personal nett und freundlich, ich darf Allergie bedingt nicht alles essen, darauf wird geachtet. Die Cocktails am Abend sind der Hammer. Selbst das Frühstück Buffets, ist für mich perfekt. Ich hab hier wirklich nichts zu aussetzen. Weiter so, und bis spätestens in einem Jahr wieder

ポツダム中央駅から96番の路面電車（ホーム１番）で17分。Hans-Albers Str.電停前です。バス停も。なお券売機は車内。エアコンなし、セフティボックスなし、ティシュペーパあり！冷蔵庫あり！！目の前のショッピングセンターにスーパーマーケットやドラッグストア。

寝具は清潔で快適。水回りもメンテ済みで湯量・温度満点。バス・市電は終夜運転なので窓を開けてると少し気になるが耳栓で解決できる程度。Wi-Fiにパスワードないので乗車券購入等は事前にクレジットカードを登録しておくべき！なおスマホに限り時々Wi-Fiが減弱する。スタッフは純朴で親切丁寧でコスパも良好
