The hotel stays clean and smelling good. The problem are the amenities the cable is out the majority of the time. I always have to ask for a microwave or/and an iron. Other than that it’s ok. It can get pretty noisy at times.

We had to change our room twice, once because the room assigned had not been cleaned, and the AC and refrigerator were not working. It also reeked of smoke. The second room was better but over the night a leak developed in the bathroom ceiling right above the toilet seat. The staff were very nice and helpful though and responded quickly on each occasion. Breakfast was plentiful, scrambled eggs and sausages were perfectly cooked. Overall, the stay was not bad

I left after less than 5 minutes. There were bugs on the bed and pillows. The tv did not work. The room smelled musty. The bathroom door would not shut. There was a roach crawling around the bathroom floor, and then it crawled into a hole in the wall. The manager was not on duty, and I still have not been contacted about my request for a refund.

I honestly don’t understand how this hotel has an 8+ rating. Our stay in Room 220 was terrible and not worth $120.

The room had multiple maintenance issues: a broken toilet paper holder hanging off the wall, a toilet seat so loose it shifted when used, dead USB ports near the bed, and a main room light that did not work. The sink faucet barely reached into the basin, making it awkward and unpleasant to use.

The bed was worn out and uncomfortable, with springs causing back pain. The desk area was also useless for working because there was no desk chair and no accessible outlets; the nearby plugs were already taken by the lamp and coffee maker.

The TV setup was confusing. We had to call the help desk just to find out a second hidden remote was needed, and the channel selection was still very limited.

The safety lock on the room door did not work properly, which is unacceptable, especially with children.

The lobby smelled strongly of smoke, breakfast was limited and unwelcoming, and guest services were on their phone or slow.

The photos and ratings did not match reality. The property was much more worn down than advertised, the pool had no shade, loud explicit music was being played, and the overall atmosphere did not feel safe or family friendly.

We would not stay here again.

I understand that the property has undergone recent renovation, but some of the "issues" we noted in our room could have been "caught" if a proper "inspection" had been done. Our room, 137, did not have a microwave. There were a couple electrical outlets did not work and 1 lamp that did not work at all (by the coffee pot). Baseboards were not effectively glued down in a couple spots (in bathroom and by front door) and there was a "line" that had not been patched and painted in the ceiling. There was blue paint splatter on the toilet tank and lid and on the floor and bathroom counter. Could have insulated better, could hear the neighboring room and the traffic outside was somewhat loud.

First I would like to say the room and bath were clean. There was not microwaves in the rooms we rented which stunk. No reheating left overs. The breakfast was not great but edible. Coffee was very good. Access to the property was a little challenging. Now for my big complaint. We had two rooms and both rooms had streaming TV's. The internet was so bad that you couldn't watch any show without buffering every minute or so and total loss of connection all the time. Selections were horrible. I was told by the desk there was Direct TV ????? Was told they would send someone to reset but never showed. I don't usually leave these type of reviews but was just really frustrated after reading other really good reviews. If you just need a place to sleep this will do.

Clean room, but shower was clogged, was able to unclog it. Towels, bed, and sheets were very clean. Couldn’t find wifi password. Front desk was very helpful and nice. Overall, great price. Bathroom counter is a great size to get ready.

This hotel was definitely giving motel vibes. The experience was nothing like what was advertised. The elevator wasn’t working, there were roaches, and we couldn’t even find our room because everything was confusing and poorly marked. On top of that, the pool didn’t work either. I was told something completely different before booking, so this stay was very disappointing. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.

The staff was very courteous, which made it better. Internet was horrible reception. The room was clean, but not in good condition. Paint chipping off the ceiling and walls, ripped bedsheets, burned out lights. The breakfast would have been okay, but they only serve full on the weekend. Monday and tuesday i had to request fruit and yogurt. Disappointing because of positive previous reviews.

We were pleasantly surprised how nice this motel was given the very reasonable pricing. The included breakfast was great and included hot scrambled eggs and sausage as well as many other items. The breakfast foods were all fresh. The room was very clean, comfortable and included modern items such as USB ports... I highly recommend this motel

The room is clean and with good material except the workmanship of the relatively new renovation have some issues. Like the faucet sprout is too close to the back edge of the sink, texture and painted right over one of the electric outlet in the bathroom, The bottom edge of the main door was misaligned that made it difficult to open. The TV was very nice and big but have no local channel, to make it worse since it's total internet dependent from the app but the internet is too bad for streaming and some of time that is no internet. so the TV will not do anything. on the other hand the bed and the sheet are very nice.

Consolidate remote controls for the TV so there is just one.
Some tourist brochures in the lobby would be nice. (maybe they were somewhere else?)
Some bacon/ fried eggs and standard black teas for breakfast would be nice as well.
I think every room should have a tub. ( Obviously except for handicapped)

An extremely pleasant stay.
As we were driving up, first thing we noticed were the flower beds, planted with pansies. A very nice touch that showed us right off the bat that property owners cared about guests’ experience.
The lobby was spotless, and tastefully decorated. Our room was clean and newly renovated. Everything was clean - floor, bathroom amenities. Bedding and towels were impeccable.
Breakfast facility was tidy as well, and adjacent bathrooms super clean. All that for a very reasonable price. A great and relaxing stay.

Great Staff. Upgrade to the building. First hotel room that I’ve stayed in without a place to hang clothing. Only drawers and I don’t use those anymore. Heating unit required call to front desk to activate. Also, TV was left on previous occupants’s info. Not easy to switch to the house Dish antenna. Gave up and went to sleep.

The towel inside the room had someone hair on it. The staff did not clearly tell me where my room was and I had to search for it. The breakfast had burnt scrambled egg. There was no sausages, mashed potato and gravy, or fruit. The food was very limited and low quality.

Convenient location right of the highway . They did a great job of restoring a great building.
Rooms are well furnished and the beds are comfortable .
Grounds needs to attended to so things don’t fall behind., a power wash every other week would do the job
Additional cleaning staff on busy days would be nice, walking 3 floors from end to end to complete rooms is too much

This looks like just a basic hotel from the pictures. But it’s really nice for the price. I think they must’ve recently renovated because everything looks new and clean.
I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was great too.

Did not stay for my booking. Booked a suite and it had a clogged toilet with feces in it. Then they downgraded me to a regular room, no discount offered, and the cable wasn’t working in that room. They said they were sending someone to check and after waiting over 20 minutes no one showed up. I just check out at that time. Wasn’t even there an hour.

There was a horrible smell as soon as I walked in the room it just it didn’t seem safe for what I heard from my clients. I’m a massage. Therapist and I use different hotels as a meeting point because it’s safer in most occasions than having them come to my home because I own a mobile Massage company. I will never stay here again. I left two hours after I checked in.

Unfortunately, the rooms had large cockroaches, which is absolutely disgusting. They offered me another room, but I still didn’t want to stay because it was in the same condition.

The first night, nothing happened, but on the third night, I found a large, fat cockroach crawling on the walls, and I killed it. The next morning, I found another one just as large and fat. I stayed again, but all they offered was an excuse, saying it was “tree cockroaches.” I replied that, regardless, they were still cockroaches.

They refused to give me even 50% of a refund. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. I have photos and videos as proof.

Our room was spacious with good furniture. The bathroom had a large vanity and a walk-in shower. Recently renovated, but the quality of workmanship was poor. Staff were not all that helpful and lacked the personal touch. Vague instructions given around laundry facilities, there was no laundry powder available to purchase, and in fact, the laundry was out of order after all, which they didn't bother to mention! Internet was patchy, too, so a few frustrations for us during our stay.

Upon arrival I was a little skeptical because the outside looked like an older building . I was pleasantly surprised when checking in how renovated it was. I stayed in room 212 and it was clean seem like a newer upgraded room with a fridge. There was no microwave which is one con of mine. They provided a few hygiene items such as soap ,lotion and shampoo. I received fresh towel for 2 of the 4 nights I stayed. Had to walk down and request wash clothes because they forgot to
Leave some the other 2 days. Beds were cozy . Overall I would stay here again because of the location to hwy 78 and surrounding interstates nearby. Guest were noisy and obnoxious at 3am and it kinda sucked on 2 of my stays. The phone does not work in the room and I made it known to front desk staff.
