The room and bathroom were clean. The nicer rooms are definitely comfortable. The A/C was powerful. It is rare to have effective A/C in Germany, and I'm very glad it actually worked at this hotel! Breakfast has good variety and quality. We enjoyed our stay.

Good hotel in good location for airport

We stayed here as we had an activity close by. Very handy for Adlersof metro stop out of Berlin.

Room was a good size with a seperate lounge / kitchen area and very comfortable beds.

Staff were helpful and engaging.

The only downside was that the sofa bed had no blankets (soon rectified) and the shower drain was not working well (reported).

Very convenient

We stayed here for 2 nights, the room was very clean. The area is super quiet, plenty of restaurants around, very accessible, next to a tram that brings you straight to a train station. Only 1 stop away from the airport and not that far from downtown. The staffs were very accommodating.

No free parking or air con

A grumpy receptionist informed me that contrary to the Hotels.com listing there isn’t a free car park. There’s one nearby for €20/day or street parking if you can find it.
Once I had parked and walked back to the hotel I was irritated to need two different lifts to get to my room.
The room was south facing with large windows and no air con. The weather on the day was sunny 40C. I didn’t get to sleep until 2am.
I skipped breakfast and had a generally miserable time.

Receptionist on duty July 30, 2018 was very rude. She treated me as if a criminal. Little did she knows that i was born and raised with Lawyers so i think i should have knowledge of Basic Law. If she doesn’t know how to cancel my booking through Expedia she should ask someone else before contacting and calling me in my room early in the morning. She wanted me to come down right away(german=sofort) i was just preparing myself in the bathroom. I felt so awkward like i have been harassed. I paid all my bills for 2 Nights stay using Euro Card. I was a fraud victim, i’m very careful in terms of Internet Payment now using German Prepaid Credit Card. Anyhow this receptionist is not capable of handling valuable guests. She probably needs to learn more about hospitality and computer programming. This hotel is not recommendable for as long as they have Staff like her. Feel sorry for her. So helpless and lack of knowledge.

Stayed one night while travelling from Poland to USA. Considering the price paid, everything at least meet or exceeded my expectations. Room very clean and nice, good facility overall, very friendly staff, proximity to SXF airport with good train connection. 13 euro for breakfast seemed a little pricey at first, but it turned out to be a really good and classy breakfast with lots of selection to choose from.

No frills hotel, far from main airport

The hotel was very far from the center, it took us over 1 hour to get to any interesting sights. The beds and pillows were not comfortable. The room was cleaned every day but they still forgot to put toilet paper in the room. One staff member had an attitude with us. The breakfast was very much the same every day for nine days, very basic buffet. The TV set was super small and there was no minibar in the room. No shampoo nor conditioner only some body soap. The hot water turned completely cold if someone used the sink or toilet. The window could not be closed properly so we were cold in the night.

The hotel is in the perfect locale if you have any business in Adlershof. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is extremely helpful. The only minor nuisance was the lack of blinds or curtains that would fully cover the large window in the room I stayed. The lack of free wifi should also be noted.

Booked this hotel last minute for my brother and I final night in Berlin. Was a bit far from the city center but Metro was nearby. Would recommend only if you’re willing to go for a mission every time you leave or return from your hotel room.

My room was clean and the bed was comfortable but everything was very basic. A bottle of water was left in the room but cost 4 Euros, breakfast was 13 Euros extra, there was no fridge, no coffee and worst no soap or shampoo.

I may have gone back to reception to buy some but getting to my room involved going up two floors, coming out the lift walking through a door, up some stairs, through another door, along a corridor, calling another lift, going down a floor... apparently to avoid the conference facilities which blocked access to the end of the first floor.

Just needed a convenient hotel close to Schoenefeld airport after a late evening arrival. This hotel in Aldershof fitted the bill. Nearby free on road parking. Quick check-in. Clean, modern. Good early 6.30am breakfast.

The hotel overall is OK, however, reaching to rooms is pretty complicated as you need to take elevator to 2nd floor then walk in to 3 rd floor, then take stairs to reach second floor room. In addition, there is no air conditioning in the room, and it was 92 degrees in berlin..

I stayed in this hotel twice for business. The hotel rooms are fine for the price, except that both times a got a room where I had to walk a floor up and down to reach it since it was in a different building without a lift. Beside that you get internet only if you buy Telekom daily WiFi access. The breakfast is OK, no vegetables though and the staff is a bit strange. Overall it is okay for the price, but I would only recommend it if you necessarily have to stay in Adlershof. There are better offers closer to the city center.

Worth a try

This is very much in the east of the city and first impressions were mixed- as staff can seem grumpy. However, all my requests for help were met with nothing other than positive attempts to help and the hotel turned out to be entirely charming- basic and a little pricey for what you get but I'd recommend it as a safe bet.

Pleasant stay with no problems... as always here

I have visited this hotel several times already, and I have always been satisfied. Clean rooms, nice staff, no problems. This time I also got somewhat bigger room than usually - not sure if I was just lucky to get a bigger one, or they re-organized the rooms so all double rooms are bigger now. Anyway, I recommend this hotel, and will come again.

This is an excellent hotel and very convenient for the airport and the city using the s-bahn trains which leave from 5 mins away from the hotel. Also trams are available to the station. 24 hour reception is very good as some hotels close early in berlin.

3 day weekend in Berlin

Even though the hotel is far from TXL, the shuttle showed up on time. The staff was extremely helpful and spoke excellent english. Kids got half off on a very good breakfast. Room was a simple room with 4 beds but the heater and the shower worked excellently. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the Adlershof S-Bahn. If I flew into SXF, this hotel would have been in a very good location. Very clean and would stay in again.

This hotel is great - it is near the subway, near a supermarket, near some cool physics buildings at a university campus.

The only problem was the S-bahn closed from Friday-Sunday and I had to take a shuttle bus from one station to another instead of the train.

The hotel was great but not close to the airport like I had expected. We took the train from central Berlin to the airport and then had to back track to get to the hotel. This may have been my fault because I was expecting that it had a shuttle which isn't the case. We ended up taking a taxi in the morning rather than the bus or train. Both the bus and train are only a short walk from the hotel. The hotel was particularly nice.

Not What it said on the tin

The hotel was situated in a good location for Schonefeld Airport but not much else in the area. There is a subway and a bagel shop right next door to the hotel with a supermarket and some shops but no restaurants. The breakfast in the hotel costs 11 euros each and would not recommend and most of the time we were at the hotel the bar area was closed so really if you wanted to eat cheaply in the area it was paying a visit to the local supermarket. We travelled with two 15 year old girls and the pictures of the hotel looked fantastic but we were led into what the receptionist called the second building and were met with a dorm style room no carpet(flooring you would have in a school corridor!!)no hairdryer or tea/coffee facilities as promised. We had a look in the other building and the rooms looked slightly better but these seemed to be filled with mostly business people. The staff were ok but not mega helpful. What I would say if you just want somewhere to put your head down and see Berlin it is in a good location for the U-Bahn and bus service but be careful at night as it is very dark and quite isolated.

I got the family room (4 single beds) and I must say that standard of my room is not high (plastic floor, poor quality bathroom). It was ok though for on night stay. My friends got a double and they got a room that I would expect here. It is a bit difficult to find parking place if you dont know where to look for. It is located in the shopping center opposite the hotel. It is only opened within certain hours and completely closed on Sundays so please check this before you leave your car there.

Viel Platz im Zimmer, viel Stauraum. Sauber. Gute ÖPNV-Anbindung (1 Haltestelle bis S-Bahnhof, Bus/Tram vor der Tür.) Supermarkt und Imbiss nebenan. Mitarbeitende an der Rezeption (habe 3 oder 4 erlebt tagsüber) wirken recht unmotiviert, grüßen teils nicht einmal; Nachtportiers (2 Pers.) hingegen sehr freundlich. Frühstück mit 17 €/Person teurer als woanders, daher in der Stadt gefrühstückt. Waren 5 Nächte dort.

Ich habe dieses Hotel gebucht, weil ich etwas in der Nähe der TV Studios gesucht habe und habe mit dem Airporthotel die beste Wahl getroffen. Gegenüber sind ein Subway, eine Sushibar und ein riesiges Kaufland. Ein Italiener ist nur ca. 400m entfernt und zu den Studios bin ich ca. 10 Minuten gelaufen. Auch der Bahnhof \"Adlershof\" ist nur ca. 10-15 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Ich war sehr zufrieden, das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Auswahl beim Frühstück absolut ausreichend und lecker. Ich muss in Kürze ein weiteres Mal nach Berlin und habe direkt wieder das Hotel gebucht.

Gutes Hotel für überhöhten Preis dank Messe

Auf Grund einer paralell stattfindenen Messe waren die Preise mehr als überhöht und meiner Meinung nach nicht gerechtfertigt. Zimmer leider zur Straße raus inkl. Straßenbahn, daher, bei offenem Fenster ein hoher Geräuschpegel. Bei geschlossenem Fenster wurde es entweder zu warm, oder aber die Klimaanlage bollerte vor sich hin. Personal war freundlich zu zuvorkommend. Frühstück vollkommen in Ordnung.

Albeit the hotel itself is pretty OK (only the elavator is kind of stange located) the was such an unfriendly lady from staff at check in that this unplaesant behaviour overshines our whole stay. We even decided to have no breakfast because of the \"welcome\".
We rented the Premium Apartment for our family, the \"fully equipped kitchen\" has NOT the advertised stovetop and no kitchenware at all, 2(!) coffee mugs with teaspoons only;(
Als o the sofa bed offers zero comfort for adults, the mattress is heavily worn out.

C’était très sympa comme court séjour, à proximité des réseaux de transports, d’un supermarché, de restaurant et surtout de pourquoi j’étais venu à Berlin: du studio Riot Arena. Même pas besoin que je programme une alarme pour me réveiller, ma chambre fut bien placé pour que les rayons de soleils me réveille naturellement.

Franchement si mon équipe esport se qualifie pour faire le tournoi cette été mais j’hésiterais pas à revenir non plus cette fois-ci seul mais avec d’autres personnes. Et aussi que je visite la bibliothèque, j’ai pas eu le temps de faire un petit tour
