Neohostel is clean, well-kept, and budget-friendly. Though situated on the outskirts of Berlin, the tram conveniently stops right outside the accommodation.

No air conditioners or fans in rooms, lockers don’t actually lock, €11 is a joke for the breakfast that is offered. No paper towel provided or hand dryers in any of the bathrooms. The amenities that are available are pretty new and the place is kept very clean by the friendly staff.

It was loud in the evening. So it was somewhere hard to sleep . Room was clean and bathrooms were clean . Kitchen was clean too . Good for 1 or 2 day stay but wont rwcommend for long stay .

Room was extremely unhygienic, I could not stay there. White stains on the bed. 'lockers' also not secure and missing keys. I handed back in my room key and left without staying. They did eventually give full refund despite their policies saying that it is a non refundable room, so they deserve some credit for that. Find somewhere else to stay if possible.

HORRID EXPERIENCE. This place is a scam, avoid it. Requested late check in and was assured I’d get a code for a lock box. Even called back before closing to ensure it was being sent. Gave email and phone number for code. Never received a code. Rooms were paid in full and we were locked out. Hotel won’t respond for a refund. Hotels.com is absolutely no help, says we have to wait to hear from the hotel. Left us without a room for the night. Nightmare! Avoid!!!

Voor een hostel zoals deze en de prijs kun je niet beter vinden. Hel eenvoudig ingerichte kamers, is het gebouw leuk ingericht. S'morgens een lekker ontbijt, keuze is er genoeg. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het gebouw en de toilet voorzieningen, keuken zijn erg schoon. Tja het ligt iets verder van Berlijn af, met het ov van Berlijn is het goed te doen. Ik raad het iedereen aan, vooral mensen met een kleine beurs. Ik ga dit jaar zeker weer terug, ik heb genoten.

Das Neo Hostel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer sind zwar ( Hostel üblich) zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber sehr sauber. Der Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer ist im Sommer auch prima.
Die Haltestelle der Tram ist direkt vor der Tür und somit ist ganz Berlin super zu erkunden. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut, frisch und wurde auch zügig immer wieder aufgefüllt. Alles in allem für einen City Trip oder wie für uns, ein verlängertes Wochenende mit Sportveranstaltung, super zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

It is worst hotel I lived, I lived there for two nights, the policemen came there for two nights to fix the problem. The room card didn’t work the second day so I and other customers who arrived at hotel after 10pm have to stay in the kitchen for the whole night because no reception after 10pm and nobody answered the call.

War mit meinem freund in einem Zweibettzimmer . Als wir vor dem ,,Bunker“ ankamen dieser von Berlin Mitte weit entfernt ist trafen wir nach einen jedoch freundlichen Check-In in unserer ,,Knastzelle“ an . Dieses ähnelt einem kleinen Knastraum mit immerhin ausgestatteten Fernseher mit 3 Kanälen.
Das Zimmer beim Eintreffen war total warm . Die Betten am quietschen und die Wände mit einigen leckeren Überraschungen an Flecken. Die Bettwäsche sollte man lieber über die Decken lassen und nicht drunter schauen was sich dort verbirgt. 20 Euro pro Kopf für Handtücher mieten und 50 Euro wenn man Besteck , Töpfe usw brauch als Miete für die hostelküche. Im Hof konnte man einen schönen Hofgang in Freiheit der Zelle genießen, dieser wirkt genauso wie die eigene Zelle .
Die Türen morgens in den Gängen waren so laut das man direkt um 07:30 geweckt wird, welches wunderschön ist wenn man eigentlich Urlaub macht . Teilweise waren die Badezimmer morgens nicht zugänglich und man musste durch die Gänge laufen und ein weiteres WC suchen .

Ich hatte ein Bett in ein Zweibettzimmer 308 gebucht. Das Schlafen klappte zwar gut auf der knirschenden Matratze. Was schade war, dass das Bett keine eigene Lampe/Beleuchtung und paar extra ablege Flächen hatte. (Dazu blockierte Das Bett eine Doppelsteckdose). Ist für den Mitbewohner immer eine Stress Situation, wenn man die Deckenbeleuchtung im Zimmer anmachen muss. Was ich noch gut finden würde auf dem Zimmer, wer ein Fliegengitter, das man nicht gleich Mücken in dem Zimmer hat. (In der Nähe ist ein See) sowie eine Möglichkeit seine Jacke aufzuhängen

Es gab Problem beim Check in, aber leider war nach 22 Uhr niemand mehr zu erreichen. Am nächsten Morgen gab es kein Interesse das Problem in irgendeiner Form ernst zu nehmen oder uns zu Helfen.

Leider kann ich nichts gutes sagen. Wir wollten zum später einchecken kommen da das Hotel einwenig von der Innenstadt entfernt ist. Am Telefon meinten die Mitarbeiter vorerst wir haben nichts reserviert. Auf Email wurde nicht geantwortet. Nach mehreren Telefonaten haben diese dann an es sei kein Problem später einzuchecken und das Zimmer ist reserviert worden. Wir sollten hierfür am Abend zwischen 21:00 - 22:00 Uhr eine Mail erhalten, wobei die notwendigen Zugangsdaten erhalten sein sollen. Diese kamen aber nie an. Die Rezeption haben wir vor 22:00 Uhr noch versucht zu erreichen und niemand nahm ab. Auch WhatsApp Nachrichten blieben einfach auf gelesen. Vorort nahmen und zwei eingecheckte mit zur Rezeption die derweil unbesetzt waren. Dort liefen spinnen rum und oben an der Wand waren weitere diverse Tiere. Die Putzfrau sprach weder englisch noch Deutsch und konnte uns ebenfalls nicht weiterhelfen. Nach dem wischen war der Boden auch weiterhin dreckig und wir haben nicht gesehen, dass das Wasser gewechselt wurde somit ging sie durch die verschiedenste räume. Letzt endlich waren wir die Nacht auf der Straße unterwegs. Auch am nächsten Morgen um zu klären, da das Zimmer auch bezahlt wurde. Beleidigten diese uns zuerst und lagen dann auf. Sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt und finden es kann auch passieren bei so vielen das was schief geht. Allerdings sollte man am Ende eine Lösung finden und die gab es hier definitiv nicht.

Bis Hauptbahnhof 1 Stunde Fahrzeit mit ÖPNV. Keine Schlösser an den Spinden. Ziemlich laut. Frühstück muss draußen bei Kälte und Wind eingenommen werden, oder in einem entfernten Zelt. Für Berlin nicht teuer, sauber.

Wir haben ein Studio gebucht in einem Nebengebäude und waren im großen und ganzen Zufrieden! Sauberkeit war Inordnung aber nicht perfekt! Es war es sehr ruhig und man konnte in Ruhe schlafen! Die Umgebung ist ein DHL Lager und ein Betonwerk im Hinterhof! Dafür ist die Anbindungen zur Straßenbahn TOP !

Eine Erfahrung, die ich nie wieder brauche. Personal respektlos und unfreundlich. Handtücher kosten pro Stück 20€ (bekommt man zum Schluss wieder), Handtücher sind aber steinhart und stinken. Überall Mücken und Fliegen, auch tote an den Wänden, schmutzig ist gar kein Ausdruck. Leider kommt man daran nicht vorbei, da es keine Klima oder Ventilator gibt und man die Fenster öffnen muss. Die Matratzen sind wortwörtlich voller Stuhlgang verschmiert. Das Abflussrohr unter dem Waschbecken ist defekt, immer wieder der ganze Boden voller Wasser. Wenn man Kritik geäußert hat, wurde mit einer Stornierung gedroht und sehr unfreundlich, beschimpfend geantwortet. Ganzes Personal faul und schlecht gelaunt, sitzen zu 4. an der Rezeption, aber von niemanden ist etwas zu erwarten. Auch erlebt, bei allen anderen Hostelgästen.
