Overall the stay was ok. But the first day my shower had a hole and there was water all over the place. The bathroom lap was broken due to the water, at the beginning the solutions were really limited, at the end they fixed it. The room service has really limited hours, so if you missed them, you won't get service for that day. The room service staff is super nice, the service at front desk not so much. I do not recommend this location for tourist at all. The closest town is nice tho, like 20-25min in bus ride.

I had a good one night stay at the place. The bed was good, everything was clean, I only missed a little refrigerator in the room since it was a hot day. Breakfast was good and diverse at 10 Euro extra per person. The best way to describe the place is functional. With some unexpected charming corners such as the restaurant roof terrace. Good value for money if you are in this part of Berlin.

Nice economy hotel in Berlin

I like the hotel and stayed there several times. It is economy style in a distance from the center but this location suites my purposes. Breakfast might be a bit richer in choice for the price but most important it is fresh and tasty. Hotel is clean and warm. Room is not very spacious but you can find everything what is necessary for a short stay. Internet disappointed me. Iphone was not connecting but the computer yes. Some surprise was at the door as you check in via terminal at the door without any contact with reception. Good that terminal is user friendly and everything works easy but the payment can only be done by the bank card.

Terrible service, unprofessional staff

We came from Berlin Brandenburg airport to the hotel at 10:00 PM. The hotel door is closed. We rang the bell for 20 minutes. Nobody open or response. We see the receptionist man inside through the glass door. We knocked on the glass. He saw us but did not open. We rang the bell again. He answered through the speaker and asked do we have reservation. We answered yes. He asked for the number. We gave the reservation number on hotels.com. He said the number is not on his system. I asked him to check for the reservation name. He said my name is not in his system. He refused to open the door. It's cold outside and we waited 45 minutes in the cold weather. Then a guest in the restaurant saw us waiting outside for so long and witness the whole thing stand up and come out to open the door for us.

We came inside and I asked the receptionist man again. Are you sure there is no reservation? If it's not we will go to the hotel next door. This is terrible service.
He check his computer again and said yes.
He gave us a room which seems like not clean up from previous guest. The phone line is disconnected. He made the whole thing like in a scary movie where people get in the wrong turn, be at the wrong hotel at the wrong time and meet the wrong receptionist. We can not sleep the whole night.

In the morning, the restaurant is closed and locked. There is no breakfast service even we paid for breakfast.

This is the worst hotel ever. Unbelievable.

Stayed at this basic hotel more than once. It's a great place for reasonable cost. It's been consistent in quality, room service is good and they are always friendly. This hotel seems to be used by german business people traveling through the area as well as some tourists. It is on the outskirts of Berlin but the X10 bus that goes to Berlin Tegel airport (TXL) is very close to the hotel. They have a bar area but it seems to have weird hours. It has NEVER been loud or scary. There is a parking lot near the hotel ~1 minute walk. Great place but not the Ritz.

Great Hotel Stay in Teltow!

This is a smaller, simpler hotel in Teltow a little south of Berlin, but great for it's price. Staff was super friendly and everything just as advertised. Clean, friendly, Wifi works great, simple room but good for price. It's about 40 minutes to downtown Berlin via Bus. It will take you about an hour to get to Tegel airport via the Bus system, but totally easy to do. Taxi would probably run you 60 Euros, so do take public transport.

The room (single person), although not luxurious, was very clean and room service performed tasks flawlessly. Bathroom was also very clean and although not huge works great for one person at a time. Cable TV has all German stations and couldn't find CNN or BBC in English, but that's not a big deal either. Wireless Internet in room worked great without any problems! Perfect for the money!!!

There is a hotel lounge with some drinks downstairs and a restaurant across the street, as well as a Bakery and some other smaller shops within easy walking distance. Also buses nearby and easy to access. Parking is easy on the lot near the graveyard kind of behind the hotel.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Die Betten sind angenehm, nur die Kopfkissen könnten besser sein. Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit sehr leckeren Brötchen. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir kostenfrei in der Tiefgarage unterstellen. Wir können das Hotel bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen.

Trotz der Bitte um ein ruhiges Zimmer bei der Buchung vor 8 Wochen habe ich ein Zimmer zur Straße erhalten (angebl. war alles sonst belegt), was sehr laut war, so dass ich kaum schlafen konnte. Für die 2. Nacht konnte ich dann doch ein anderes ruhiges Zimmer erhalten, so dass ich schlafen konnte.
Wichtig zu wissen: Die Rezeption ist stellenweise nicht besetzt z.B. morgens erst ab 11h, so dass Absprachen schwierig sind, die Zimmermädchen haben mir aber geholfen.

Zweckmäig ausgestattetes Zimmer, sehr sauber und trotz der direkten Lage zur Potsdamer str. ruhig, denn nachts ist kaum Verkehr vorhanden. Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer mit Einzelbett, habe sehr gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück ist mit 10 EUR günstig und gut.
Sehr zu empfehlen ist ein Gang zum Teltower Stadthafen, nur ca. 350m entfernt, wo es ein am Wasser schön gelegenes Bistro gibt, die kleine Freiheit. In Fußnähe auch ein sehr leckerer Grieche, die Taverne Samos, wo ich zweimal sehr gut gespeist habe.

Gut war eine unkomplizierte kurzfristige Buchung und ein verhältnismäßig guter Preis - allerdings ist manch günstige Pension gepflegter.
Scheinbar befindet sich das Hotel im Umbau, leider liegen offen Baugerätschaften / Materialien oder abgestellte Möbel herum. Die Fenster im Zimmer waren sehr schmutzig und mit ihrer Größe und somit in höheren Etagen gefährlicher Lage, nicht abgesichert.
Eine Übernachtung an der Straßenseite bedeutet nicht nur aufgrund des Verkehrs frühes Wachsein, sondern leider auch wegen lauter Unterhaltungen von mehreren Angestellten vor den Zimmern, die sich offenbar über den Einsatz ihrer Arbeiten austauschten (ich denke dafür sollte es andere Aufenthaltsräume geben).
Es gab keine Minibar, daraufhin kühlten wir das Wasser im Waschbecken, welches leider im Abfluss undicht war..
Eine Renovierung der Räume bemerkt man an neuem Bodenbelag, Schäden an Möbeln wurden nicht reguliert, es gibt wenig Steckdosen (für 1 Nacht nicht schlimm, bei einem längeren Aufenthalt nicht toll). Es gibt einige neue Badarmaturen, die einen ersten guten Blick erlauben, doch die wirklich wichtigen Armaturen wie ein Duschkopf, Abfluss oder eine Drückerarmatur am WC sind alt und teilweise sehr unhygienisch..

Die Betten sind nicht zu hart, nicht zu weich und die Handtücher waren super. Die Kissen sind solch aufgeplusterte künstliche Varianten - Geschmacksache, wir schliefen mit denen nicht gut.

Das Frühstück nutzten wir nicht.

Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich.

Aber ich wurde sehr positiv überrascht. Super Hotel! Nettes Personal! Das Zimmer war Für den Preis vollkommen okay! Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!
Einziges Manko… die Fenster sind nicht sehr dicht daher ist es etwas laut gewesen. Störte uns aber nicht.

Die Begrüßung hätte freundlicher sein können! Ich wurde \"begrüßt\" mit den Worten: \"Check-In ist erst ab 14 Uhr\") ... ich war um 13:50 Uhr da, und nicht eine ganze Stunde zu früh oder irgendetwas, diese Bemerkung fand ich daher überflüssig, kein herzlich willkommen oder irgendetwas, gleich die Zurechtweisung wegen der Check-in-Zeit
Die Vorhänge und die Bettumrandung aus Stoff hätten sauberer sein können, aber ansonsten zufriedenstellend sage ich mal
Das Frühstück ist allerdings super, sowohl das Essen als auch das Personal, kann ich nur empfehlen!

Hôtel abordable et bien situé, à quelques minutes d'autobus du S Zehlendorf. Agréable pour sortir un peu de la foule berlinoise, tout en restant proche. Das Hotel hat mir garnicht gefallen. Sauberkeit wirklich null der Boden hat flecken, das wasser auf der toilette hat morgens nicht funktioniert und wenn es mal funktioniert hat kamen da nur win paar tropfen raus. Also wirklich null empfehlenswert. Da würd ich nichtmal mehr übernachten wenn man mir pro nacht 50€ zahlen würden.

Für mich genau das richtige. Guter Preis für ein Zimmer mit Balkon, welches ich vom Hotel angeboten bekommen habe, da ich darauf hinwies, dass ich Raucher bin. Tolle Kommunikation mit dem Hotel im Vorhinein und ein einfaches schönes Zimmer mit sehr großem Badezimmer. Auch das Frühstück konnte mich überzeugen. Ich komme gern wieder.

Einfache und saubere Zimmer. Mitarbeiter sahen wir nur bei Check-In. Die Bar/Lounge ist abends geschlossen und es gibt keine andere Aufenthaltsmöglichkeit. Sehr schade.
