My second stay in this hotel. Hotel is about a 15 minute walk to potsdammer platz and is easily connected to the airport. Its on the sbahn

The hotel itself is very nice imo. Arrived at about 10.30am and for the second time i was allowed check in early.

All staff were fantastic from check in to check out including some sightseeing tips, they were amazing and many thanks.

Just a quick tip.

As i found out at checkout

You can get a different pillow, just ask

You can get a double quilt....again just ask.

Only complaint was that i had to check out! Looking forward to next visit and would stay there again.

Great location, clean hotel.

Great central location for the first time exploring Berlin. Everything was very clean and seemed newly updated. The staff was super helpful. We opted against the breakfast buffet since it seemed a little pricy but we did go one time for it paying separately and it had a great variety of breakfast options.

I loved my stay here. They gave me a room facing the park. The big windows open out so that would be quite nice in the summers. They also gave me a room earlier than their checkin time.

The one thing that I was wondering about was why they had to charge me €2 to use the sauna when I thought it was free to use for guests.

We spent a weekend at the Relexa Hotel Stuttgarter Hof and had no complaints. Check in was very quick and the staff were quite friendly. Our room was comfortable, clean and all we needed. There's good wifi throughout the building and a computer and printer in the lobby if you need to print your boarding pass.

Breakfast was not included and we decided against it as it was €15 pp, and we thought that was too much. There's a nice cafe at the end of the street and plenty of bakeries around Berlin any way.

The hotel is walking distance from the Berlin hot air balloon, Trabi World, Topography of Terror, a panorama of the wall and Checkpoint Charlie and the museum. It's also only about 5-10 minutes from the centre of Berlin by U-bahn. The hotel is a two minute walk from the U-bahn.

A nice place to stay.

I stayed in this hotel while visiting Berlin for a few days to attend a concert. I didn't take advantage of any of the hotel's amenities (gym, restaurant, etc.), and spent little time in the room other than for resting. The hotel itself was conveniently located near to several public transit stops. There were a few restaurants nearby, but not much nightlife in the nearby neighbourhood to speak of. There was a good late/fun area about 15 minutes walk away, plus anywhere else was easily accessible by train or bus. I didn't get much chance to interact with the staff, but the ones I did speak with were very friendly and welcoming. They were able to accommodate my slightly-early check-in, which was great because I'd not slept in over 24 hours with all the traveling, and probably would have just passed out in the lobby chairs if I had been made to wait! The shower pressure was great, and the water was hot. The bed was comfy, and the room was warm when I got in, and there was complementary in-room wifi. There was a nice cold mini-fridge in the room which was great to keep some drinks on-hand, and they even left a nice bottle of sparkling water for me when I arrived. There was a decent sized TV, but I didn't use it at all. I don't personally enjoy the luxury of daily housekeeping, and they were very respectful of my privacy - leaving a note on the door to say they'd been by, and to let them know if I needed anything. Check-out was easy and the stay was very enjoyable.

The hotel itself was very good value, clean and comfortable.
It was a warm room for February so I can see why other reviews have commented that it was too warm in the summer.
There are not a lot of decent restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity but it is right next to an S-bahn stop so no problems getting around the city easily.

The hotel is brilliantly situated to access all the sites being very close to Potsdama Platz and Checkpoint Charlie, also virtually beside The Topography of Terror. The staff were marvellous,polite \and helpful with excellent English.

Excellent hotel with the amenities I was looking for. The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is quiet, safe and close to a major subway line to make it easy to get around. Not party central, but as I said, the subway is nearby and runs late if you want to search for nightlife. I'd be happen to stay here again.

The stay at Relexa was excellent. The staff at reception were very helpful. Room service was very good.
Only thing I would suggest would be some facility to have food at night after the restaurant closes at 11pm eg fridge with some ready meals that can be heated in a microwave at reception.

The Relaxa hotel is in a very convenient location within easy reach of everywhere. Room was comfortable, clean and well looked after ( apart from a stained carpet). Bed very comfortable too. All hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, varied & plentiful. Evening meal on the first night in the restaurant was beautiful and very good value. Would definitely stay again. Metres from the S Bahn and so easy and cheap to get around

Brilliant hotel

My wife and I had a fantastic 4 nights here at the start of August 2017. Everything from the room to the service and food was brilliant. Location is great, although a little further from main Kreuzberg where the pubs and restaurants are than I had thought, it is handy for taking a stroll to the city centre however.

The only negative is the heat in the room. There is no air conditioning making it extremely hot if the weather is good. However, we were provided with a fan which helped immensely. The weather in Berlin this summer was relatively cool compared to usual, so this may have been more of an issue had the weather been hotter. From what I can gather, air conditioning is not something Berlin bothers with in general as it is only required for a short period of time in the summer.

It's a really awesome little hotel and was phenomenal value for the price. Pretty sure it was the cheapest hotel we could find in Kreuzberg, yet did not feel cheap in the slightest. Would defitnelty go back.

Good location but not quite value for money

The hotel is in an excellent location for the Berlin Wall and Check Point Charlie as well as Potsdammer Platz however it is more of a conference location it seems than a tourist hotel. There were several conferences on the ground floor which I had to navigate past each morning of my stay.
The rooms do not have air conditioning which I was aware but my room over looked an internal square court and this was where the smokers went to consume their cigarettes. Even though I was on the 5th floor this meant that smoke permeated up to my room through my open window which needed to be open in the summer heat.
The room was cleanly overall but there were stains on the carpet and it could generally do with a refresh of the décor.
All staff there were very friendly, pleasant and helpful but I would probably look to stay elsewhere if I visited this part of Berlin again.

Although my room was a \"Superior\" one , the A?C did not work , and room was very stuffy in evening ... but as I stay for only 2 evenings , I did not report this fault --- especially as staff were helping me out in other areas .

Perfect location for the Berlin marathon

Hotel was nice, room was lovely although the carpet was stained which I would not have expected as it was expensive (for me). Bathroom was great as it had a bath and shower, bed was comfy. The hotel staff were accommodating with directions etc. it was located within easy walking distance of Station Berlin (expo venue) and the start of the marathon. Can't comment on the food as only had breakfast and that was just scant as morning of the race. I would recommend this hotel overall.

The hotel is in a reasonably good location (20 minutes walk to Brandenburg Gate). Breakfast was very good and staff were all very helpful and friendly. The main criticism I have is that the bed was very uncomfortable and I found it difficult to sleep on such a hard mattress. The air conditioning in my room did not work properly which added to this problem.

This hotel is less than 100m to the Eastern entrance to the Anhalter Bahnhof S Bahn stop and about 800m to Checkpoint Charlie.

The hotel itself is above average for the area, but suffers from lack of air conditioning in the rooms and lack of an iron (available by request). The beds are rather small and stiff, even by European standards.

There is a pants press, and the shower stall was very nice with a glass door.

Comfortable and convenient for exploring Berlin

The Relexa Hotel was located quite centrally, with most of the main sites within walking distance. The S- and U-Bahn locations down the block make it easy to get anywhere you need. After long days exploring, it was great to come back to the spacious room and comfortable bed to relax. We will definitely be back!

The room wasn't quite the standard I was expecting, furniture was a little tired, carpet warn etc however it was clear that the hotel was being refurbished, new carpets in reception area etc so perhaps ours hadn't been updated yet. Service in the bar was good if a little slow. Some staff were exceptional in their friendliness and assistance others were acceptable.

The hotel itself is appears quite new, modern and clean. However, you can hear everything, including the water running through the walls from the rooms above. We only stayed overnight, and even with the \"Do Not Disturb\" sign on the door, were awakened at 9:30 am when housekeeping entered our room,and they knocked again at 11:00, still with the \"Do Not Disturb\" sign on the door.

The room was very small, although adequate for an overnight stay. There was no electric kettle or coffee pot available in the room, which this was the only hotel we stayed at that did not have one.

Sadly enough, there was a problem with a heating in the room and help was not available during weekend. Heating is a must with temperatures around freezing outside. I was offered an electrical heater which to me is unsafe for use and make the air extremely dry.

Very good - would use again if in Berlin solo

Very central position - just down from Checkpoint Charlie. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was nice and comfortable although the room itself was a little spartan. Clean and comfortable but in a more business way than for say, a romantic getaway.

We were there to run the marathon. We were allowed to keep the room until gone 3pm so we could shower etc. The hotel even laid on a pasta evening the night before which was great.

Great location for attractions and marathon

I recently stayed in Berlin for two nights whilst running the Berlin marathon. I needed something close to the start of the run aswell as near all the attractions! (Check point Charlie, Berlin Wall, Brandenburg gate, all within 5-10 mins)
I arrived a lot earlier than the check in time but that wasn't a problem and they put on a pasta night for the runners!! (I've done a few marathons and this is the ONLY hotel that has done this).

Staff were so friendly, they helped any way they could from places to eat to train times!

Room was comfortable for one, had everything I needed (wifi, safe etc) bathroom was ok!

Disappointing for its price category\n

Staff at front desk very helpful, very professional and friendly. The rest of the hotel, however, was disappointing for its price category, as was the breakfast. Breakfast buffet needed refilling and that did not happen until half an hour after our arrival in the restaurant. By that time it was too late to partake because we had commitments. The hotel room itself was so hot that it was impossible to get a good night's sleep. Although we turned the floor heating off immediately upon arrival, it took more than 48 hours for the room to cool down. We spent five nights at the hotel and of that only the last two nights were bearable as far as heat goes. It was necessary to leave the balcony door and curtains open and of course that admits a great deal of light from the courtyard down below the room. I would not consider staying here again.

Budget hotel, nice staff, limited amenities

The Relexa is a budget hotel, a couple of stops away from the city center. We had to change our room because it was on the street and very loud, and the shower didn't drain. Our second room was bigger and quieter, but the rugs were dirty and the hair dryer didn't work. Generally, the hotel is kind of run-down, the bar and restaurant are over-priced, and there are few other restaurant options in the neighborhood. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Great Location - Lovely Hotel

This hotel is really lovely and in a great location. Really close to the S-Bahn and walking distance to a few key sights in Berlin. The lobby is really nice. The rooms seem a bit older, but they are clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was with the shower. The shower doors are a bit tricky and if they are not closed exactly right, you will flood the bathroom. The shower is also really tiny, but that is typical in European hotels, so not a minus - just be prepared. No A/C in the room that I could find - again, fairly typical, but there is a wall of windows that open with a beautiful view. Everyone was really helpful and they stored our luggage so we could do a bit more sightseeing on the day we checked out. Great stay in a wonderful city.

We stayed 4 nights in June. When we arrived it was 28, so pretty hot. We were very surprised to find the hotel has no AC. I don't know how we missed this. Our room was on the first floor, so when we went out we needed to close the window. While there it was okay because the window opened up wide and the hotel brought up a fan so we could sleep. Sleeping was tough it was either not use the black out curtains or have the window open. Otherwise this is a great hotel. Service was fabulous. Front desk staff were very helpful. There is a market the block behind the hotel and several Italian restaurants and a steak house. We didn't try the food in the hotel. We took 2 trains to get from the airport for 3.3 Euro and it was about a block and half from the station. Our room faced the courtyard and was very quiet.

Rigtig dejlig rent og meget sødt personale. De foreslog to parkeringsmuligheder, da vi kommer fra Danmark. En billigere en til 7 euro pr nat og deres egen til 25 euro i parkeringskælder. Vi fik en gratis vand og det var så dejligt, da alle butikker var lukket den 25. december. Dog kunne der godt trænge til nogle bedre sengemøbler. Det er lidt gammeldags med sådan noget stof. Men sengen var rigtig behagelig og blød. Puder og dyne var rigtig gode. Sengetøj lækkert. Alt i alt god oplevelse!!

Reiser du med bil så hold deg unna. Ankom klokken 01.00 og skulle reise 06.00 og de ville ha 25€ for parkering. Det var veldig spesiell all den tid man kunne parkere gratis på gateplan på natten. Resepsjonisten var ikke sørlig innbydende eller hyggelig.

Das 'Raucherhäuschen' im Flur zu den hinteren Zimmern ist furchtbar - zeiht den Rauch nicht vernünftig ab , der Flur stinkt.
Die Zimmer sind prima. Super ruhig, vor allem im hinteren Bereich.

Lage Top! U-Bahn Station direkt in der Nähe und mit den E-Scootern ist man schnell in die Innenstadt gekommen.

Das Hotelzimmer ist keine 250€ für 3Tage wert gewesen! Veraltete Möbel, die Gardinen und der Fußboden waren ganz anders als auf den gezeigten Bildern.

Leider keine kostenfreien Parkplätze in Berlin gefunden deshalb mussten wir unser Auto dann im Parkhaus abstellen.. dies hat uns zusätzlich 75€ gekostet.

Sauberkeit war in Ordnung.

Alles in einem würden wir das Hotel nicht wieder nehmen! Für das Geld bekommt man 1000 mal schönere Zimmer in anderen Hotels.

Excelente hotel. Muy céntrico. De muy fácil acceso desde el aeropuerto y la atención del staff es inigualable; todos muy atentos desde la llegada hasta el último momento. Dejamos nuestras maletas después del check out sin ningún problema.
La mejor atención que se puede tener.

Gute Lage. Zimmer für 144€ Ist eine Abzocke. Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, mit über 30 Grad im Zimmer zu schlafen, absolutes NoGo. Sehr unfreundliches personal beim Check-In, 0 Bereitschaft Probleme zu lösen. Nie wieder

Ein Hotel, was in die Jahre gekommen ist, einen sehr eingeschränkten Service hat und (trotzdem die Pandemie vorbei ist) die Zimmer nur nach Voranmeldung von mind. 24 Stunden reinigt. Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht, extrem schlechtes Raumklima, da trotz kühler Außentemperatur innen komplett überheizt.
Sehr juniores Personal, was zwar bemüht, teils aber hilflos und überfordert ist.
