We ended up staying here for three weeks and truly enjoyed our stay. The Internet worked great. The Tv had some issues that reset every time the Internet did, and the front desk was helpful to come fix it again, but luckily we had our own TV and managed well. The kitchen set up and full sized fridge was a nice bonus. Gets busy on the weekends, to be expected, but they were all travel-throughs and we had no issues with noise or other guests. Would absolutely stay here again.

The room was clean and up to date. The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and friendly. The only issue was that the room's soap dispenser had been ripped off the wall. There appeared to be quite a few empty rooms. One would think that the soap dispenser and wall would be repaired before a guest would be assigned to the room. Otherwise, it was great! We will stay there again. 🙂

This was an absolute nightmare! From the very beginning we got there wasn’t what we was expecting at all, and already wanted to cancel, the front desk wouldn’t let us so we get to the room and there were men all over the place setting on the sidewalks, over on the stairs and they wasn’t staying at the hotel. The room was 89 degrees upon arrival couldn’t get it to cool for hours contacted front desk begged for a refund to go somewhere else they refused. So we made do with what we had with nowhere else to go after paying 170 to stay here for the night. The doors wouldn’t deadbolt my kids was terrified to sleep. And to beat it all we checked out and the manager started immediately yelling at us saying why did we lie he worked hard for his hotel and what do i want? Very rude and scary i wouldn’t recommend!!

The room smelled awful, there were cockroaches, and the crack between the door and the door frame was HUGE, letting in all the lights and sounds of the motel. When I mentioned the cockroaches the proprietor didn't apologize, but chastised me for not alerting them so I could have a different room.

The room was the cleanest I've seen in a hotel in a long time. The outside was somewhat clean. The laundry room had debris on the floor (giant piles of lint, dirt, and debri from outside), washing machines and dryers had to be cleaned inside and outside before usage. One dryer could not be used as someone must have left an ink pen in their laundry. Air conditioner in the room worked perfectly.

The staff at the front desk was welcoming. The room was clean but a bit sparse, no coffee maker no hair dryer. The air conditioner worked but a bit loud. However, the price was right. Its a one floor motel so you could hear people and cars outside. You give up luxury for a lower price.

Bare bones motel . Good for a 6 hour sleep on the way to somewhere else. A little strange that there was no shower curtain on the tub/shower in the bathroom. And for a room that sleeps 4 there were not enough towels for the amount of people in the room (as in 2 single bath towels and 2 single face towels) . Also the towels were stained pretty yellow . Do not expect much if you stay here.

I reserved 3 rooms and paid for them ahead of time. Upon checking in, I was informed that I needed a $50 deposit per room otherwise I would not be aloud to stay there. The rooms were already paid for. I was really unhappy about that process. Don't plan to stay here again for that reason.

I drive a straight truck and needed to book a room on an overnight trip so I booked this property and was rudely awakened by the manager Harry pounding on my door early early morning demanding that I move my truck immediately. This guy was yelling at me like I ran his dog over or something. When I got to the parking lot it was empty barely 6 cars in the 100 parking spaces and I was using 3 spaces which meant there were still 90+ open spots. What makes it worse is I have stayed at this property multiple times and even asked where I should park the first time I went there and I have parked in the spots they told me to park ever since then. The manager could 100% waited until I woke up and went to check out to kindly ask me to park somewhere else next time but this guy chose to come with the most hostile energy he could muster and as a result I couldn’t stay at the property after that. I had to remove myself for what could have been an ugly situation.

Said she would be down. Never came. I ended up fixing it after a few hours myself. That was annoying but the property itself was very nice.

Cleanliness is my main concern when going to a budget hotel. I travel frequently and I would say this is the cleanest I have stayed at for a while and was very pleased! The woman that helped with check-in was extremely nice and everything went very smoothly. The bed was comfortable the pillows were (just) ok, but as I said everything was very clean.

There was noise from the road, but that’s to be expected. If that bothers someone I would suggest asking for a room that is further from the road. Mine just happened to be the group of Rooms that was closest to the highway.

There didn’t seem to be any amenities. I got a great price and didn’t have any expectations but if you do, you may want look for another place there was not soap out etc.

I would definitely stay again if I was traveling through and I definitely recommend

When we arrived at the motel, the first thing we noticed was the landscaping in front of the property, was not as it appeared on the website. It showed bright green trees, the paint on the building was not the same paint we seen on website.
After checking in and getting a card to enter the room.......OMG!!! The room was dirty, is the least I can say, putting it mildly. The 2 beds in the room both had multiple black tiny specs ontop of spread as well under the spread. As I looked in the bathroom hair was in tub, on walls on the toilet seat.
Overall, I will never stay at another RED ROOF INN!!! THEY DO NOT TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR BUSINESS, IF THEY DID THEIR PROPERTY WOULD BE MUCH MORE APPARENT OF BEING CLEAN

My sister left her sweater behind this morning and I called after arriving in Myrtle Beach for our sister trip and they had the sweater and are holding it for us until we pass back through on Monday for our stay with them again. We arrived late and the staff was very nice and friendly. We found our room and parked in front of it. We are 2 women traveling. There was an unsettling moment with a car that rolled by very slowly and stared down my daughter. They ended up in the room next to us. My daughter was very nervous. The security guard that is mounted to the door jam was half falling off. I tried to turn the deadbolt several times but it didn't line up. Not a safe place for women to stay.
If I had one good thing to say, it's that the beds are very comfortable.
Very limited amenities in the rooms. Our TV did not work.
Red Roof Inn is a no go for us from now on

While I was still getting dressed, I was disturbed by loud knocking at 11:01am. Checkout is at 11am, but of all the places I stayed at, no one bothers me and I checkout at 11:15 or so. This is outrageous, being half naked and harrassed at 11:01am. They were waiting outside my door just to knock 1min past checkout time! Never again!

The hotel itself was very nice, and worth what I paid. However, the agent who checked me in was foreign, and it was difficult to understand him. Additionally, we never could get the TV to work with the generic remote provided. When we called the front desk for assistance, he told my friend, \"Press 2 numbers and see how it go.\" Guess what? That was no help at all!

We traveled with our dogs for the first time and Red Roof Inn's pet fee is substantially cheaper than most hotels. One place charges $75 per pet, while RRI the first pet is free and $15 for each dog after that. The place is very affordable, was very clean and they put us near the grassy area as well. We will absolutely be using RRI in the future when traveling with our dogs.
