The room was perfect for a few days in Berlin. Basic but very clean, the only thing that was misaing was a kettle in the room. The lift was a bonus.
The staff were very firendly and would consider staying again if i'm ever in Berlin.

Hi, there is no do not disturb sign so every day the cleaner would knock very loudly and barge into the room. Also the owner demanded payment when I checked in the even though I booked online. Why do I have to pay twice? Also I checked in at 11:30 pm and the reception was closed even though they’re supposed to be open until midnight. What if I didn’t have a phone? I would have had to sleep outside

The room was beautiful and we had an amazing view of the road’s activities. There is no air conditioning but with the windows open and the fan running it made for a nice breeze at night to sleep. The breakfast was great! Staff spoke little English.

Very Good for Family Trip with a friendly Staff

The hotel is a good hotel for family traveling, specially the owner and his family are so friendly, we had a problem about the booking a 4 beds room but in the system they received 3 beds reservation, after they understand its our mistake, they helped us with one extra double bed room for free to stay relax. The breakfast was good, its calm and rooms are clean. The bathroom was clean and good shower place. Internet you need to mainly use it in the lobby or first floor in daytime but in night time internet also was OK in our room.

Easy to find near major subway line. Good breakfast with limited choices, small breakfast room. Wifi did not work on 5th floor. But for holiday weekend in Berlin at the last minute, it was good value.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen

War für mich optimal gelegen. Ist nur für Gäste die keine Ansprüche haben. Treppenhaus alt und schmuddelig. Bedienung eher unfreundlich. Recéption ist im Frühstücksraum. Frühstück ist ganz ok.

Katastrophales Hotel

Total staubige Zimmer mit kaputter Heizung, Schimmel im Bad und am Ende wurden €40 für Frühstück und Getränke berechnet, die wir nicht in Anspruch genommen haben und auch nicht gebucht hatten.

Das Zimmer war so staubig, dass mein Sohn mehrere Hustenanfälle bekommen hat.

Die Rezeption ist anders als angegeben nicht 24/7 besetzt, sondern mur von 10-20 Uhr.

Für einen Hinterhof-Parkplatz, dessen Einfahrt ziemlich eng ist, werden €15 extra berechnet. Auf der Straße kann man hier nicht parken.

Sollten in Berlin alle anderen Hotels ausgebucht sein, mag dieses Hotel eine Option sein, ansonsten nie wieder.

Es ist zwar ein Fahrstuhl vorhanden, was für mich als Rollator Benutzer sehr wichtig ist, aber um dahin zu kommen , muss man eine Etage die Treppen hoch und eine Etage wieder runter. Um zum Zimmer zu gelangen, eine Etage wieder hoch. Es steht nirgends dass der Fahrstuhl auf einer Zwischenetage sich befindet. Die Bilder von den Zimmern stimmen in keinster Weise mit der Wirklichkeit überein. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Auch wenn die Dame am Empfang (übrigens auch eine Etage tiefer)sehr bemüht war, und das Frühstück auch ok war, werden wir da nicht wieder buchen

Enttäuschung auf der ganzen Linie.

Noch nie war das Preis -Leistungsverhältnis in einem Hotel,das ich über Hotel.com gebucht habe so unglaublich schlecht. Das Hotel hat maximal 1.5 Sterne Niveau,
aber 235 Euro für eine Nacht entspricht 4 Sterne! ich habe schon so oft über Sie gebucht, aber das habe ich noch nie erlebt. Das ist für Ihr Portal eigentlich weit unter ihrem Niveau.

Das Hotel entspricht im wesentlichen dem Preis-Leistungsniveau für einren Kurzaufenthalt.
Allerdings ist es dringend erforderlich, den Teppichboden und die Polsterung des Stuhles zu erneuern, da stark verschmutzt.

Hotelzimmer nicht klimatisiert

Das Hotel ist für 2,5 Sterne sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, obwohl die Straße schon laut ist. Was in der Hotelbeschreibung geändert werden muss: Die Zimmer sind nicht klimatisiert! Wir hatten ein Zimmer unterm Dach, es war unerträglich. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir ein Tisch- Klimagerät, aber das half gar nicht.

Brug ikke din tid og penge på dette Hotel.

Meget dårligt hotel og service. Wi-Fi i lobbyen mod betaling. Selvstændig parkering også mod betaling. Der er flere fejlinformationer på HotelsCom hjemmeside. Klimaanlæg på værelset (aircondition) - det var en lille blæser som larmede, og stod oven på et bord.Der var voldsom støj fra gaden med masser af udrykninger. Badeværelset var dårligt rengjort, og meget snavset tæppe i værelset. Prisen på værelset var som på et luxus hotel. HotelsCom bør give hotellet 1 stjerne.

Ein sehr gutes Preis zu Bekwehmkeit Verhältnis

Da der Preis günstig war fürchtete ich, dass das Zimmer oder der Frühstück billig aussehen würde. Aber nein. Nur das Badezimmer ist winzig. Sonst ganz gut. Sogar die Wahl beim Frühstück! Aber WLAN gibt es nicht.

本当に、普通の部屋です。泊まるだけなので良しとしよう、というホテルですが、朝食はおいしかったです。周りにホテルが少ないせいもあると思いますが、この辺りに泊まるのであれば、少し離れたミッテの方が、依お安く泊まれると思います。

Ikke et hotel vi vil benytte igen.
Meget lille badeværelse, der var ikke rent.
Vi havde klapvogn med og blev placeret på 5 sal med en micro elevator, hvor man næste ikke kan få plads.

Der Empfang ist herzlich! Aber dann das Treppenhaus und das Zimmer. Total abgewohnt. Der Teppich fleckig, die Jalousien kaputt. Die Gardinen Stange ist abgefallen.

Das schlimmste was ich je erlebt habe

Schmutzige Zimmer , Bäder mit Schimmel, stinkende Handtücher, fleckige Wände, löchrig und zerstörte Türen und Türrahmen, völlig abgewohnt, sollte durch Hygiene überprüft werden , ist in keinem Fall weiter zu empfehlen sollte nicht mehr vermietet werden

Nicht zu empfehlen

Zimmer anders als Reserviert. Wurde wohl ein \"Fehler\" gemacht und mit dem Satz war es dann auch erledigt für die Angestellten. 3 Einzelbetten reserviert, 1 Doppelbett und 1 Einzelbett erhalten.

Im Hausflur auf dem Weg zum Zimmer roch es aufdringlich nach Marihuana.
Im Zimmer neben dem Schreibtisch standen halbvolle Bierflaschen, Staubschichten überall und fremde Haare im kompletten Sanitärbereich.
Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen, dass habe ich mir erspart, war froh morgens wieder schnell auschecken zu können.
