The property was in disrepair. My first assigned room had not been cleaned. The next room they assigned me the toilet did not flush. The next room they gave me. The TV did not work. The pool had brown water in it. I would like a refund for this because I left and did not stay the night. It was just too dirty. One corner of the towel shelf was detached from the wall, wastebasket was not emptied upon arrival, disposable utensil packet was opened with plastic fork and spoon removed, bedroom floor was dirty and bathroom floor had mud shoe smears, mattress had one continuous low spot from edge to edge. For the price and staying one night, it was acceptable.

As of May 2026, this place is undergoing some much needed TLC. Rolls of carpet and padding were in the exterior corridors. All guests are being booked in one general area. Elgenius was extremely concerned when I reported a non working refrigerator. We were relieved when we realized it was not plugged in. There were unopened, warm, boxed pizzas in the refrigerator. This shows the cleaning staff did not notice there were items in the refrigerator and that it was not cooling. The room was clean but not overly so. If you are staying one night and want a reasonable place to stay, go ahead. If you are staying longer or expect clean and crisp, stay away. When the renovation project is complete, perhaps things will be better.
Oh, the walkway by the exterior rooms are badly in need of a power washing.

Looks like they are still in the middle of a remodel - lots of junk & old furnishings outside amongst the dumpsters and storage containers. Even the main desk still had a solid plexiglass barrier - as if it was still the height of COVID hysteria. Breakfast made me glad there was a truck stop iHop next door at the travel center - but what can you expect from the cheapest hotel in the area?

We took a trip down south I booked for the way down and the way up I'll never go there again I guess that's why I should pay more for better.

The surfaces were pretty clean in the room however the floors definitely do not get cleaned regularly. For the price its comfortable but the floors being sticky was not good. The breakfast sandwiches were good nothing too fancy but again for the price not bad. The gentleman at the front wasnt the most helpful or kind. For a quick stop or a few nights not bad at all. Pretty safe area and close to a lot of things.

Gave us a room that had not been cleaned or restocked...then moved us to another room that they \"just finished\"... worse than the last one. Staff was pleasant, which must be difficult, trying to sell a turd, but that was literally the only redeeming quality.
We left and went down the road. Manager was going to refund yesterday...will see if I get it.

The property had a number of common appliances and items that did not work: ice machine (had to come to the front desk to get ice; it was then doled out); juice dispenser did not work (cheap orange drink in refrigerator: towel bar in room by lavatory falling out of the wall (Room 169). Property in back (where the room was located) was filled with containers use in shipping/trucking. Old furniture was stacked in huge piles with shredded tarps hanging over the piles. One pile was so old the shredded tarp was mere strings with grass/weeds growing tall around the pile. There is no restaurant although a restaurant is advertised. (Apparently it has never opened or has since closed.) The breakfast is poor compared to other contemporary properties. There is very little food other than cereal and much of it is poor quality. (Commercial mini-donuts in cellophane; cheap white bread; so forth). The guest ratings are not to be trusted. Rather than around 8.0 the property should be rated around 5.0

SCAM ALERT -- the hotel said that an Expedia glitch forced them to cancel my reservation, even though Expedia had just emailed me to ask \"how was your check-in?\" They were trying to pull this on the woman in front of me in line too. They said that the only room they could offer me was a smoking room for double the price, even though there were only about 5 cars in the parking lot. My name was on a handwritten list of about a dozen people, and this sure seemed like a bait-and-switch to get customers to book at one price and then blame a \"glitch\" to charge double the price. Still waiting for my refund.

Room was not bad but outdated. The staff were polite and nice to deal with. The outdoor pool was closed. Breakfast was good. Had sausage and egg biscuits you heated up with cereal and Juices and coffee. They also had waffles and toast. The reason for my rating is mostly because the TV had no signal and I didn't find out till I had already paid.
When I complained they said they were working on it and it should be on that day. I think they should have told us they didn't have TV and I would have went somewhere else.

A large portion of the property is under construction. It is an older motel that still functions but appears to be barely keeping up with modern amenities. The HVAC system worked satisfactorily but was very noisy. The 'continental breakfast' was scant, cheap. It is probably among the lowest priced motels in the area but barely earns the budget price. I only needed a bed for sleep in the night then proceeded on my trip the next morning. The check-in employee was friendly and helpful.

DO NOT BOOK this hotel. I booked this on 4/3/26 through Hotels.com while driving FL-OH with my mother. We pulled in and there were no cars in the parking lot except for a couple in a poorly lit section toward the very back. The lighting is overall was poor, including inside the hotel. I drove up to look in the lobby and saw no activity- no guests, no staff. Mind you, this was a Friday evening. It felt VERY off. We drove to FIVE other hotels along the strip, no rooms available until the last one. WHY would ALL the other hotels be at full capacity but NOBODY was at this Ramada?
When I contacted Hotels.com, they were polite, but as I didn’t get the extra “cancellation” insurance, I was not refunded. Hotels.com tried contacting this Ramada by phone AND email repeatedly and 1.) were put on hold and disconnected 2.) were not answered when they called back 3.) all voicemails and emails were ignored.
This Ramada is not a hospitality business, you’re not safe to stay there. Hotels.com is not screening their hotels if this is still available to book through their website.

Oh my. Where to start. It’s off the beaten track which is fine as we went to Applebees which is also off the beaten track. I don’t think the bed was changed. There were “people” indents in the bed and little “crumbs” and the bed smelled liked a man’s cologne and so did one pillow. No Kleenex - but they did bring us a box once they understood what it is we were asking for. A previous guest left behind left over travel size shampoo and conditioner that didn’t match and it was still on the counter. There was barely any toilet paper on the roll for one person and no spare rolls. It is very dated for a Ramada - and we paid $100 for the night for this privilege plus $28.00 in our saved points. Expedia you need to take this one off your list or you are going to lose your loyal followers - like me. There is NO restaurant even though they advertise that there is. Nope - never again - I am no princess but never in all my years have I ever stayed in a used bed.

We didn’t stay. The room was worn out and smelled of stale smoke even though it was non-smoking. Room heater didn’t work, looked like someone kicked it and broke it. The safety lock on the door was broken off. We checked out and I got my money back. Definitely do not recommend. I booked this trip thru Expedia because it was rated 8.0 Very Good. The pictures made it look like it has been renovated and were very professionally staged. In actuality, most of the grounds other than where the pictures were taken were very tired, worn, and littered. We arrived around 3 PM and were only the second car there. The person at the desk was professional but difficult to understand. He let us know that the restaurant (which contained the billiards table, the fireplace, the bar, and virtually everything shown in the online pictures) was closed. He sent us all the way around the back, as far away as possible from the office. When we drove up to our room, there was a bag of trash sitting out front of our room (which remained there at least until 10 PM). The floor was tiled, not carpeted. and somewhat sticky. The bathroom had a cabinet top sink that was held onto the wall by metal brackets, no cabinet, with a shower stool under it. The handle on the door was falling off and the overheard switch and light did not work. The amenities were fine, and the water was hot. The furniture all had dings and marks, looking like ity came from a secondhand shop. The edge of the bed frame had a gooey brown blob on it and the bed side counter had a white sticky spot as well. At night, other people had arrived and you could easily hear them through the walls (and then again in the morning). Breakfast was unattended.

This hotel was the filthiest room I have ever stayed in. If it wasn't already paid for, I would have left. There was a huge clump of long black hair on the top of the toilet tank. Every surface was dirty enough we had to wipe them off with a wet cloth just to even tolerate it. The offer was made for another room but, we had already cleaned this one. There was no restaurant on premise as advertised.
Ramada should not allow such a hotel to wear their logo.
Another traveler I spoke to while loading to leave had the same opinion of the hotel.

This hotel is horrible. I have never been in a place that is so dirty and stinky. The carpets were totally wore out super dirty, and were wet around the edges and damp in the middle. The bedsheets, bedspreads, pillowcases, and all the bedding was stained and looked moldy. I do not think that anything was washed. I cannot believe that Expedia would have this hotel on their site or that they can get a permit to run a hotel like this. I have no idea how this hotel has a good rating. possibly they have some good rooms and some terrible rooms. I guess it is a roar of the dice which room you end up with, so I would think twice about staying here. I will never stay in a ramada in the rest of my life.

I am 60 years old and I have never written a review on anything. I have stayed in this hotel a couple of times before, and the rooms were old but tolerable But this time was the worst hotel experience that I have ever had in a hotel. I have been in hotels in Third World countries that were way better than this place. The place stunk si bad thst I had to put a shirt over my nose while sleeping to tolerate the smell.The carpet was terrible and wet. The bedsheets, covers pillows cases all were stained and I don’t even know if they were washed. This place is horrible and very old. I arrived around 4 AM, and would have definitely went to another hotel, but it was too early in the morning. I will NEVER stay in a Ramada Inn ever again even though the price is very cheap. I would rate this hotel less than zero if I could.

Okay for a quick stay I guess. Floor was so dirty had to wash the kids feet within 5 min of walking on it. Sheets seemed washed but stained. Fridge was barely cold. Ice maker didn’t work. Didn't see any bugs or anything like that. To be fair the front counter gentleman was very polite and likely would have done something to make it right but we were too tired from driving to want to switch rooms or anything like that. I would never stay here again. I traveled with my 5-year-old, 1-year-old, and 3-month-old baby, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The pictures online do not match the actual condition of the hotel at all.

Our room smelled unpleasant, looked very old, and the walls were dirty and clearly needed repainting. The beds were very hard, and the blankets were stained and worn out. The only decent thing in the room were the pillows. The towels were rough and felt old, and several lights and lamps in the room were broken.

The shower was also in poor condition and appeared broken, and there were bugs in the shower while we were using it, which was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable—especially when traveling with small children.

Overall, this hotel is very run down and poorly maintained. Based on our experience, I do not feel it should even be open to guests in its current condition.

The pool was closed and didn’t use exercise room, so idk about that. Our room was not clean, hair on floor in bathroom, smoke detector hanging from ceiling, a person was LIVING in room beside us and would throw his trash bags out on lawn and had visitors throughout the night (loud). Toilet ran throughout the night, breakfast, if you like Sunny D and frozen breakfast sandwiches.
The staff was understanding and apologetic. We booked through 3rd part so they really couldn’t do anything.

Place has old couches under rotted tarps in back (probably been there a couple of years.

Come on people…should have been a red flag when you drive in and Ramada sign is falling apart. Yes, we feel stupid, lesson learned.

We enjoyed our stay, staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and a good start to our morning. Wifi was good. Room was clean and bed and pillows very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Dirty -- dog poop right outside my room, cigarette butts everywhere. A strange smell in the room. Drapes wouldn't completely close. Mini fridge turned my water bottle into a chunk of ice. Mattress had a huge dip in it. Several outlets didn't work. Bare feet got dirty while walking around the room.

I went for cheap and I got what I paid for. Lesson learned.

Room quiet, bed comfortable, good shower and good location. Needs updated, new coffee pot and fresh coffee at breakfast. So this hotel doesn't have the extras but in my opinion was fine for sleep.

Check-in and out was easy, room was clean, the area didn't seem sketchy or anything, the breakfast was pretty good, and the staff we interacted with were nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Room was very clean. The staff was extremely nice. It was extremely cold and snowy/icy. They made our travel as comfortable as possible, but it wasn't until we were checking out that the area was getting plowed so traveling in the parking lot was tricky. As a quick stop through - it was more than acceptable.
