The room was very clean and tiday. They passed through and cleaned the room, and changed towels daily. One of the things I didn't like was that it was challenging to figure out how to access the entrance to the building especially at night. They need to make it clear to people that you have to pass through the construction site. So, better signage is needed right now. It rained a bit, so it was a bit muddy at one point for us to walk through it.

WARNING: DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!!

Poorly run \"hotel\" in the middle of a dusty, noisy construction site. The room was dirty on arrival with goopy blue soap leaking in the bathroom sink and shower. Old ratty towels and a dusty floor was what I saw from day one. They never cleaned the room for the entire stay: only changed the sad looking towels and made up the bed with the same dirty linen.

I was woken up every night by reversing trucks and construction workers right outside my window in the wee hours of the morning while it was still dark. They give you no heads up that you will be living in the middle of a construction site - notice that all the photos on Expedia are of the interior - THAT'S FOR A REASON. Just ridiculous!

Barely any staff around. I noticed any random stranger could walk straight off the dusty road, into the building, right up to your door with no problem as there was no staff or locked doors up until you get to the room. Did not feel secure at all.

To add insult to injury, I was charged a random extra tax upon arrival (although the rest of my group was not), and neither Expedia nor the hotel cared that much to do anything about it.

If you think it's worth booking for the cheap price, think again! It's just not worth it, believe me. Take my advice and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Probably anywhere else would be better. One of the worst places I ever stayed at.

Therr is a fully blown massive construction around hotel , which is not properly adressed to furure guests. It causes noises , dust and workers drinking on the stairs in the evenings.
Be aware as i wasn't. The hotel rate is too high for offering those conditions to the guests.

The area is convenient with access to trains to get to Berlin city center

It's fine but for the price, I think it's expensive. It's 17 kilometres from the centre so it's definitely not convenient. At 90-100€ a night, that's expensive. Transport links are good though.
What annoys me was the noise the cleaners make outside the rooms. Impossible to sleep through.

breakfast hasn’t been offered in two years they said. The option was the reason to book in the first place as we had an early flight and the offer indicated breakfast from 06:00am on. Parking on an urban waste field. Room with 3 twinbeds small but clean. Patrons seemed to be mostly workers on work travel.

I came to this hote wo much research because inread the reviewers said it was close to Berlin. It is not. The Sbahn station is far. 15 min walk and the rode to Berlin is an hour away. The facilities are among the best I have seen

We were initially going to stay one night here but ending up staying three nights, as we found the hotel and the location excellent. The hotel is in a great location close to the rail system and bus service. The rail system will take you direct into Berlin city, albeit with a couple of train changes. The room we had was very spacious and had a kitchenette as well which was great. The shower was excellent and the Wifi good. Overall, this was excellent and was one of the best hotels we stayed in, in Europe in our 8 week holiday. Great value for money and we would certainly stay here again.

Comfortable stay in Berlin suburb

Basic fairly new comfortable hotel. Onsite parking but abit difficult to find. Staff friendly. Close to buses, trams and trains all in walking distance. It has good wifi. May feel abit offputting for some as the hotel is set back in an area wheresome development is going on. Also there are a lot of workers who use the hotel. We felt safe at all times as people friendly and did not harass you. 2 supermarket and a small mall close by.

The hotel was in a great location -- close to the airport, but with grocery stores, restaurants, shops and a bar within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were easy. My only complaint is that the bed was uncomfortable.

The room was very spacious and very clean. The bathroom was modern and had a nice shower. Included were water boiler, coffee and tea packets, several dressers and coat hanging cabinets. Beds were nice and clean. Hotel is really close to several grocery stores and a nice small shopping mall. Trains were very close too.

Fairly new hotel with an obvious attempt to maintain an environmentally friendly facility. The only downside was that the surrounding area (parking lot/main outdoor area) is still under construction that can be displeasing to the eye. All in all, cleanliness and comfort was very good.

I booked this place as I had an early morning flight from Schoenefeld and thats whats this hotel is good for (there is a direct bus to the airport from nearby bus stop). It is also pretty new and very clean. But there not many other pluses. The place is for sure overpriced- 62 euros without breakfast for one person room is definitely too much for this very basic level and claustrophobic room size. Internet was not working and the staff did nothing to fix it- just said it will be fixed the next day. The area is not great and it's far from the city centre. The windows were open before I came to my room so it was full of mosquitos. I will not stay there again and dont recommend this place. You can find much better hotels in the same price or even cheaper in Schoenefeld area.

Not as advertised. Partial money back expected.

On HOTEL.com it is advertised as having Kitchenette. But when we reached there was nothing available in the room to cook..not even microwave. It is like advertising a car but later turning out to be a car with 2 or 3 wheels. This impacted our plan and resulted in bad experience as we reached around 10.30pm but couldn't cook anything. Big drawback to our plan. Reception timing is listed as open till midnight but it was closed when we reached. Rooms were provided on different floors despite most of the rooms being vacant. Lots of construction going in neighborhood and the approach roads to City Green hotel was not pleasing. The good thing was that our room keys were placed on the reception counter with our names so it was convenient to locate in the absence of the receptionist. Seems new clean hotel construction and well maintained.

Hotel has just recently opened and everything is in MINT CONDITION 😃
I might have been the first person to stay in my room. Spotless with brand new furniture and appliances. Reception was cheerful and helpful. Couldn't beat the price and very close to Schönefeld Airport to where I needed to fly out of in the morning. Don't pass this one up!

CITY GREEN Aparthotel Berlin

The CITY GREEN Aparthotel Berlin is conveniently located near the S-bahn station Grünau, with a good connection both to the Schönefeld Airport and the city center. It has an amazing price-performance ratio, especially for the Adlershof area, and features facilities that accommodate longer stays (kitchen, laundry). The hotel staff is really nice and extremely helpful. The only shortcoming to take into account is a missing WiFi connection.

Ich war das erste mal in Berlin-Grünau. Der Stadtteil ist um so vieles anders als das zentrale Berlin. Wer mehr den Charakter einer \"Kleinstadt\" genießen kann, der ist hier genau richtig aufgehoben. Insbesondere deswegen gibt es von mir zum Punkt \"Umgebung der Unterkunft\" 5 Sterne (auch wenn um das Hotel herum momentan alles Baustelle ist und es temporär teilweise durch Baulärm tagsüber recht laut sein kann ... aber die geht ja irgedwann mal vorüber ... und außerdem kann man ja schnell anderweitig die Umgebung erkunden.
Das Hotel scheint neu renoviert zu sein und das ganze Ambiente zwar ein wenig einfach, dafür aber sehr neu, sauber und sehr angenehm.
Ich komme bestimmt dorthin zurück.

Miserables Hotel - umringt von Großbaustelle

Die Reinigung der Zimmer war nicht gut. Der Boden blieb dreckig, musste nach weiterem Toipapier bitten, die Duschkabine und die Ecken im Bad verkalkt und dreckig. Ein Rauchmelder hat tagelang Signal gegeben. Das muss doch jemanden aufgefallen sein..?!? Im Bad ging die Deckenlampe nicht ganz aus…. Beim Licht ausmachen brannte sie gesummt im Dauerlauf.
Das Hotel ist komplett umringt von Großbaustelle. Der Weg dahin Abendteuerlich. Um 6:30 wurde jeden morgen der riesige Betonmischer angemacht. Totaler Baustellenlärm und am Ende das Auto eingesaugt durch den ganzen Baustellenfahrzeuge und Schmutz.
Zudem kam zu der bestätigten Rechnung von Hotel.com noch die Bettensteuer oben drauf ( versteckte Kosten) für den Preis keine gute Wahl.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, in einer sehr schönen Umgebung mitten in Berlin aber ohne Hektik, das Zentrum kann problemlos mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder dem eigenen Auto erreicht werden.
Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal, was als sehr angenehm wahrgenommen wird.
Das Hotel Zimmer is großzügig eingerichtet mit geschmackvollen Möbeln, und auch mit einer Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher ( zumindest in meinem Hotelzimmer) aber ich kann mir vorstellen das es Standard ist.
Das Bett ist einfach fantastisch, ich habe lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen wie auf dieser schönen Matratze ❣️
Ich freue mich auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen.

Schönes, sauberes und ruhiges Hotel (am Wochenende), direkt an der S-Bahn Grünau. Man kommt schnell in die Stadt. Sehr freundliches Personal und ein wirklich tolles, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit einem Spitzen-Kaffee und sehr gutem Preis. Ich hab mich richtig wohl gefühlt. Vielen lieben Dank.

Für einen Kurztrip in den Berliner Osten ideal gelegen. Nähe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegeben, ebenso wie Nähe zum See (Hausboot, Strand, Beachvolleyball und vieles mehr!!!!) machen ein Wochenende mit Stadt und Erholung zu einem sehr schönen Erlebnis. Danke an das Personal, was sehr nett und hilfsbereit ist. Dafür nochmal vielen Dank und macht weiter so!

Hotel aus mehreren Komplexen; ehemals Bürogebäude. Sehr praktisch und funktional entwickelt. Breite Flure und großer Auftrag. Frühstück im Keller aber mit dortigen Möglichkeiten (viele Einzelräume) gut gelöst. Zimmer sehr groß mit Küche! Fahrräder durften mit auf das Zimmer genommen werden. Angesichts des Preises nur zu empfehlen!

Goede bedden, goede douche, van buiten ziet het hotel er niet uit maar dat valt niet op tussen de andere typisch Berlijnse betonkolossen in de buurt. Winkels en diner/ontbijtopties zat in de buurt dus het ontbijt hebben we niet genuttigd in het hotel, weet niet eens of ze dat hebben eigenlijk.

Ligger langt fra centrum af Berlin, men er rigtig godt til prisen.- Værelse stort dog var sengen lidt hård efter min mening. Der er en god Græsk rest. i nærheden. Kun 350m til Grunau S-tog station. Meget hjælpsomme og flinke medarbejdere.
