The staff were super helpful. It was a great location close to two underground stations.

The one bedroom room was a great size for my daughter & I. The washing machine & dryer were a huge bonus (as we are travelling for a couple of weeks). The rooms were quiet, so the soundproof rooms is excellent.

Supermarket opposite hotel for groceries.

Easy to get to from airport, S9 to AlexPlatz then U bahn stop Spittelmarkt is easiest to get hotel (far too many exits at Stadtmitte) and then just a few minutes walk.

Within 30min could walk to BB Gate, Potsdamer Platz, Check Charlie, Alex Platz, Dom/Museums, Hackesher Markt, river area behind Friedrichstraße station. Xmas markets at Gendarmenmarkt, Schloßplatz (Humboldt) and AlexPlatz walkable (and these were open after Xmas/New Year).

This was our stay for our first trip to Berlin and we will absolutely stay here again! The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, the rooms were spotless and the bar/restaurant was a life saver on most nights. The breakfast here was absolutely worth it too! We are definitely staying here when we return!

The room was cleaned as expected: the bathroom and kitchen were very clean. All amenities were available as stated, including the washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Everything was functional and clean, and all soaps were provided. However the parking was small and not free.

Location was everything with Adina Checkpoint Charlie. Staff were courteous and helpful. Room was as expected, though seemed a bit dated. Due to the current roadworks outside and around the hotel, taxis were finding it diffcult to navigate close to the entrance. Breakfast was enjoyable, even as vegetarians. Thank you Adina team!

We book a studio which was a lot bigger than we thought, really nice, bedroom seperated by a wall, bed and pillows a bit too soft for us but it didnt spoil our stay, lovely hotel, nice staff, good amenities,building work going on outside but we never heard a thing. Would highly recommend.

Stayed for Berlin Marathon. Approx 1.5 miles to marathon start from here. About 6 or so miles from the expo. Friendly staff, clean property. rooms fine, breakfast was ok, but not great. We arrived early in the morning and though we weren’t able to check in, we were given a temporary key to have access to the pool and gym area (which has a shower also) and they held our luggage, so we were able to freshen up and then go explore the city while waiting for check-in. Overall a positive experience, but if in town for the marathon, I’d choose a location closer to the start/finish area next time.

This place isnperfectly fine provided you know what you're getting.

Its clean, but worn.

It can be noisy due to connecting doors between rooms (NOT from outside). We basically heard everything from the family next door.

The kitchen area is quite small, like pop-up camper small. Definitely not like the advertisments.

That being said, the staff were really good, especially the cleaning staff.

All-in-all a really good BUDGET stay.

Such a perfect place to visit Berlin. We booked 3 rooms for our family. All of the rooms had great beds, hot showers and cold A/C. Quiet rooms. I loved the pool!!! swam every morning and sat in sauna. We had a large van that we paid 18 euro/day behind hotel.

The property is very well located and one of the only ones we visited where the AC worked.

The cleanliness was terrible. Apparently there is no house keeping supervision. The first room that was assigned to us had not been properly cleaned. Bathroom dirty, bed looked like they had been used and the carpet was filthy. The mirrors on this floor were full of scum.

As required by the property, at check in we requested daily cleaning of the room. Of the total stay of 5 days and almost daily complaints, the room was \"cleaned\" 2 times. \"cleaned\" means towels folded and hung, dishes washed, toilet scrubbed (not the rest of the bathroom), trash collected. Beds never done, sheets not changed, carpet not vacuumed.

Construction going on in front of the hotel. Grocery nearby was handy. Very limited kitchen with few tools to use for cooking. Nice bathroom but the hotel was without a paid laundry which made a long stay difficult. I really like the Adina chain, but this location could be better.

Great property but not ideal for nightlife / restaurants. You’ll be walking or taking transit. If you’re good with that, this may be your hotel. Rooms are HUGE. We had one of the cheapest ones - a studio - and it was enormous. You will not lack for space. Everything was clean and well maintained and the staff was helpful. Other than the inconvenience of the area we would recommend this hotel based on the amenities and rooms.

Located in a good area of Berlin. Easy access from nearby U Bahn at Stadtmitte to all parts of the city. Walkable to Checkpoint Charlie, Unter den Linden, Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag. Good restaurants nearby on Charlottenstrasse. We had self catering studio and shopped at nearby Lidl (5 minutes walk)Helpful staff who spoke good English. Would stay again if returning to Berlin

Nothing fancy... but what else do you need?

Just returned from a week at the Adina... made our time in Berlin very easy. Central to everything we wanted, we never travelled west of the Brandenburg Tor, and within easy reach of the U bahn if you did need to...
We walked a lot...possibly too much for our aging limbs, but it was lovely to be able to come back, put your feet up for an hour or so, and then head out again.
Plenty of cafe's/bakeries within 10 min walk for simple breakfast...restaurants for evening meals perhaps not as many as elsewhere, but 5 nights out of seven we ate within walking distance.
We had a room on level 5 looking into the courtyard, very quiet and filled with sunshine each morning.
Having everything in the room, including washing machine/dryer (not used) and all the kitchen facilities meant we could easily have eaten at home...and there's a Lidl just up the road.
Pool was a nice way to wake up in the morning, though it only needs four people in it to make it a little crowded! ...and the changing rooms get very wet on the floor.
Staff all very friendly, especially Aye who had to ride up and down in the lift with us a few times due to key problems on the first day.
Only negative... bar was closed Saturday and Sunday evening with no warnings.

The staff at the hotel were fantastic. The wifi signal (we stayed on the 4th floor) was terrible, I had to go do remote work in the lobby. Not a ton of places to eat dinner without a walk. Washer/dryer in the upgraded room were an added surprise.

Overall was fairly impressed with this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the hotel was perfect, nice and quiet for sleeping etc… but not far at all from most major attractions, with some great dining options and supermarkets nearby as well as links to public transport. The room itself was very spacious; comprising of a small kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. However, the room was not cleaned the entire three nights we stayed (a policy apparently) and was not particularly clean upon arrival. There was a pool and a small gym which were open from 5am-11pm. The gym was quite dated but did have a decent amount of equipment but could again have done with a clean. However I do believe the gym was being renovated in Jan 2025 so may be more modern now. Generally would recommend this hotel, especially if you can get a good deal on it.

The hotel staff were very pleasant and very helpful, the room was nice and had a kitchenette that enabled me to not have to eat every meal out. The location is safe and close to Checkpoint Charlie (if you're interested in that). Right now, they are doing excavation right in front of the hotel, which isn't optimal. I enjoyed my stay, and would recommend it.

Where to begin. Family Friendly Laundry Facilities, which they advertise as a property amenity, only exist in certain rooms, not in the Studio Apartments. But they are not transparent about that. If you book one of those you are on your own to find laundry facilities somewhere in Berlin. It's not false advertising but it's close. One night staff member blamed us, the customers, for not checking that the individual room amenities match up with the advertised property amenities. That same staffer also never answered the 24-hour reception desk and forced me to go downstairs twice in the same hour to get service. When asked why she didn't answer either time, she said it's hard to hear the phone through the door in the back room where she was, I guess, hanging out for the night rather than doing her job at reception?

The towels were not clean, which led to a skin infection that I am still dealing with 7 weeks later.

Daytime reception was professional and helpful and even agreed that listing \"Family Friendly Laundry Facilities\" as a property amenity on Expedia for their hotel was misleading. But they blamed it on Expedia, whereas Expedia customer service informed me that it is a checkbox that each hotel has to mark on its own. Either way Expedia needs to clean this up as there were 6 European Hotels on my trip that blatantly lied about having laundry facilities when they had none to speak of. Booker beware.

Hôtel bien situé pour une première visite à Berlin

L’hôtel est à distance de marche de plusieurs attractions de la ville. On retrouve un supermarché à 5 minutes et le le métro à 8 minutes. L’appartement était spacieux et confortable. José à la réception était sympathique. J’ai moins apprécié les tapis présent dans presque tout l’appartement qui sentaient un peu la poussière, la température de la salle de sport qui était trop élevée et l’absence de petits restos/cafés à proximité.
