The hotel is located on the seafront, in the Malaga area, in Rincón de la Victoria. Located in a very nice area with amazing views, and walking distance of the town centre and the beach- 150 metres.
Just about 25 minutes' drive are needed to get to Malaga and the airport. It combines high standards with an exquisite family atmosphere, resulting in a wonderful ambience, which will contribute to the sense of comfort.
The property offers the perfect venues to host business meetings and other private events. The Hotel has a Restaurant with nice sea views and a Fitness Area.

Yes, the cosy room was spotless, bed with crisp white sheets, comfortable mattress and pillows, balcony overlooking the beautiful Mediterranean where the sun poured in. Staff very friendly and helpful.

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement plutôt pratique, même si le nombre de places de parking sur place est limité ; heureusement, il est possible de se garer gratuitement dans les rues avoisinantes.
Les chambres ont été rénovées récemment, mais l’insonorisation laisse à désirer : chaque claquement de porte se fait entendre et il est particulièrement difficile de dormir dans les chambres situées près de l’ascenseur, dont le bruit mécanique se fait entendre toute la nuit.

Par ailleurs, aucun service additionnel n’est proposé en chambre : pas de bouteille d’eau, pas de verres, pas de couette ni d’oreillers supplémentaires.

Very nice hotel. But it was more like a 3-3,5 star hotel and not a 4 star hotel. We stayed here for a night and the hotel was everything we wanted. Most of the reviews are for buffet and food which I think needs massive improvement but the hotel itself is not bad.

We had issues with air conditioning which they fixed and the hair dryer that broke and I did not report. Breakfast was a great assortment although the pastrie wee not fresh the fruit was.

We have been back to this hotel 4 times in the past year and it keeps getting better and better. Fabulous location, fabulous hotel - walking distance to everything, love the area so much - beautiful beach, restaurants. Hotel is clean and rooms are modern and have everything you need.

A pleasant hotel by the sea with parking problems
This is a nice, modern hotel, located right on the Mediterranean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was disappointing; rather small and no blankets on the beds. But the biggest problem is parking! On a busy holiday (the day we arrived) it was a challenge to even find a hole to drop off your luggage. That does not make for a good start.

We had a great stay at Fay Victoria Beach. The hotel was very nice and the staff was great! We had a problem in that we had requested twin beds. Apparently they don't offer twin beds (?) or Spain's idea of a twin is different from the American idea of a twin bed (?) but they made sure to accommodate our request. They brought a twin bed into our room. It made for less room, but we appreciated their efforts! The staff did their best during our two week stay to help us with transportation information, site seeing, dining options and everything else. Truly kind people.

Basic room. Supposed to be sea view but wasn’t. No proper reception desk. Room key card did not work most of the time and kept having to come back downstairs. Decor tired and outdated. Considering a lot of my family had rooms cancelled due to ‘refurbishment’ did not see much evidence of this.

Fay Victoria Beach is under major renovation…and will be a great Hotel in the future…currently there are two classes of room old style and newly refurbished …I was in one of the old style rooms which are clean but showing wear…I did have an issue with my room the first night and reception moved me to another old style room that was actually bigger than the first.

This is an excellent value hotel. The main selling point is its position right on the beach. The continental breakfast was ok - nice pastries. We used the gym which is well equipped. The resort is mainly for Spaniards but very friendly.

La estancia muy aceptable, no dio tiempo a comprobar más servicios, fue una noche. Lo único que no entiendo es que me equivoqué de fecha al reservar, quise cambiar y otra habitación incluso que no tenía vistas al mar tuve que pagar 15€ más, si la quería y si no a pagar otra, me parece lamentable esta política de Hotels.com por un error que quise resolver a los dos minutos, claro que tengo que volver a Rincón de Victoria, pero no será a este Hotel, me he sentido estafado.

They started construction work early morning on the 4th floor and since we had our three rooms just above on the fifth floor the noise was just horrible and it was impossible for us to sleep.
When I contacted the reception desk all they said they could do was to offer us free breakfast for the inconvenience!
They should have told us by check in and prepared us for the noise - that way we would 100% have picked another hotel!

Gammelt hotell med totalt renovasjonbehov. Fin beliggenhet ved stranden med mange spisesteder i nærheten. Lit støy fra byggearbeid ved strandpromenaden og trafikken. Maten var smakløs med litte variasjon. Ble servert den samme enkel frokost og samme frukt og dessert hverdag. Ikke noe spesielt for barn. Kjedelige middager.
