I love our studio, very comfortable, nice shower and comfortable bed. We were without internet the last 12 hrs of our stay, no happy with this situation, we are living in 2025 ! Come on ! Regarding the location, I think that near Alexander platz is a better option because is near the majority of attractions. Lady at the desk should know how to get to the main train station or to the airport, is a classic question from guests.

Lovely, clean, sophisticated modern studio. Kitchenette was will equipped, with dishwasher and nespresso machine. Washer/dryer was working well. Dishwasher tablets and laundry capsules were provided. Quality Rituals toiletries provided. Young chap at reception was all smiles and warm at our arrival. Near U-Bahn station and mall with supermarket and pharmacy. Overall brilliant stay.

Great hotel in perfect location. A lot of sites within walking distance and otherwise U2 station is next door to go to Alexanderplatz or Charlottenburg castle. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Theatre am Potsdam with the new Cirque du Soleil show. Room spacious and staff very friendly.

This property is above a U-Bahn (Subway) stop on the U2 line. That line conveniently takes you to many major sites in Berlin. While the facility is wonderful, the easy transportation is even better.

Nice and clean hotel. Very convenient location. Has a little kitchen area which was very nice. It has a slight feel of a hospital room because of sparse decorations and general room proportions. Unfortunately we were not able to get the coffee maker, clothes dryer and AC to work in spite of following the written instructions. So either all of them were faulty or the instructions were not clear. The shampoo and shower gel had metal \"collars\" installed on the pumps on the bottles, which drastically limited the amount of product coming and making it impossible to use them when in the shower. I'd advise bringing your own. Overall though we had a very nice stay in spite of these inconveniences.

Only for people without cars

Studio was compact but brand new, with oven, kitchen stuff and even a washing & drying machine. Rituals cosmetics and bathrobes were a nice touch. Very big shower. Our windows were right next to underground station so closed curtains were a must, otherwise people peek in. HOWEVER, we arrived by car so leaned on receptionist's instructions where to park as neither of us speak German and Chat GPT only takes you so far. We were told that the whole street behind the building has free parking with NO restrictions, they even got us a printout stating it. So imagine how we felt the follwing morning when we walked out of the building and our car was gone?! It turned out that we were towed away due to trees being looped that day, we spent the rest of that day running between police stations, making phonecalls and trying to get our car back. A word of advice: don't advise your guests on problem-free parking unless you actually checked it, it was a very stressful and expensive mistake that you then obliviously refused to deal with. It ruined our stay in Berlin, set us back by €200 plus phone bill, not to mention all the stress and lost time. The fact you refused to even partially reimburse us and took no responsibility is disgraceful.

These apartments are absolutely perfect for the tourist traveller.
The accommodation is very well appointed with a kitchenette with hob and microwave, dishwasher and even a washer / dryer!
Coffee machine and kettle with tea and coffee refreshed everyday and complementary water at the beginning of our stay.
Bed super comfy and bathroom huge. Everything spotless and serviced every day.
Reception staff super friendly. Little supermarket and Ubahn station adjacent to hotel.
Great location - 20 min walk to Brandeburg Gate.
Highly recommended.

Amazing accommodations!

The High am Park checks all the boxes. What a wonderful experience! Great location, great staff and a great apt. The apartment description was accurate, it was spacious(separate living and bedroom). It was clean and the kitchenette fulfilled all what one would need for a week long stay. I used bothh the mini washer/dryer and dishwasher, visited the organic grocer in the lobby for coffee in th morning, cold drinks (with and without alcohol). The metro entrance is approx 40 ft from the street entrance to the grocer, oh so convenient to get to Berlinale Festival films not playing in the theaters 3 blocks away in Potsdamer Platz. Finally, every member of the staff I met was friendly and helpful with all of my questions.

From start to finish it was just great. Incredibly well located next to a U-bahn station and Potsdamer Platz. Just a short walk to Brandenburg Gate/town centre. Clean/spacious/warm! which was very handy in the freezing festive period. Reception staff friendly, very good English language and a shop was an unexpected bonus. Felt safe and secure too.

The apartment was excellent for our needs, spacious, clean and much better insulated against heat and noise than any building in the UK. It’s very central with many sights in walking distance. There is a U ban station right by the door. The only problem was check-in after 7pm. There are no staff at the desk after 7 and we had not received the code to input into the machine. We don’t know if that was a High Park or Expedia problem. They should have known we would be after 7pm.

We could only book this hotel for 1 night when we were in Berlin. We wish we could have stayed for our second night but they were already booked. The room was very spacious and the patio was an added bonus. Front desk was very helpful with storing our luggage when we arrived early and also the next day while we explored Berlin. Great location. Our bathroom drain was clogged. My 15-year-old daughter took a shower, and then there was water everywhere. The rest of us could not shower because we did not have access to anyone to come and fix it that night. The problem was solved the following day at 10 am. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience, we requested a late checkout, and they could not grant it. I asked to give us an extra 30 minutes to get ready and the front desk person said ok. At 12, we had a very rude guy knock on our door to get out.

Perfect base from which to explore all the historical areas around Potsdam Platz and within easy walking distance of public transport links, cafés, supermarket (REWE) and restaurants. Good choice for a longer stay

Fairly convenient location not too far from many attractions. Slightly odd set-up, the hotel seems to be part of an apartment complex, and the hotel reception is closed outside day-time, leaving you with the apartment building's concierge service to gain access to the building which can be a bit hit-and-miss. Lovely but...

Area was great, room was big, and there was an abundance of shopping opportunities close by, but the service was somewhat lacking.
The cleaning personnel didn't speak English(nor German), well one of them spoke some English and the other not at all, but it made it impossible to communicate with them. The staff at the reception was great and helpful, especially the blond girl with glasses, but one of the girls had a rather bad attitude. We needed her help because we wanted to sleep in and there was no ´Don't disturb sign´ anywhere in our room, which we also informed her of and we wanted to make sure our room still got cleaned, but just at a later time the next day, but we couldn't directly tell the cleaning lady this because of her lacking language skills (we did actually try).
Other than her bad attitude, she also didn't give us a new sign and she didn't inform the cleaning lady about our request either, instead the room didn't get cleaned at all. Therefore we had a dirty room and had to go down to ask for new bathtowels after arriving to our room late in the evening, luckily the blond girl with glasses was there.
We will stay at the hotel again as it was a good experience all in all, but some of the staff really should work on their service skills.
