The location and buffet breakfast were great. It was a 15 mins ' walk ti the old town: charming, vibrant and interesting sights👍
The room was comfy, clean & good lighting. There was sufficient storage space but no fridge. Housekeeping needs improvement. Our beds weren't made on our 2nd night! The staff though helpful lack smiles☺️☺️!!

The hotel room was clean however not prepared for 2 adults and a child. The booking clearly stated it would be 3 of us, however on the day I was offered an additional bed for extra charge which would the equal a Hilton price. The bathroom tap was leaking, there was no soap in the shower and only 2 towels. It is a cheap hotel in pretty good location. However, the standard is rather low.

Perfect for Lublin parkrun

Perfect location for Lublin parkrun which was a short walk away. Hotel is outside of main area but very easy and safe to walk into and cheaper!! Staff were lovely and looked after us all very well. Room was what we needed as did spend much time in it as was exploring

Friendly staff. We thought that the rooms could have been cleaner. Lots of stains on the bed mattress, mould in the shower and on the shower door. Bathroom furniture was very dirty and lots of stains on the carpet. Due to personal personal problems we had to book another 5 days and move rooms and the second room was the same.

I had a guaranteed booking which did not require confirmation. I reached the hotel around 11pm only to find I had no room. Reception arranged for an apartment at the hotel for the night as all rooms where booked then moved into another room the next day. Ensure you confirm your booking if arriving late to the hotel.

Very nice staff, helpful, efficient and friendly. This is not a new hotel but the room I stayed in was in good condition, the carpet was very new. Not far from the old town (walkable) and lots of supermarkets, other shops and even a self-service laundry nearby.

Staff at reception were pleasant enough. Room is very basic, no frills. Basic cleaning done.
A sign in the room says \"if you want your cups cleaned, put them under the table\"?? I did they stayed there. Coffee/tea and sugar are not replenished at all. At first I thought she'd forgotten but none of my group had anything replenished.

Located around 15mins walk from town. Rooms very basic but clean, however the mattresses noted as stained under the linen (no protectors). Cleaning staff very friendly, only staff gripe was that reception would not share room details of fellow travellers when requested. Good value for money when we consider what we paid.

Good hotel for a stay in Lublin

I stayed at this chain in Wroclaw and thus went for this hotel in Lublin. It is a good hotel and close to the road to the town centre. The main things to see in the town are walking distance, as are the two shopping malls. A supermarket and two bakeries are nearby; as are cheap eateries, the post office and chemists.

Nice hotel convenient to the centrum

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff spoke English and were very professional. Breakfast was very good with pancakes, scrambled eggs, a choice of meats and a variety of breads. There was cereal, cold cuts, sliced cheese, as well as two types of Polish white cheese (cottage cheese). A variety of coffees and tea were offered as well as a juice-like orange drink. The room was spacious with two straight back chairs, desk, and wardrobe. The mattress was a little firm but comfortable. The TV had a couple of English language channels and TV reception and WiFi functioned perfectly. The only problem I had was the holder to the hand-held shower wand fell off the horizontal bar. I had to lower the holder to the lowest place on the bar and leave it in place. The room was very quiet for sleeping. I have stayed in this hotel a few times over the years and been very well pleased with the service and facilities.

I booked this hotel for myself & my Fiancé for our 3 night stay in Lublin. The hotel was about a 10/15 minute walk from the centre of Lublin. The room was basic but nice overall & suited our requirement. Unfortunately I found the bed really uncomfortable however. I asked for extra pillows & an extra duvet to make it a little better & the receptionist arranged for these to be in our room when we returned later that day. The only other issue I had was the room temperature; it was boiling! We had the window open throughout our entire stay & despite it being very cold outside the temperature in the room remained extremely warm. The staff helped us book a couple of taxis & were generally really helpful. Overall for the price paid I think we got good value for money & despite a couple of issues our stay at the hotel was pleasant.

Conveniently located in Lublin.

I chose Campanile Lublin based on location and price and was pleased with the decision. The Campanile offers easy access to Lublin sites and is about a 20 minute walk to Old Town, Castle, etc. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. The on-site bar and restaurant proved quite convenient. Lublin is wonderful...as is the Campanile!

No direct access to public transport.

The hotel is clean,nicely decorated and full of light. The location is convenient, within the walking distance to the city center.The staff speaks English freely and is rather helpful. An electric kettle and tea+coffee making sets were a nice addition to the perfect room service. Definitely worth its money.

This hotel is located near the centre of the city (just 2 stops from the old town). The room is compact, but cozy, the equipment is up-to-date. It was a nice surprise for me and my friend that there was an electric kettle in the room, so it was easy to make a cup of tea or coffee. As for me, the air conditioner is a bit noisy, no other remarks.

I stayed at this property in August. The temperatures were very hot (90 plus degrees fahrenheit). The air conditioning did not work in my room. It also did not work in my traveling partner's room. She asked to be moved to another room and the air conditioning did not work in that room either. Additionally, there were locks on the windows so there was no way to get fresh air into the room. We both complained to the front desk. The desk clerk had the security guard come to our rooms to reset the A/C units. The guard did not seem to understand that there is a difference between the fan on the unit working and actual cool air coming out. We were very uncomfortable our entire stay. The only thing we were offered was a portable fan which just blew the hot air around the room. No financial compensation, nobody came in to fix the a/c, just \"deal with it.\" The front desk was apologetic but considering that the a/c didn't work, there wasn't much they could do. I probably would not stay at this property again.

Room clean and comfortable. Bathroom also clean with good shower.
Bedding changed after 4th night.
Did not eat here so cannot comment on food as we had breakfast and other meals elsewhere. However prices of food and drink appeared to be more expensive at the hotel than in the places we ate.

My stay was very good,i have been to Lublin before and stayed in a few different places and this was by far the best hotel.The staff were very helpful and spoke good English,the rooms were clean and the food was ok,although i eat out in the town as well,the only downside was having to drink coffee from a plastic cup in my room but that was sorted when i just asked for another one.

The hotel was great. Everything was as expected. Small, but clean room. We stayed there during the winter and the room was very warm (almost too warm). The bathroom had a heat lamp on top of the regular heat (very nice touch). The hotel allowed us to check out 2 hours later with no hassle and no extra charge. Overall, a great experience.

Campanile Lublin--great deal, great location

This hotel exceeded my expectations, especially in comparison to another in same price range, Hotel Huzar. Campanile Lublin is a 3-star hotel at a 2-star price. I stayed a week and the staff is exceedingly friendly and efficient with very good English skills. The WiFi is strong and free. Although the bathroom tile looks a little worn, the room is pristine and comfortable. It's just a short, safe walk to the main street, Krakowskie Przedmiescie. Highly recommended!

lublin was lovely town and hotel, while not very close to old town was within walking distance (about a km and a half), parking is free in front of hotel but you must pay if in rear. staff freindly and responsive, room while bright and modern was somewhat small, although very clean.

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access from all major roads entering Lublin, a ecure car park and a walking distance (ca. 15 minutes) from the old town centre. Staff was very helpful, friendly and spoke English, something seemingly not yet common in hotels found in the area. The rooms should cater for most travellers and the same goes for the food (only tried breakfast but found it to be more than adequate). All in all, this is a hotel with good value for your money and as such is highly recommended.

Almost Roasted Alive In The Heat And Eaten By Bugs; Fled For My Life And Sanity

I chose this hotel due to the online reviews, easily accessed location by car, the AC, free internet access and price. It is easily accessed by car and did have free internet access. I cannot fault it on these points. The AC did not work and the temps were in the mid to upper 30oC in my room. The window would only crack at the top. The staff seemed nice but unable to get the AC working or explain what was going on to me...despite the fact that they all spoke perfect English. They also were unable to take the lock off the window to allow me to open it. After two nights of hell in a poorly cleaned room, filled with bugs, sweating buckets from the heat and getting bitten by bugs that I feared were bed bugs I fled the Lublin Campanile for a better hotel. I had intended to stay at this hotel for 7 days but after two nights of terrible service I am considering protesting the hotel charges to my credit card as I feel I did not get what I paid for out of this place. I could have slept in my car, on the side of the road and gotten the same experience for free.

Hyvä kolmen tähden hotelli kävelyetäisyyden päässä vanhasta kaupungista. Huone oli tilava ja ilmastointi toimi. Huoneessa ei ollut jääkaappia, mutta muuten hyvä. Aamiainen oli muuten riittävä, mutta matkakumppani ei saanut gluteenitonta leipää.

Leider war der Fahrstuhl defekt, was etwas nervig war, gerade für mich als Raucher, da ich jedes mal vom dritten Stock nach draußen bin und dann wieder hoch. Essen war super!

Bardzo miły pobyt, miła obsługa. Jedyny minus śniadanie. Smaczne, świeże ale różnorodność proponowanych produktów znacznie poniżej średniej w stosunku do innych noclegów w tej cenie (nawet w Lublinie). Szkoda bo lokalizacja hotelu super.
