This property was a perfect place to rest your head at a very competitive price. Its located next to multiple U-bahn stops for easy commuting around the city and a 20-30 minute walk to downtown Mitte, 10-20 to Kreuzberg, and to many of the sight-seeing spots around town. There are few amenities (bring your own bath soap and don't expect an iron), but the bed is comfy, the space clean, and for that price and location, made for a great place to rest my head at the end of a long day.

A good place for a short city break!
The service here was very good. E-mailed hotel prior to arrival re possible lack of kettle and cups and they replied promptly saying they would provide them. They provided both on our arrival. The girl behind the counter showed us to our room via a lift which stops between floors.
The Room was compact, clean and quiet overlooking a car park with shower.
The breakfast was filling and set you up for the day ahead with cereal, boiled and scrambled egg and sausage, rolls and jam.
Hotel beside the underground and advised by staff which areas to avoid.
She also told us of a good place to eat which we went to twice!

The room was a nice two bedroom with shared bath. The only problem with the room was the shower head was broken and would not stay up. The breakfast was OK with hot scrambled eggs and one other savory item. It also had cereal, toast, jam.

Very nice staff. They speak very little English, so it is best if you know enough German to communicate. The house is small and simple, but clean and adequate. Breakfast is surprisingly good. The best part is the convenient location. Close to public transportation and main street but the house is on a very quiet street.

Hotel is located in a \"not so good\" area.
The hotel room smelled like fresh paint and it was very hard to stay in the room. The fact that they painted a room within hours of the guest arriving is unbelievable. Again, the smell was impossible.
The breakfast was included and was OK.
If you are arriving late, make sure you have a phone that works in Germany. There will be nobody at the reception and if you don't have a phone, you will not be getting in the hotel and will end up spending the night in your car or other hotel.

Vi skulle bo på et værelse 1km fra receptionen og parkeringen. Der var koldt på værelset, men ejeren kom med en varmeblæser. Sengetøj mm var fint rent. Møbler og senge var slidte og man satte sig nærmest på bunden.

They charge €10 for arrivals after 8pm and €20 for after 10pm, even though the receptionist was waiting for others to arrive after 10pm. So a good money maker for the business instead of having an online check in system and a locked key box or door code like most modern places. Just to make extra money, clearly. The first night I had no hot water, and the next day the same problem, the water would go warm, about 30°C - 35°C and then cold again. I was told nobody would come on a weekend, and I was the only person to report this. The next day I only got very cold water, I ran the shower for 10 minutes, it was just cold. So I called the phone, over 1 hour no answer. I messaged on hotels app, no answer, so I had a cold wash with a towel. Later that day I saw the receptionist and she offered to come look. When running the sink tap on hot, and the shower, I was able to get a stream of warm but not hot water. The next day they arrived and fixed it. I asked what kind of compensation do I get for this inconvenience, I said to ask the manager. I got no compensation for this. All in all a very average hotel not bad except if something goes wrong you are left having cold showers and no compensation, they only want to take money for late arrivals, you'd think arriving before midnight is quite standard for a hotel and would not charge a fee, and you’d think if a guest was reporting a cold shower that would be a priority. Wouldn’t stay again.

Det er billigt sted at bo i Berlin man bor meget centralt i Berlin, værelset var ok der var hvad man skal brug en seng og et badeværelse, der er morgenmad med i prisen men det ok mad der er ikke det store udvalgt men fint start på dagen. Det er et hotel man skal vælge hvis man ikke bruger den store tid på hotellet det bare et sted man skal sove og vil ud og opleve byen.

An der Rezeption kaum einer da...unsere Unterkunft war in einem Mehrfamilien Haus..Zimmer waren nicht schön, total dreckig. Im Bad mochte man sich nicht aufhalten es war dreckig und Schimmlig, im Bett lagen fremde Haare und Löcher im Bettlaken. Gardinen hingen kaputt und dreckig am Fenster.Total hellhörig.Wir hatten zwei Zimmer aber nicht wie beschrieben mit Verbindungstür sondern vier Zimmer auseinander...Wir waren gottseidank nur zum schlafen da und das ist schon zuviel aufenthalt...es ist aufjedenfall NICHT weiter zuempfehlen...man müsste eigentlich sein Geld zurück bekommen wegen schadenersatz.sind sehr traurig

Didn't live up to our expectations
If you are looking for JUST a place to sleep this is it. However, the apartment is really dirty and dilapidated. Spiderweb all over, and kinda suspicious entry hall to the apartments.
The staff is nice tho, however, we had difficulty in understanding what we/they wanted, as they didn't speak English at all.

Als ich glücklich in der Pension ankam ( die Bahn hatte 2h Verspätung) teilte man mir mit das in diesem Haus kein Zimmer mehr frei ist. Ich müsse eine viertel Stunde entlang der Straße, in eine andere Unterkunft, laufen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr neu, deswegen sporadisch eingerichtet. Für die eine Nacht war es völlig ausreichend. Für die Unannehmlichkeiten durfte ich im Hotel Berlin Berlin Frühstücken, was ich sehr gerne annahm. Dies entschädigte den Fußmarsch in die andere Unterkunft.
Das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig und ich konnte wunderbar schlafen.

Die Pension ist günstig und gut gelegen. Aber... das Zimmer war schmutzig! Das Bad und das Zimmer roch muffig und war soviel ich sehen konnte nicht saubergemacht. Die Klobürste war zum K****en!! Wir waren froh das die Nacht vorbei war und wir endlich nach dem Frühstück (die es lieblos mit steinharten Brötchen als Buffet gab) auschecken konnten. Bei dieser Pension erwarten die Betreiber nicht dass man ein zweiter mal wieder kommt!! Lieber ein paar Euro mehr ausgeben, dann hat man ein rundum schönes Berlin Erlebnis.

An der Rezeption wollte ich Bar zahlen, jedoch hatte die Dame kein Wechselgeld, weswegen ich dann doch mit EC zahlen musste. Das Zimmer ist völlig in Ordnung, das Bad ist sauber.
Ab morgens um ca 7 Uhr wurde es allerdings sehr laut, da mein Zimmer zur Straße heraus zeigte.

ruhiges Zimmer, darum okay. Für den Preis war es in Ordnung. Auf Sauberkeit könnte geachtet werden, denn Spinnweben waren im Schlaf- wie im Frühstückraum gut zu finden :-(. Wenn wir nochmal hinfahren, dann wohl nur zum schlafen, denn Frühstück war nach einem mal mehr als genug.

Das Bad war extrm klein.Die Dusche war nicht sehr angenehm - klein und vor allem wechselte das Wasser häufig die Temperatur zwischen kalt und heiß. Das Zimmer hatte keinen Kleiderschrank, nur einige offene Fächer und eine schmale Stange mit 2 Kleiderbügeln. Der Vorteil war, dass die U-Bahn Station sehr nahe lag. Parkplatz sollte vorbestellt werden - stand nirgends und wir hatten Glück noch einen zu bekommen. Frühstück - Bild versprach mehr.
