This was an excellent pace to stay while in town for the Berlin marathon. Very close to a Ubuntu station. Loved having our own kitchenette to make breakfast and small meals. Our only issue was we were told we would have a clean one day since we were staying a certain amount of nights and that did not happen. We also left the sign on the door requesting garbage to be collected twice and it was only collected once. Other than that it was fantastic and would highly recommend!

Rarely leave a review but in these circumstances felt it was necessary for anyone considering a stay at this building site / apartment complex

avoid, the site isn’t finished, construction works & drilling / tradesmen on site at 8am drilling concrete floors beneath our rooms, no ac in the entire building, no fans that functioned as they should, ac unit dangerously lashed into our room on night 4, flexi duct wedged out the window leaking water all over the floor, honestly 🙃

Not only understaffed, under managed by inexperienced people, evident upon arrival.

Lack of communication / overpriced unfinished rooms, under qualified staff

You’d get a better nights sleep staying in a hostel, atleast the hostel room would be as advertised & priced correctly,

obviously wouldn’t return and advise you the same.

People at the front desk were very friendly, helpful and kind. We really enjoyed staying here. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and big, the kitchen was useful, and we really enjoyed the window side sitting area to see sunset. We will definitely come back here for our next visit to Berlin!

We chose to stay at Wilde for the option of having a kitchen and a separate room for my teenager. We liked the location in that it was located in a historically interesting place in Berlin, however, the street noise at night was loud. The apartment was very hot and the first night I asked about AC and was told there wasn’t any and on the last night of the stay a different staff person said they could roll a portable AC into the room. The staff was always pleasant an on site laundry and luggage storage was a plus. It was also easy to access public transportation.

The property was OK, it was very hot in my room, there is no in room AC so you have to request a portable AC, which vents out an open window. It was very noisy outside especially with the open window. Also, the elevator was not working several times throughout our week long stay. The key cards had to be reset almost daily bc they didn't work. You need the key card to use the elevator, access the lobby from the stairwell, access the hotel after hours, and enter your room. It was definitely inconvenient and it added stress tothe trip wondering if you'd be able to get in your room after going out. The staff was very friendly and it's in a very walkable neighborhood close to many sights.

The hotel has an excellent location. This is the best part about this place. The rooms were clean but there's no air conditioning. Also, we had one window that didn't work. This was the window in the bedroom . Apparently a previous guest broke it and they decided to screw it in place and not repair it. As a result, it was a bit warm, but the staff provided a portable air conditioning unit. The windows had to be open all night. Right around 6:00 a.m. or little earlier there was deliveries so it got a bit loud.

Very comfortable apartment, perfect location, great bed, modern everything. The \"hotel\" part is a bit minimal, e.g. the lobby is tiny and there's only one person at any time, so you may need to wait 5-10min for them to help you if they're helping someone else. The staff is great, seems more of a management problem, there should really be at least 2 people on staff during the day. Not a huge deal, just a bit odd. Would recommend and stay again.

I would definitely recommend Wilde Aparthotels. The location was very convenient, the apartment was very well equipped and the staff friendly and helpful. We travelled to Berlin by night sleeper and arrived in Berlin at 6.15 am ! As check in time was 3pm this was problematical but the Wilde Aparthotel staff were able to get our room ready sooner and two exhausted travellers were able to access the room by lunchtime.

We have been last year and it was better previously, this time when we checked in there was body soap missing in the dispenser and a sponge for dishes absent we asked to fill it and they immediately did, the receptionists were very helpful during our stay.

The apartment was lovely. My daughter and I stayed for 4 nights . The apartment was spotless and very well equipped, there was even an umbrella provided! All equipment was top of the range . We had a lovely window seat which we sat in , and watched the world go by . Even better when the sun was out ! Our stay was even better because of the exceptional accommodation! It was a pleasure to return to at the end of the day. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely be using this company again !

Nice family suite for 6. Only 4 of us so more space. Enjoyed the apartment very much. Close to Mall of Berlin. Great location. Everything in apartment except clothes washing machine/dryer. However there's a guest one downstairs for small price. No housekeeping for short stays. Was there 5 nights. Nice to have but not big deal for us. Definitely recommend the apartment we were in for family of 4.

This Hotel somewhat misrepresented itself. The \"lobby\" is a small room with a chair and a laptop; one person, and NOT 24 hour. The apartment was poorly appointed, no maid service for the three days we were there, and on two of those days, there were multiple trash toters out front, full of garbage and smelly. The couch/hide a bed was uncomfortable to sit on, and I can imagine also uncomfortable to sleep on. This is NOT a four star accommodation, and significantly overpriced. I cannot recommend this facility to anyone.

There is no real lobby, no housekeeping services (unless you stay 6 days or longer), and the one person downstairs leaves at 10 pm so if you lose your key or have any other issues (which we thankfully didn’t), you may be in trouble. The apartments were functional but I’m not sure why they are so highly rated.

This hidden gem is the perfect place for a weekend getaway. The location is excellent for public transport connections and right next to Checkpoint Charlie.

The apartment was great- really clean and in a great location for local attractions and transport. Only a small point but we booked the one bed executive apartment for two adults and two children and we arrived at 9pm and we had to make up the sofa bed ourselves. I would have expected it to be made for us. But we would definitely stay here again.

Nice + modern, a few issues

Overall nice place, very clean, modern, nice-looking property, great shower, and we really enjoyed having a balcony and kitchen. Not as comfortable as we hoped though, the whole building has terrible ventilation and the hallways and rooms are hot and stuffy, even on a cool autumn day. Would not want to sleep here on a warm summer day! Also the couch + chairs in our room were comically uncomfortable and the wifi only covered the living room, not the bedroom. I'd probably stay somewhere else next time I'm in Berlin but, if you need a apartment style hotel, this is still a good choice in a nice central location. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location. We were able to walk to a lot and could hop on the U right around the corner to get around. The room was clean and bigger than it looked online. The building is does not have air conditioning, but even though it was very hot when we were in Berlin, the fans and large windows made it comfortable. It is hot in the lobby and elevator, but the rooms are cool.
Every employee we met was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Wilde Aparthotel was terrific. The staff are super friendly and helpful. On arrival we received a free upgrade to a bigger apartment, as well as a portable air conditioning unit (much needed as it was 40C that day!). The apartment is spotlessly clean. It was cleaned once in the week we were there and the cleaner went above and beyond. The location is great - close to sites and public transport.
Would highly recommend the Kreuzberg outdoor swimming pool complex nearby, and the Markthalle Neun food market 20 minutes away.

Love my stay here. If I go back to Berlin, I will definitely be staying here! Staff was beyond great! They were nice and helpful when needed. We asked for recommendations to restaurants and things to see and they were great in giving us a list. I was there for the Berlin Marathon and hotel was about a mile of starting/finish line which was great! Near a lot of key areas and accessible to train stations which is also a plus! The rooms are cozy and clean! Definitely recommend it!

Amazing room convenient to do many things

This property was amazing. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The room itself was spotless and very comfortable. Looked nice as well. They kitchen was just right and there is a nice grocery store a few blocks away.
It is it is convenient to sight see. It is 1 block from Check Pointe Charlie. All the tour buses pick up there. It is also convenient to subway.
There are Plenty of restaurants near and some nice shopping a few blocks away.
There is no doubt if we are back in Berlin, we will stay here.

The staff was very kind and made us feel really welcome. The entrance hall is very small but the check-in was well managed and we didn't need to stay for along time at the entrance.
We had an executive apartment on the road-side and the noise was a little disturbing, but as soon as you close the windows it gets better.
We saw that some rooms on the back have a balcony and we suppose they must be way better (maybe it's worth asking for a room with balcony while booking).
It is anyway a great place!

Very nice and new hotel in a good location. We were there in summer but not more than 20-22 degrees with no A/C and the apartment was very very warm. Windows open and vents on for the entire stay but temperature was never below 25 degrees inside. If hotel had A/C it would have been perfect but we are not staying again during the summer.

A perfect stay! The location is excellent, there is underground parking available (and the spaces are big, very car friendly). The rooms are spacious and clean. My room had a private bedroom plus a living room and kitchen area. Check in was easy, both of the front desk agents were extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay!

This is a brand new apartment hotel. The apartments are beautifully and tastefully designed. The bed was very convenient but the sofabed in the living room wasn’t. The kitchenette is well equipped with a nesptrsso machine, electric kettle, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and stove.
The location is central and it takes about 5 minutes to get to the metro station.

Perfect option for our first visit to Berlin

We stayed three nights with our 7 month old daughter and had the best nights sleep since she was born. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, especially the bed. And it was perfect for our baby to ha e her own space and sleep through the night better. Location was central and perfect for sightseeing in walking distance and access to public transportation to explore all of Berlin. We would be happy to stay here again as well as trying other Wilde locations.

Loved the hotel! The location is great and our room was clean, modern, spacious and very quiet. You never would have known you are in a city.
The personal was wonderful.
We had one hiccup with some linens for the pullout sofa that had a stains on it but housekeeping was very responsive and supportive. They even gave us chocolates as a sorry.
We arrived before our room was ready and were able to leave our luggage at the hotel. The only thing that could be improved is installing bathroom at the ground floor.

Reception staff was excellent - very friendly, helpful and attentive. Ali was fantastic. Made the stay even more special. Room was very good - clean and spacious. Location was good, walking distance to many attractions. Only had issue with the shower cubicle - door could not shut properly which caused water to drain out to the bathroom floor each time we showered.

A brand new space with lots of room. The Nespresso machine is a wonderful addition. Could use a makeup mirror and more hangers for female travellers but everything was very nicely decorated in a modern clean style. Very kind and friendly staff, especially Ali.

Almost brand new the quality of these apartments is wonderful and the staff are all very friendly, particular mention for Ryan for lots of local information of places to visit
