Nothing fancy but a nice clean room to fall asleep in comfortably after a day on the road. Breakfast was a continental style with no hot buffet items except for a pancake maker which I didn't try, bread for toasting, pastries, muffins and bagels. The hard boiled eggs were kept cool along with small yogurt containers. Cereal was available as well as apples and oranges. The usual condiments were there: jelly, peanut butter, cream cheese. The lady in charge was super helpful and friendly while making sure everything was kept stocked for everyone to enjoy. When I asked about the decaf coffee, since there was none out, she said it would be a few minutes and came back shortly with a full cup so I wouldn't have to wait for the full pot to drip. Nice touch! Thank You!!

4/5 general comparison. 5/5 price adjusted. Older hotel but clean. Stayed with our dog and there were numerous other people there with dogs. Did not hear any of the other rooms during stay. Everything you need for couple night stay and staff was very friendly. Breakfast is average and about what you expect from hotel breakfast at this price point.

The room floor had something sticky all over it along with the table top. The shower had peeling paint. Ice machine not working, don't think it has in awhile. The cleanliness of the room gave me NO desire to check out the breakfast area.

As a single woman traveling alone, I was put into a room at the top of the hill and behind everything else I was not able to see my vehicle from my room and walking in there in the late evening felt extremely uncomfortable. The room itself was clean enough, however it definitely needs some improvement. The staff in the morning was very abrupt. Breakfast was available.

This pet friendly property was very convenient, with a slider door to the outside (on first floor). There is a grass area with waste bags available.

The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was just OK, enough to eat but nothing fancy. Parking was easy and close to the room. The decor is dated, they made an effort to cover the orange walls with grey paint, but it’s a sloppy job. There is no elevator, so if you’re on the second floor, you’ll have to carry your bags up the stairs. For the money, it’s a decent deal.

The first room we went to had dirty sheets. 2nd room we had to unplug the refrigerator because it had an annoying clicking sound. Very old fixtures on the bath tub— could hardly turn the cold water handle. Everything was dingy. Will not stay again.

You could only stand on the balcony. It is not wide enough for a chair. There was no view of a mountain. Only the parking lot and another hotel.
The selection for the Continental breakfast was slim. The person who checked me in was cordial, but not helpful. Said she could not give me a receipt since I booked through Expedia. But I booked it through you. The three house keeping staff that I met were friendly, curtious. Overall, our room was nice and clean.

The room was dated. Exhaust fan in the bathroom was very loud. Not much in the way of hot water or water pressure for my shower. Had to pay $35 for damage deposit on my credit card. Thought it was just a hold, but it was actually charged to my account. Person on the desk the next morning said it should have been $25 not $35. Said it would be at least 3 business days before the deposit was refunded back to my account. Was disappointed with the breakfast. It opened at 6:00am, I was there for 6:10pm. There was not much of a variety to choose from. Only a couple of muffins were left, same with the bread on a few slices were left. The front desk person was also in charge of looking after the breakfast supplies. While people were waiting to check out, the staff member was in the back room of the kitchen trying to bring out more food. It was a bit unorganized.

Stopped here during a long drive from Florida to Pittsburgh and it was exactly what I needed. The location was super convenient and the hotel is pet-friendly for a very reasonable fee, which made traveling so much easier. Breakfast and coffee were provided in the morning , a huge plus before getting back on the road. The woman at the front desk who checked me in was especially wonderful, friendly, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. I truly appreciated her kindness after a long day of travel.

Dirtiest Hotel I have ever stayed at. Due to the fact I was checking in at about 9pm on a long roadtrip there was no manager and only 1 worker there so nothing was able to be done except switch the room. The second room was even worse giant stain in the middle of the bed and they actually sent us to a room that had an elderly couple sleeping in it first so we walked in on them sleeping and we were all startled and could not believe they gave us a key to that room thinking it was empty but it was in fact already booked that night and the 3rd room they sent us to clearly had never been cleaned from the previous stay as the bed was again dirty and had hair all over it. At this point we have moved our stuff 3 times so we were forced to just stay the night as every where else near by had no availability due to an event in the area and we had been driving for 10 hrs.

My husband had to say 3 timea what he needed before the guy understood. Bedding was not comfortable or warm. I will not return.

Checking at the front desk was good. The room condition was good unfortunately the room when we entered the heat was not on the room was maybe 50° if that we turned the electric heat on at the air conditioner heating unit and it took probably 2 or 3 hours before the room was up to a reasonable temperature very disappointed. Please don’t check people into rooms that are not warm and heated in the middle of the cold winter Breakfast buffet was great. Enjoyed the pancake machine & muffins. The hotel was good ! disappointed in the room heating.

Upon entering our room there was an overwhelming ? chemical odor that almost took our breath away! It wasn't paint, or carpet shampoo, but very stringent.? recent extermination? I checked areas i'd heard they like to hide, but didn't see anything. The room was not heated. It was as if they don't heat the rooms until the customer arrives and turns the heat on themselves- to save $? It was so cold we had to leave our coats on until we heated the room up- and we prefer cool- keeping our thermostat at 65 during the day and 60 at night. My husband said the room couldn't have been more than 50! We left our door open the first 30 mins in an attempt to air it out. It did get slightly better, but we could still smell that chemical odor all night. We thought about asking for another room, but figured they would all smell alike as it seemed to be a treatment of some sort. Room was very outdated. Had the stated amenities, but the fridge had a leak and the cabinet it sat in had a pool of water in the bottom of it. Tub/ shower unit was very old with screws visible and had either been painted in the past or it's coating was in need of repair/replacing as iit was visibly peeling off. The walls in the bathroom were in serious need of repair as the spackle job was awful and screws were exposed everywhere! The floor in the room wasn't very clean. The one thing I will say is that the bed was comfortable and appeared to be clean. Breakfast was not as represented in pics. Will not stay again.

Put my Protein drink in refrigerator at night, Luke warm in morning. Refrigerator did not work. Watched 10 min of Jeopardy and a big pop up covered the tv screen and told us to log in. Called front desk so we could watch Jeopardy. 20 min after Jeopardy was done he came to door. Told him no need to log in Jeopardy was over.
