The Campanile Berlin \"Brandenburg Airport\" is not an Airport hotel. Getting to Brandenburg Airport requires a 15 minute walk followed by a 12 minute bus ride. The Campanile does not offer airport shuttle service.

The lights in the hallway were off and would turn on when you walked down them, like being the last person in an office building at night. There was no mini-fridge in the room, and no telephone to call the front desk. Small rooms. It worked for what I wanted it for -- to simply have a place to stay near the airport for one night -- but it wasn't great.

Room was clean, space was small but if you have carry-on’s and backpacks only like us, this won’t be an issue. Bar is open after midnight till 0230 and the staff was nice. We kept asking for ice in our bottles and they happily scooped it for us every time. It is HOT in Berlin in the summer, and AC was sufficient. I have been to many European countries and travelers have to understand that AC elsewhere isn’t freezing cold like the US where it is blasted in hotels and businesses. Bathroom and standing shower space is adequate for an average sized person. Bus is right across the street. Pay for breakfast or wait for the chinese food restaurant to open next door. We would totally stay here again.

This hotel has excellent transportation right across the road. The bus 144 is there and it goes to the uber station. I took buses back and forth with no problem, even late at night. Someone wrote the transportation is far away, they are wrong. This was an excellent hotel, and Rita the front desk helper was a diamond.

The hotel was relatively handy for staying near the airport after a late evening flight. It was as expected, basic. The room was hot with aircon not doing the full job. Shame the bar was closed. Bathroom was smelly as we suspected that it had not been used regularly and the drain smell came through.

We stayed at this hotel as we were ending our time in Berlin. The location is what drew us to stay there. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the nearest train station but getting to the airport from here is very easy. The hotel is more than willing to help with anything needed. The room itself was clean and had what we needed. The drain for the shower did have a smell as we arrived, but it went mostly away when you took a shower. Overall, we’re glad we stayed here rather than being far away in central Berlin before our early morning flight.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly but thats about everything the hotel has going for it. I honestly don't get it: How can you built a hotel with absolutely NO HEATING in the bathrooms? It was freezing and we were told to leave the bathroom door open but the extractor fan was very noisy 24/7 (it never stopped!) and the door was in the way because the room was very small. Also, the aircon that was supposed to heat the room just wasn't strong enough to heat the bathroom as well. The pillows were very uncomfortable as well and drinks in the hotel were overpriced (half litre bottle of Coke for 4 Euros!!).
