The front desk did lose a small item of mine I asked them to refrigerate but they offered to replace it. Loved my stay, loved the location, short walk to S bahn which opens up the whole city to you. They cleaned my room every day, even if I left after noon. My only complaint would be that there is no mini fridge in the room which would have helped with meds and drinks.

This hotel was a great deal. I was coming to Berlin for Pride week. I was surprised I could find a room. The high ratings and the package price (with airfare) sold me.
It is clean and efficient. It’s not very centrally located, but there is an S-bahn stop just steps away from the hotel.

Good enough at the right price

Entirely more than adequate at the right price. A mid range hotel that's not as fashionable as it thinks it is. Breakfast looks good but most ingredients could be better quality - too much cost cutting (dated fruit, stale pastries, plastic coffee machine). No tea and coffee making facilities in room. Reception staff were a bit grumpy. Room still has a newish feeling and was mostly clean. There's a safe in the room. It's handy for transport.

Good hotel for solo-trips

Nice Hotel with friendly staff. The room I stayed in was small-ish but well planned. The hotel seems to pride itself in being eco-friendly, which I can definitely vibe with. The only thing I can complain about is the water pressure in the shower, and the wallpaper in the bathroom. Otherwise it was a really nice stay!

The hotel is modern looking, nice decor. However, for me the location is not really good. I arrived at 10:00 pm by train and had to walk from the station to the hotel and felt creepy. Although there is a station next to it, there is nothing worthed at walking distance. At check in late at night the staff was rude seems I interrupted their dream or something. The price of the hotel is good, if you dont mind issues having to take train to everywhere, is worthed the money, if you want something more central where you can walk nearby places then this is not the hotel. Breakfast was so-so, not that impressive.

This was a really disappointing stay. The hotel is in a good area and has easy access to public transport links. Schoneberg is a really nice area with lots of nice restaurants. However, the facilities at the hotel were pretty awful. Upon booking, it gave me 2 options - 2 single beds or 1 queen bed. I specifically chose 1 queen bed. On arrival to the hotel I noticed the room had 2 single beds that had been pushed together and when I enquired at the front desk I was told that all rooms are like this - this should be specified. 2 single beds are very uncomfortable to sleep on as a couple. Additionally, the only facilities in the room was a hairdryer. I should have checked but assumed a kettle was something that was readily available in hotels, and when they aren't there's usually a free station for hot water etc. This isn't the case here. If you want a hot drink (or just a cup of hot water) you need to go to the bar (which closes at 5pm on weekends) or pay £12.50 for a morning breakfast which is just about useless for vegetarians. If you're staying for a quick overnight and need something cheap with good transport links you'd be fine here. But if you want to use it as a base for a holiday, I wouldn't bother. Spend a bit more for a much better experience elsewhere

Modern hotel — does what it says on the tin

Modern and good value hotel well located for traversing Berlin as only a 2-min walk from S Schoneberg station (albeit not downtown!)

Quite newly built — bed reasonable, plenty of charge up spots, decent WiFi, and a safe and the room decor modern with a particularly impressive bathroom. Safe and good for solo travellers. I would stay again.

Für € 25,- Haustier-Aufpreis pro Nacht gab es nicht mal eine Wasserschale oder einen Hundekeks auf dem Zimmer. Das Frühstück für weitere € 20,- p.P. Ist ein trauriger Witz abgepackter und aufgewärmter Fertigprodukte.
Insgesamt soll es wohl cool, jugendlich und modern rüberkommen - ist aber ein einziges Missverhältnis zwischen Preis und Leistung

Frühstück und schlichtes Design ist gut. ABER: Rechnung per e-mail wird einfach nicht geschickt. Telefonische Erreichbarkeit quasi nicht gegeben. Auschecken ein einziges und lange dauerndes Chaos mit völlig überforderten Mitarbeiterinnen. Im obersten Stockwerk kein ordentlicher Wasserdruck, Heizung unzureichend und Internet bricht alle 3 Minuten ab. Nächstes mal lieber ein paar S-Bahnstationen weg vom EUREF-Campus.

Arrivée tardive pour cause de retard, pas de souci car quelqu'un était à la réception pour moi.
Par contre on m'a fait payer 7€ pour je ne sais quelle raison, le réceptionniste n'avait pas l'air de savoir ce qu'il faisait et était au téléphone avec une autre personne.

Les couettes une personne il faut arrêter, je me suis battue avec elle toute la nuit.

Le chauffage était trop bruyant.

Really nice staff, helpful and naturally friendly w/out being bougy or annoyed by answering questions. The complete hotel had been either redone or newly biult. It was a mix of space well used for both cozyness and modern, city vibes in the interior design. We got a special price offer over expedia, so our 2 day trip was as not as expensive in the way you would expect from a place like that.

Unfortunately, we had cold, rainy weather all weekend long and the position/location of this place takes quite some time to get to downtown Berlin, which when also wandering around all day in the bittercold rain, and you just want to fall back into a warm, soft bed at the, it's pretty annoying (\"annoying\" in the sense of a 1st world problem^^) to know you have a long way ahead to get \"home\". But oh well, you can't, you can never have it all.
