The self catering apartment we chose was well equipped, spotlessly clean and huge! We had a fantastic two weeks in Berlin. Adlershof is off the beaten track and is easy to get around on foot and transport links to more ‘touristy’ parts of the city are superb.
We found leaving at the end of our holiday a real wrench:)

Very convenient and easy. Always parking available all about. Good coffee machine in lobby, groceries nearby, good wifi connection for the most part (and I am a trader and it did what I needed as I always allow for layency. 24 minutes from Berlins thoroughfare.

Solo Traveller, AMAZING Stay! Door to Door you could get to any attraction in Berlin within an hour using public Transport with not much more than a 2 Minute Walk!
Apartment was Spacious, Spotless, Quiet with a Sitting Room and a well equipped Kitchen. Would I stay here again, 100%! I even had a view of a WW2 Relic from my Balcony! (The Spin Tower - Trudelturm)

You Won’t Want for Anything!

Highly recommend! Excellent accommodations; plenty of space with everything provided. Clean, desk staff spoke English and was able to assist with any questions. Accessible washer & dryer. Some restaurants, grocers, metro station & buses close by. Free coffee/tea in lounge . Eco friendly, so be aware that fresh linen and towels are only available after 7days. ( additional charge)

Apartment was warm and cosy (has under floor heating) lots of space, modern. Had all essentials for the kitchen and iron and ironing board. Also free tea and coffee in the lounge area and free laundry facilities. Great for business travel or those who prefer more space / apartment with a place to make some meals if needed.

good facilities required some maintenance

The apartment is supposed to be a rather nice place to stay with large room, balcony, kitchen utensils and washing machine. However, the water boiler can only work if one press it really hard; there is no dryer after washing clothes as stated; every now and then there is some strange rusted iron smell in the room. If the maintenance can be improved, the apartment can be even better valued. Providing free tea coffee and water is a very good idea.

Very nice place for an extended stay in Adlershof for work. Much more independence than the hotels in Adlershof I stayed in previous years (kitchen! washing machine! supermarket close by! balcony to sit on in the evening!). Clean, comfortable etc. Only, if you want to do something or eat out on the weekends, you need to go to the city center, since Adlershof is a ghost town on weekends with all the students gone and restaurants closed.

This hotel has no AC and no fan - Worst experience

This was perhaps the worst experience of any hotel stay in Europe. Last year, I had stayed in Arcona Apartment Hotel and that was amazing. This year, because Adapt was near to my business place, I chose it. While they mention on Website that they have limited house keeping, they do not mention that they dont provide any air conditioning or fan. This makes the stay very uncomfortable, especially in summer. Apart from being hot, it was also suffocating as no fan as well. The staff was helpless, they offered to cancel the booking and not charge anything, however, that would not have solved problem as I would not have got a replacement hotel at short notice. The rooms were clean, breakfast good, but lack of AC or fan made the stay very uncomfortable. They should at least indicate on website that they do not provide any airconditioning or fan.

Great place with kitchen; less costly than hotel

ADAPT was a great place to stay. I was there for business (1.5 weeks) and I had a table, adequate Wi-Fi, and a kitchen. I was able to get groceries across the street and cook for myself, which was healthier than eating out all the time. The S-bahn train is just a 10 minute walk and the S-bahn and the rest of the public transportation system can get you almost anywhere in Berlin very easily. The price was less expensive than a conventional hotel and I had a kitchenette. I will choose this place again for any extended time. My room also had a small deck w/ a small table and 2 chairs.

Great apartment hotel 10 minutes from BESSY II

I would recommend this place to anyone that happens to visit Adlershof. The rooms are in fact well-designed studio apartments that include a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, lounge as well as a small balcony. Although I only spent a few nights at the hotel, it would be ideal for extended stays. Everything was spotless and the building seemed to be brand new. An added bonus: Free teas and coffees (Nespresso) are available 24/7 in the lounge area next to the reception.

You really can't ask for much more when paying €65/night!

The desk staff makes you feel at home the minute you arrive. Free personal coffee selections in the large, comfortable lounge room expand your space. The room was large, with a balcony and living area plus fully equipped kitchen and table. Even an iron and board we're provided! Washing machine (also free) at entrance was a bonus. We will be back!

Good functional place to stay if visiting the city. Only there for a couple of nights so didnt use any of the cooking facilities but there is more than enough for self catering purposes. A ten minute walk from Adlershof station. There is a large supermarket and Subway nearby. The Korean food next door is also recommended (this is where you get the advertised breakfast buffet - 10 euros per adult, 5 for kids).

Two fold up beds were made up for us when we got there for the children. Clean. Balcony for each apartment. Helpful staff. There is a lounge with vending machine beside reception. Also a basketball court and table tennis table in the shared area outside (not part of apartments complex so bring your own equipment) but nothing else really to do here and is quite remote. We used it as a base for getting into the city which was ideal..Ostkreuz and Sudkreuz only 20 minutes away. Quite a lot of construction work going on in Adlershof area so this does tend to be background music outside.

Only gripe with room was lack of AC or even a fan so it was rather hot at night. Taxi to Schonefeld airport was 16 euros. Rail tickets are easy to purchase from the touchscreen machines - cost to the city 9 euros for family of 4 (single journey AB zone) and there are machines that validate/punch the tickets which you need to do prior to getting on train.

The hotel room is really a small apartment, with a tiny kitchen (w/ fridge, stove, freezer, dishes), a small table, a living room, a bedroom, and a generous sized bathroom. Very clean and comfortable, and a 5-minute walk from public transportation. It was very hot and humid during out stay, and I don't think they had air-conditioning. (At least we couldn't figure it out!), so it was a little uncomfortable sleeping falling asleep at night, but otherwise everything was good.

The neighborhood was quiet and there weren't many good options within walking distance for dining out, but the the Korean restaurant right outside the apartment serves a WONDERFUL buffet for 10 Euros.

Very nice room and very clear. Arrived at 9:30 and there was no one at reception but that was not a huge problem since key could collected from a secure lock.
Unfortunately there no access to WIFI as a code needed to be provided; it appears that the stack printed for late arrivals had run out.
The area is very quiet with only one place for dinner.
I stayed two nights and the room was not checked for cleanliness etc... after the first night. This maybe part of the deal at booking

廚房餐具很齊全，連洗碗機都有，缺點是油煙機出風口只用一張濾紙過濾，並沒有通風管往外抽，煮飯還是要開窗通風.路邊停車免費，但要早點到，飯店也提供停車位，但數量有限，是否收費，要問服務人員. 離地鐵公車也很近，附近也有大型超市可買食材.暖氣很給力，是地暖，浴室也有晾衣的暖氣架，總體95分，夏天來要看看有沒有冷氣，因為沒看到.

Los apartamentos están geniales. Espacioso, con una buena cocina equipada con todo lo necesario, menaje, cubiertos, jabón lavavajillas, cafetera Nespresso e incluso cápsulas de café. La habitación está aparte de la sala y tiene un gran vestidor con plancha y tabla de planchar. El baño es muy grande, la única pega que tiene bañera y está algo alta. Hay estores automáticos en las ventanas, que son oscilo batientes y en nuestro caso al menos, un balcón con mesita y dos sillas. En la entrada hay café y té de cortesía y máquinas de snacks a buen precio.
El personal es magnífico y Silvia, la recepcionista española, hizo cuanto pudo para que estuviésemos cómodos y nos ayudó con el tema de la colada. Gracias Silvia!!!. El local es muy acogedor, te sientes como en casa y los alrededores tranquilos y fácil de aparcar en la misma puerta. Los vamos a recomendar mucho y si volvemos por allí, nos alojaremos ahí con total seguridad.

Rapport prix/qualité très intéressant (faut par contre compter 40 minutes dans le transport public pour gagner le centre-ville). Cuisine équipée, accès aux lave-linge et sèche-ligne (gratuits). On avait scrupuleusement respecté les désidérata émis au moment de la réservation : chambre loin de l'ascenceur, coté cours et au dernier étage (du coup, j'ai eu droit à une terrasse sur le toit...). Tout serait donc impeccable s'il n'y avait pas des petits détails qui clochent :
- personne ne semble s'occuper de la propreté de la laverie (OKOK, puisque c'est gratuit...),
- pas de volets, seulement des jalousies ; le soleil se levant une heure plus tôt à Berlin qu'à Paris, cela peut gêner,
- éco-bilan moyen pour cause d'appareil Nespresso au foyer (OKOK, le café est gratuit...).

Wie gewohnt alles ordentlich. Zimmer großzügig und mit allem was man braucht. Leider roch es im Zimmer sehr nach kaltem Rauch und bei offenem Fenster war es sehr laut, da sich eine Gruppe von Personen draußen bis nachts 3:00 Uhr unterhalten hat (wofür die Unterkunft nichts kann).

I very much like my stay at this hotel. The reception helped me with everything I needed including extending my stay for a few hours the next day. My room had everything I need and most of all it was so big and open surface. This apartment was our base camp in our Easter holiday in Berlin. In the apartment there were all we needed: kitchen, microwave oven, washing machines (for the clothes a separate washing room), TV with HDMI connection, separable beds. Recycling norms of Germany were new for us so we had some challenges in separating waste correctly. Negative side was that there were no waste bags for all different wastes. Of course, we could have asked from reception. The service in the reception was excellent although they gave us only two extra toilet paper rolls. Perhaps, there is a lack of paper in Germany. Thanks for providing an excellent \"platform\" for our holiday!

Adorei minha estadia. Hotel longe do centro, mas perto da estação de metrô (uns 8 min andando) e em 30 min estava no centro de Berlim. Cozinha muito funcional e hotel perto de mercado muito bom e alguns restaurantes. Achei um excelente custo-benefício, pois os hotéis no centro estavam caríssimos devido à Maratona. Ficaria hospedada novamente!

La primera pega es que nuestro apartamento tenía roto el ascensor y tiene hasta tres plantas. El apartamento es amplio y bastante moderno, pero cuando entras huele fatal y por mucho que ventiles sigue oliendo mal. Una vez allí te enteras de que “para cuidar el planeta” no te limpian la habitación. Eso si, si pagas 35€ les importa menos salvar el planeta. Vale que el cambio de sábanas y toallas no lo hagan para ahorrar agua, pero que no le den ni una pasada al suelo y al baño en una semana me parece demasiado. Te limpian a partir de la 7° noche. Tampoco te reponen papel higiénico ni bolsas de basura, ni siquiera te dan nada para que limpies tú mismo. Solo una escobita de mano enana. Así que o pagas 35€ o te compras cosas para limpieza o vives rodeado de suciedad acumulada. Por último, no es un sitio silencioso pues se oye bastante el tráfico y sobre todo las ambulancias que están pensadas para sordos.
