The bathroom was filthy. The toilet had dried pee and the bathtub was dirty. On the positive the shower had available shampoo, conditioner and shower washing the door. The check in attendant was polite and helpful. The breakfast was pancake and cold cereal. No protein was available.

The first room that we were given was filthy. The refrigerator smelled like something died in it. We were given a second room which wasn't any better but it was 1:30 in the morning so we chose to not bring anything in the room and slept in our clothes. The breakfast was poor. Definitely not what it says online. I don't normally leave reviews, but if this helps someone else then it is worth it. The Sleep inn next door is much cleaner and the breakfast was very good

This hotel is horrible. I have never been in a place that is so dirty and stinky. The carpets were totally wore out super dirty, and were wet around the edges and damp in the middle. The bedsheets, bedspreads, pillowcases, and all the bedding was stained and looked moldy. I do not think that anything was washed. I cannot believe that Expedia would have this hotel on their site or that they can get a permit to run a hotel like this. I have no idea how this hotel has a good rating. possibly they have some good rooms and some terrible rooms. I guess it is a roar of the dice which room you end up with, so I would think twice about staying here. I will never stay in a ramada in the rest of my life.

I am 60 years old and I have never written a review on anything. I have stayed in this hotel a couple of times before, and the rooms were old but tolerable But this time was the worst hotel experience that I have ever had in a hotel. I have been in hotels in Third World countries that were way better than this place. The place stunk si bad thst I had to put a shirt over my nose while sleeping to tolerate the smell.The carpet was terrible and wet. The bedsheets, covers pillows cases all were stained and I don’t even know if they were washed. This place is horrible and very old. I arrived around 4 AM, and would have definitely went to another hotel, but it was too early in the morning. I will NEVER stay in a Ramada Inn ever again even though the price is very cheap. I would rate this hotel less than zero if I could.

Okay for a quick stay I guess. Floor was so dirty had to wash the kids feet within 5 min of walking on it. Sheets seemed washed but stained. Fridge was barely cold. Ice maker didn’t work. Didn't see any bugs or anything like that. To be fair the front counter gentleman was very polite and likely would have done something to make it right but we were too tired from driving to want to switch rooms or anything like that. Room next to ours had the door propped open most of the evening

I would never stay here again. I traveled with my 5-year-old, 1-year-old, and 3-month-old baby, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The pictures online do not match the actual condition of the hotel at all.

Our room smelled unpleasant, looked very old, and the walls were dirty and clearly needed repainting. The beds were very hard, and the blankets were stained and worn out. The only decent thing in the room were the pillows. The towels were rough and felt old, and several lights and lamps in the room were broken.

The shower was also in poor condition and appeared broken, and there were bugs in the shower while we were using it, which was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable—especially when traveling with small children.

Overall, this hotel is very run down and poorly maintained. Based on our experience, I do not feel it should even be open to guests in its current condition.

The pool was closed and didn’t use exercise room, so idk about that. Our room was not clean, hair on floor in bathroom, smoke detector hanging from ceiling, a person was LIVING in room beside us and would throw his trash bags out on lawn and had visitors throughout the night (loud). Toilet ran throughout the night, breakfast, if you like Sunny D and frozen breakfast sandwiches.
The staff was understanding and apologetic. We booked through 3rd part so they really couldn’t do anything.

Place has old couches under rotted tarps in back (probably been there a couple of years.

Come on people…should have been a red flag when you drive in and Ramada sign is falling apart. Yes, we feel stupid, lesson learned.

Dirty -- dog poop right outside my room, cigarette butts everywhere. A strange smell in the room. Drapes wouldn't completely close. Mini fridge turned my water bottle into a chunk of ice. Mattress had a huge dip in it. Several outlets didn't work. Bare feet got dirty while walking around the room.

I went for cheap and I got what I paid for. Lesson learned.

This hotel should not even be in Expedia's lineup it's awful.
Wyndham should not even be associated with this may hotel.
Room was not at all what was shown on Expedia's site.
HORRIBLE FILTHY (non-carpeted) FLOOR. I took a washcloth and wiped a small area and it came up BLACK.
Toilet did not flush properly and ran all by itself randomly.
NOT a \"full breakfast\" as stated in Expedia's site. A few breads, microwave sandwiches (eww), a few apples. That was it!!!! The coffee was not even hot and they had zero cream. Only that fake creamer stuff.
The gal at the front desk would not even acknowledge that I was speaking when I showed her that filthy washcloth and asked about breakfast. Just silence. Unbelievable and unacceptable!
I would never ever never stay there again.
We should've turned around the second we saw that horrible looking building!

The first 2 ‘non-smoking’ rooms reeked of cigarette smoke. I’m allergic to it. The third room was better, but run down. The manager was rude at check in, insisting that the rooms had NEVER been smoked in since the building was built. The building is at least 50 years old gauging by the condition of it. Neither he nor the clerk at checkout had even been born yet when it was built. On top of that, I was told at check in that each room has a cigarette smoke detector that alerts the front desk if someone is smoking in the room. REALLY??

the floor I was to stay on was under renovation and desk clerk expected me to accept room. I had to ask for another room. The crew didn't put up plastic to keep dust from entering hallway. Desk clerk also asked me for my credit card for incidentals which I have never been asked before. I will never Stay at that Comfort inn ever again

Took way too long to check in. The computer wasnt working. Someone ellse was disputing false charges to their card and gave us a warning to watch our card. Was also told the internet was not working and needed a reset again.
Difficult time finding our room as we had to walk around outside to locate the room number.
Room was not clean! Dog poop on the floor.
We left and are unable to get a refund.
VERY DISAPPOINTED. Luckily we found other lodging after a long search.
Expedia shoul be ashamed of yourselves. We requested a refund due to conditions not because we changed our minds!

Expecting a buffet with hot foods like eggs,bacon, sauage, pancakes, etc. Got microwave jimmy dean biscuits, packaged oatmeal, fruit. Choose because they advertised as hot buffet breakfast. Technically they fit but just barely. So disappointed especially after eating in their excellent restaurant the night before.

The room had some serious flaws that were literally painted over. The towels were dirty, the faceplate of the light switch was dangling and the room sign used to be 148, but they took off the 4 and used a sharpie to make it a 3. The breakfast was stale muffins, bruised bananas, apples, and frozen biscuits (two were there, not enough four the 4 people we reserved for).

It was the middle of the night when we checked in after driving for hours, so we stayed and hoped for the best because it definitely gave murder documentary vibes.

I found that the property was very outdated. I paid a premium price for a hotel that look like it was run by one of those pay by the hour hotels. My lock kept sticking on the door and I did not feel safe. The good news is that I could tell the bathroom was immaculate. The amenities inside of the shower was perfect. Things did look very clean except for the bed sheets in the bedspread. The bedspread had blood stains on it and the bed sheets had black spots on it from something so I just change beds. I probably would not stay here again. There are newer hotels in the area that actually charge the same amount. If there is a occupancy and the other hotels in this area I highly suggest to let this hotel be the last on your list.

From the outside and some if the inside it seemed to be a dated property. The room itself was clean, warm, easily accessible, etc... Some of the mirrors and bathroom things could use updating. Overall I would stay there again. Cudos to the young lady who checked me in. She was very professional, outgoing and kind.

The first room that I was assigned was not to my liking and I asked to me moved to a better room. The person at the counter suggested that a newly renovated room in the front of the building would be more to my liking. Room met my needs since I did not spend a lot of time there. TV selection

For the condition of the building the room was clean although it didn't look like the pictures....was surprised to see how black grout was in bathroom after seeing nothing but white in the picture. Maybe we just got the oldest room but we wouldn't probably pick this hotel again. TV was old. Cabinetry was all marked up. It was very tired, dated and worn out.

I prepaid for 2 rooms @ $104 per night each. Both rooms were dirty, no handsoap, no blanket for bed and dirty towels. One room had a broken television remote, missing filter holder for coffee machine, broken chair and dead cockroaches behind the door and under bed. As a Wyndham member I was not happy. I stayed 5 hours long enough for the sun to come up and left. I’m highly upset about wasting money on a place like that. The reviews and rating don’t match the property and what I experienced.
