Great localisation for people travelling and staying only for one night. Very close to motorway with service station next to it. Good size rooms and nice breakfast.

Breakfast was a cold continental style breakfast with plenty of options . Room was ok toilet facilities were small but worked. Parking was 5 euro with good sized slot. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

I had a very frustrating experience with the self check-in process. The hotel sent multiple emails with instructions on how to use the self check-in machine, but when I entered my surname and booking number, the machine said “reservation not found.” I was traveling with luggage and two children, and had to go to another building, only to be told my reservation wasn’t there either. I had to go all the way back to the first building again.
Eventually, I found an emergency contact number and called. A woman answered and was able to solve the issue, which I appreciate. However, when I asked her why the machine didn’t work, she was rude and unprofessional. This made an already stressful situation even worse.
The hotel really needs to improve its check-in process and customer service. This was not the kind of welcome I expected.

Was okay just for one night. Upstairs wasn’t hoovered. Beds upstairs were too close to the wall which gave me anxiety… me, husband and our 2 kids were sleeping on one bed downstairs.
The good side of all of this was Easy access to rooms, very good communication between staff when called, was able to speak English. Very good breakfast. Thank you.

Perfect motorway stopover
Perfect place to stay for an overnight stop off - very close to motorway and close to restaurants. We got the park and ride into Berlin for the day which was a short drive from the hotel - again perfect for what we needed. It is a no frills hotel that serves its purpose very well.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, we used it as our last night to go to the airport the next morning.
To eat there is only one fast food place which for us was not an option, there is nothing around to eat.
The hotel in general is good, breakfast is not included but it is acceptable for the price.

Neat place with plenty of features.
The space was great, the rooms are neat. There is no elevator which made getting suitcases up and down difficult. The check-in/out process was very easy, and the rooms are nice looking/and cleverly uses all of the available space. The restroom in our unit had a dead vent fan and some mold/rust but for the money still great. Forewarning: make sure that you google maps your distance between this place and where you want to go (this is not the fault of the hotel, but mine). I was about an hour from the place I wanted to be in downtown Berlin.

Men veldig dårlig rengjøring,dålig kvalitet ,hotellet heter Berlin og den er helt ut av Berlin, ingen forbindelse med Berlin byen, dårlig transport, du må ha bil, busser som kommer hver 2 timer og noen ganger kommer ikke da må du gå 1, 5 km ca 20 min til en annen buss, siste buss er klokken 17:00etter det har du ikke tilgang til buss da må du bruke uber som kommer til å koste deg en formye. Rommet ble ikke vasket eller rengjørt på mange dager, siste gang på det hotellet.

Hotel muito velho e mal conservado, ao lado de uma unidade B&B nova, que é a Nord. Talvez essa fosse melhor. Süd não tem elevador, tivemos que subir as malas por escadas, o corredor é aberto. Região industrial, só salvava um Mc Donalds bem perto.

Auf den ersten Blick ok, im Detail aber schlecht. Das Familienzimmer Imitat so klein, dass man nicht weiß wo man den Koffer öffnen soll, das Bad ist winzig. Keine Möglichkeit die Handtücher auf zu hängen. Frühstück ok, der Raum jedoch total beengt. Im Innenhof wird viel geraucht, das zieht in die Zimmer. Das offene Treppenhaus ist sehr dreckig. Um das Hotel herum und auf dem Parkplatz Ratten.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage für Durchreisende. Trotzdessen das es direkt an der Autobahn ist, hört man in den Zimmern keinen Lärm. Das Personal war super freundlich, der Checkin geht auch außerhalb der Zeiten der Öffnung der Rezeption problemlos auf vielen Sprachen am Terminal. Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet, modern, bequem. Das Bad ist auf Dauer (bei längerem Aufenthalt) evtl. etwas klein. Frühstück war auch super, große Vielfalt und auch alles frisch. Ich würde es wieder buchen.

Gule pletter på sengetøjet. Vi bad om at få det skiftet og fik et “rent” sæt på med nye pletter. Hotellet er ikke røgfrit og der ryges på gangene, hvilket også lugter inde på værelserne. Der indtages alkohol på bænkene langs hotellet og indenfor, minder mest af alt om en bodega. Vi blev tilbudt at tjekke ud 1 time efter ankomst, pga. støjen, lugten og fordi værelserne var beskidte. De tilbød os fuld refundering, men dette er endnu ikke sket. Kan på ingen måder anbefales. Vi har før overnattet på denne kæde, men dette var dog det værste vi har oplevet.

Das Hotel liegt strategisch günstig an der Autobahn. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Direkt nebenan gibt es einen McDonald's und im nächsten Ort einen guten Italiener. Der Check in verlief einfach und unkompliziert. Das Zimmer ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und gut schallisoliert. Leider roch es in meinem Zimmer nach Rauch und an der Sauberkeit könnte noch gearbeitet werden. Aber das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist gut.

War schön öfter dort. Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Frühstücken tun wir nicht dort, da wir dort zu Besuch sind und mit einer anderen Familie gemeinsam frühstücken. Ein Bettlaken war leider mit einem großem Fleck. Die Handtücher werden in der Mitte vom Gebäude gesammelt, werden auch wahrscheinlich von oben nach unten geschmissen. Teilweise auch den Container nicht getroffen und liegen dann daneben. Einen Abend wo wir zurückkamen, lagen sämtliche Handtücher immer noch neben dem rollcontainer. Das sah natürlich nicht schön aus. Wir gehen nur zum schlafen dorthin. Dafür ist das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ganz in Ordnung. Eher abgelegen. Nebenan ist ein Mc Donalds, wo sich abends die jungen Leute treffen. Voor een overnachting tussendoor is deze B&B hotel een goede optie. Ochtend ontbijt is goed maar niet echt uitgebreid. Verder goede bedden en stille kamers.

J'ai passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel, j'ai mis 5* car l'hôtel est bien, moderne, et propre, il dispose d'une cour intérieure pour celui qui veut se détendre, des distributeurs de boissons/friandises sont à disposition (prévoir de la monnaie), Ils proposent également le petit déjeuner que je n'ai pas testé. Le personnel de l'accueil est sympathique et accueillant. La chambre était propre, les sanitaires modernes et propres, la literie de très bonne qualité. J'ai passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Un MC Donald's se trouve à côté ouvert 24/24h, pratique pour les arrivées tardives ou pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Le seul "bémol" c'est l'environnement autour de l'hôtel si vous ne disposez pas de voiture. L'hôtel se situe à environ 34 km de Berlin. Il y a un arrêt de bus à 3mn à pied, fonctionne très bien en semaine par contre le weekend c'est la galère pour se rendre sur Berlin, pas d'horaires affichés pour le weekend à prendre en compte si vous voyagez pendant un weekend.

Rigtig fint overnatningssted, hvis man er på rejse gennem Europa. Meget nem ind- og udtjekning. Vi kunne godt finde på at vælge det en anden gang. Det var et fint familerum med gode senge til 4 personer. Vi synes, at vi fik meget for pengene.
